A lovely hotel!! We had no issues with this,it was very clean with the room was attended by house keeping every day, fresh towels and made bed. It was a great option for a cheaper stay in Paris. Only downside is that it is quite far from the centre, however a metro down the road to make everywhere easily reachable within 30/40 mins. Lovely stay, Thankyou!!

Die öffentliche Sicherheit ist normal, also laufen Sie nicht herum. Das Zimmer fühlt sich ziemlich gut an, weil es eine Suite ist. Es gibt einige Imbissautomaten im Erdgeschoss, nicht praktisch im Inland, aber es ist in Ordnung. Frühstück Standard europäisches Hotelfrühstück. Kann immer noch.

Ich mochte dieses Hotel wirklich: Service war gut, Zimmer sauber und sehr skandinavischer Stil, Bett war wirklich komfortabel, Dusche Zimmer sauber und Wasserdruck gut. Wifi funktionierte sehr gut. Ich bin in 4-5 Star Hotels gewöhnlich, aber als ich nur eine Nacht (Opera-Eve) geblieben habe, und ein örtlicher Freund empfahl diesen Ort, beschloss ich es zu versuchen. Lage ist sehr arabisch (Ich denke, algerisch als Straße ist Rue de roi Algerien) , und jeder so freundlich. Metrostation ca. 5 min. zu Fuß (Care du Nord/Eurostar 15 min. Tür zu Tür, nicht schlecht= eine ausgezeichnete Metro-Verbindung) .Sobald Sie in dieses Hotel gehen, haben Sie ein schönes und frisches Gefühl. Lobby/brfst Zimmer klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Personalservice-Ebene gleich Standard wie 5Stern Deluxe ohne Einstellungsprobleme (häufig snobby in 5 Stern Deluxe) . Kein Aufzug, Zimmer war auf der dritten Etage. Schön, skandinavische Stilzimmer. Ich lese frühere Kommentare zu Lärm außerhalb/ Mein Zimmer (34) war auf der Straße und es war wirklich ruhig. Wenn Sie Budget Hotel Auswahl mit guter Qualität sehen, das ist definitiv zu versuchen wert. Zimmer sind kleiner (mit Ausnahme meines Zimmers 34) , aber überhaupt kann man mit dieser Wahl nicht falsch gehen. Management weiß wirklich, wie man ein gutes Standard 3-Sterne-Hotel liefert. Wird definitiv empfehlen und zurück zu diesem Grundstück! Eines der besten Nachtschlaf, die ich lange hatte! Nur wenig war, dass keine englischen Fernsehstationen überhaupt ( Großer Fernseh)

Many reviews talk about it being ”sketchy area”... the hotel is located at the edge of the african/ muslim district. So, a lot of non-white people being their own culture. This is not sketchy. Once you realise the hotel is located in a residential district, not a tourist/hotel district, it all starts to make sense. Walk one direction and you get to the heart of African food, shops and people. Walk the other direction and you get to the bengali area. Bengali (indian) food, shops. Or just around the corner the main high street is full of usual commercial shops you find in any other town or city. If you are scared of culture, anyone not-white or Halal food, then maybe area not for you. But if you don't mind seeing real paris and great cultural food this is a fine location. (There actually are cafes and bars with white people nearby!) Some reviews mention men standing outside hotel at night? That's just the African culture. (See photos) You'll find them anywhere socialising outside their homes. They're not peddling drugs or crime. They're not being scary and nothing to worry about. (I've been to Africa, and it was just the same). Admittedly the area could be cleaner but it's not an issue because 95% of the time You'll be visiting tourist paris, not walking to/from hotel. Hopefully this will put your mind to rest. Low cost hotel in low cost location. Simple. Right between two metro stops (4 mins walk to each) which go all directions to all the main sites and areas. €2.10 for any single journey to anywhere in paris. Perfect. 15 mins walk to the beautiful romantic area of Montmartre which has stunning views all around and also Sacré Coeur. 20 mins walk from the main train station- gard nord and gard est. Also be sure to walk towards ”gard est” train station if you want the main road with all the amazing restaurants!! I totally missed this until the last day. Devastated. So about the hotel- like everyone says Hotel rooms are in need of TLC, room is tiny, no lifts just a long tight spiral staircase. Bathroom is small and shower cubicle tight. Basic room & facilities. --essentially room is simple and functional. But clean and tidy. Sheets are all clean and frrsh. May need to ask for extra pillows though. BUT all that is completely made up by the amazing caring staff. Reception staff, cleaners, caterers. All really lovely, and you can tell it's because the management genuinely cares about everyone. Both their own staff and the customers. Breakfast is actually lovely and filling each day. The manager even offered us extra breakfast food to take along with us for the trip when we mentioned our long day out we planned. Honestly cannot fault the staff at all :) I booked this place solely on one other persons honest straight forward review, and actually they turned out to be completely correct. So I have to do the same! This is a totally acceptable place to stay for friends or adventurous couples as a base for 2-3 nights while visiting P

Das vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellte Zimmer befindet sich in der obersten Etage, genau wie ein Loft. Es gibt einen Hang, sodass die Oberseite des Zimmers nicht flach ist. Da der Raum klein ist, befindet sich der Hang am Bett und ist leicht zu berühren. Die Lage ist gut, es gibt U-Bahnen und einige kleine Restaurants in der Nähe, McDonald's ist nicht weit und es gibt einen größeren Supermarkt an der Kreuzung. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr klein, so dass Bürsten auf ihrer Seite sein müssen.

