This is your 4-bedroom dream villa for your vacation! The house is very well decorated and is luxurious in every way. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a meal for your family and friends. It even has a separate wine-fridge. What more do you want! The dining room table is large enough to seat your group and in the living room, the seating is stylish and comfortable. The Master bedroom has a King bed, and the Master bathroom could be one from a five-star hotel. It has a very large walk-in shower and a huge stand-alone tub. You will also find a half bath on the first floor. On the second floor you will find the other three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a King and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other two bedrooms both have a Queen and share a bathroom, also with a shower tub combination. On the back porch there is a high top with chairs overlooking the Marina, so you can enjoy your drinks after an active day at the water. It also has a BBQ. In the garage you will find two Kayaks and life vests which you can use during your stay. And, last but not least, there is a commercial icemaker in the garage. So, no worries about your catch staying fresh (or your beer staying cold). The house offers free WIFI. If you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 27 ft) you can rent a boat slip, which is located right behind the villa. Bring your small boat or golf cart to enjoy the area. There is a boat ramp at McRaes’s down the road and your small boat can be stored at our dock. Culvert access to the Homosassa River. This property also includes use of five kayaks and two bicycles. Get in your kayak and go to dinner! We are just minutes away on a beautiful walk to The Shed at McRae’s, The Freezer, The Monkey Bar and Monkey Island. There are so many activities that are so easily accessible from this property. Come enjoy the manatees and everything the nature cost has to offer! Enjoy this little slice of heaven!**Guests must agree to a waiver upon booking for use of the dock, kayaks, and canal as requested by our homeowner's insurance. We are required to have a waiver for use of water and water related activities to maintain coverage. Waiver is available under "rental agreement" tab in this listing.Optional pull out bed guests (in master) available for small extra fee of $10. Please let us know upon booking if this will be needed as this bed is not prepared prior to all check ins and extra linens are not provided with stay. Experienced boaters who are familiar with their vessel and tides may fit a pontoon through the culvert, however, we are ideally set up for docking a fishing skiff. We are located two minutes from two boat ramps and ample daily parking if our dock cannot accommodate your vessel. *Please contact me about the size of your boat that you plan to dock before you book! Let’s make sure it fits and can access the river through the culvert! We are also a pet free property! Please note that scallop season is a very busy time at the cottage as well as in the area. We often host parties of six at the cottage and are generally fully booked from early July through August. We work diligently to try to accommodate early check in requests, but also always want to make sure the house is ideal for our next check in and our guests are happy. Early check ins and late departures for especially larger groups during this time are more difficult to accommodate. Welcome to River's Edge Retreat! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath PLUS bungalow with living, bar and half bath and outdoor shower is the perfect place to vacation while in Florida's Nature Coast! Located on Little Piney Bay, the only natural canal in Homosassa, this home is the place to bring your family, friends and your boats! Large dock with room for two boats. Larger docking area can accommodate up to a 40' boat and the floating dock can accommodate up to a 25' boat. The dock is a fishermen's dream with rod holders, fish cleaning station, lots of hoses for rinsing and shore power available. There is a large yard for the kids to play with a swing and 4 Adirondack chairs on the large dock for relaxing by the water and 4 Adirondack chairs by the wood burning firepit. A newly added "boathouse" rounds out the this backyard dream! The boathouse has club chairs, a smart tv, bar area, half bath and outdoor shower! There are two kayaks with vests and whistles to enjoy on your stay. When you aren't outside enjoying the view, the inside of the home offers just as many comforts. The primary and guest bedroom have en-suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, two night stands and dresser. The connecting bathroom has a dual sink vanity and shower with LED rain showerhead. The second suite has a king size bed and twin bunk beds and two night stands. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have luggage racks to make your stay more comfortable. There is a small bunk room with a triple bunk bed. there is a full bathroom in the front of the home for guests to use. There is a laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. Starter laundry supplies are included. The dining room table seats 6 with three additional seats at the kitchen island. There is also a coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker. Starter supplies of coffee, creamer and sugar are there so you can relax right away! We also have games for the whole family! The kitchen is open to the rest of the house. The kitchen is stocked and ready for some entertaining! There is a blender, toaster, griddle and airfryer! The appliances are new. The stove is electric smooth surface and the microwave has convection. We have supplied ceramic as well as plastic dishes and drinkware. In the kitchen you will find a portable Sonos speaker. The family room may be one of our favorite places to spend time. The large sectional sofa is just the place to relax and reminisce on your day! The large ottoman is great for resting your feet, or you can tuck it against the couch and have a large area for chilling and watching movies. The 75" smart tv with Govee lighting is perfect for movie nights. The lighting will match the lighting on the tv, creating an awesome movie watching experience. The outside patio has a sectional sofa with propane fire pit. There is also a 6 person outdoor dining set. Spend time with friends and family while also admiring the view! The view is the BEST part of this home. The home sits on a large "canal". We are just one home away from Homosassa River, making it easy access to the Gulf of Mexico or Homosassa Springs. Welcome to our beautiful upstairs getaway! Condo1 is perfect for two (2) guests (1) child located in the scenic, historic district of Old Homosassa. It is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We offer a king size bed, fold out loveseat bed, breakfast nook, waterfall shower, jacuzzi tub and more. It is located next door to the Yulee Sugar Mill Historic Ruins Monument and the Museum Cafe'. Also within a mile of the Condo is waterfront entertainment, Tiki Bars, Restaurants, live music and boat ramps, are abound for your entertainment. The Homosassa Wildlife Park is also located two miles from the condo. It is the only place in the world where you are allowed to interact with the manatees in the natural springs. The condo provides a romantic setting with a jacuzzi tub and waterfall shower for honeymooners and anniversary celebrations. The whole upstairs loft and downstairs breezeway is available for the guests vacation needs. The upstairs studio like Condo is within 1 hour from Tampa and Orlando. Dieses Hotel ist ein guter Wert, um das Geld zu verkaufen. Sie aktualisieren die Zimmer sehr schön. Das einzige, was wir bei der Buchung unseres Zimmers war ein Königsbett mit einem Sofa Schlafsofa, aber es gab kein Sofa Schlafsofa. Das einzige, was auf sitzen war das Bett oder ein Bürostuhl.