2024.04 Wir haben bei Frauen übernachtet. Es ist eine saubere und komfortable Unterkunft. Es gibt einen Speicherschrank im Zimmer, also, wenn Sie ihn verwenden, müssen Sie einen Schließfach mitnehmen. Als ich die Verfahrensabläufe durchführte, zeigten sie mir die japanische Erklärung, dass alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich waren. Es ist auch hilfreich, dass man das Gepäck vor und nach dem Abgang behält. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und es gibt viele Arten von Buffet. Obwohl es etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist, ist es nahe der Station La Chapelle, die Linie 2 der U-Bahn, und es kann nicht weit von Stalingrad entfernt sein, die Linien 2, 5 und 7 erreichen, so dass es sehr bequem ist, wenn man Probleme wechselt. Ich bin noch nicht da, aber ich denke, die Sicherheit ist gut. Ich möchte noch mal nach Paris bleiben.

Mit weniger als 3 Grad außerhalb ist dieses Hotel gut erwärmt. Die Unterkunft im Ferienwohnungshotel hat eine gute thermische und phonische Isolation, aber man hört etwas das Lärm von der RER-Straße neben dem Bahnhof (das hindert Sie nicht daran, zu schlafen). Die Bequemlichkeit der Betten ist mittel. Zimmer mit geräumiger und funktioneller Badezimmer. Die Serviceteams sind sehr angenehm, bravo für die Verfügbarkeit von Nachtarbeitern. Die Parkplätze von 10 € pro Tag sind sehr sauber, vor allem super sicher, wie alle Zugange zum Hotel. Ich mag das Frühstücksraum ”Cooning”. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Paris richtig. Schnelles Zugriff auf das Gerät, 5-minütige RER-Station und 10-minütige U-Bahn. Lidl 3-minütiges Zugriff. In der Nähe von guten kleinen populären Restaurant mit unschlagbarer Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

The hotel and room is basic but clean.No safe or fridge in room and breakfast is average with boiled eggs being the only hot food from the adjacent cafe.However , the problems start when you set foot outside for the Stade de France or plan to travel into Paris.This was the most lawless, crime ridden out of control area I have ever stayed in. Street robberies and cars parked in the hotel car park broken into in addition to police sirens all night long. If you are visiting the Stade de France be very careful on your 5 MINUTE WALK as local youths are waiting around to rob visitors

Je souhaite faire une remarque à propos d'un hôtel où nous avons séjourné dernièrement. Tout d'abord, pour une fois je n'ai pas réservé sur le site Accor ! grosse erreur. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés il y avait un papier collé sur la porte indiquant ”hôtel complet”. Mais comme il y avait des chambres libres sur le site, je me suis permis de frapper très fort à la porte vitrée et le gardien a fini par ouvrir. Cet homme était loin d'être aimable. Et quand je lui ai dit que je n'avais pas réussi ma réservation sur internet, il m'a répondu ”heureusement, parce que si j'avais pas voulu vous prendre j'aurais été bien ennuyé” (enfin presque ce mot). Bref. Je réserve la chambre et 2 petits déjeuners et finalement il me dit ”ah ben ya une erreur j'en ai mis qu'un. Pas grave vous demanderez un de plus demain matin”. Ok. Et le matin, je me suis réjouis que un seul petit déjeuner ait été compté. C'était la bérézina ! Presque rien à manger, même pas de sachet de thé ! j'ai du aller en chercher dans la voiture pour mon mari. Moi j'ai mangé ce que j'avais apporté dans ma glacière...et franchement c'était mieux que ce qu'il y avait à dispo ! Le jeune homme à la réception était très gêné de ne pas nous satisfaire, ok mais bon la présentation et la diversité des produits n'y était pas quand même ! C'est la première fois que l'on a ce genre de problème dans un Formule 1. Mais vraiment on a été très déçus. Je pense que quelque chose doit être entrepris pour arranger ça. Nous réservons presque tout le temps directement sur le site Accor. Nous ne passons pas par des revendeurs comme booking ou autre. Mais cela ne change rien à la qualité. Là franchement c'était médiocre. De plus je tiens à signaler un fait qui s'est déroulé en ma présence (et rejoint certains commentaires) : le réceptionniste du soir (l'homme agé auquel j'ai eu affaire et qui faisait semblant de ne pas savoir se servir de l'ordinateur) a fait payer un jeune homme alors que c'était déjà payé par sa société, lui a dit ce monsieur. Mais comme il ne parlait pas très bien français il n'a pas osé insister. Il a donc payé, là le gérant lui dit ah zut c'était déjà payé, et lui dit ”normalement vous serez remboursé mais là... j'en doute fort !” Comment ? vu que sur la facture il n'y avait pas écrit que le monsieur a payé deux fois !

Abbiamo scelto l’albergo per la vicinanza allo Stade de France, in occasione di un concerto. Per problematiche legate ai voli ci abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti. Punti positivi: sicuramente la posizione vicino alla metropolitana (linea 13) che a poche centinaia di metri dall’albergo, con una fermata consente l’arrivo allo stade de france. In una 20ina di minuti si raggiunge il centro e con i vari interscambi si può raggiungere qualunque destinazione abbastanza agilmente e in poco tempo. L’albergo è pulito, la stanza (la nostra a 4 letti) non grandissima, arredamento moderno ma essenziale. Non c’è un armadio chiuso ma 4-5 grucce su cui appendere i giubbotti, non c’è frigo, non c’è neanche il phon (che ho letto andava chiesto ogni sera in reception- io, per evitare l’ho portato da casa). Bagno piccolo con doccia. Letto (a mio parere) comodo ma è sostanzialmente materasso su una tavola in legno. Colazione: self service continentale con dolce e salato. Caffè e cappuccino da macchinetta automatica.. di cappuccino c’è solo il nome. Lati negativi: sicuramente la posizione. Saint Denis non è esattamente un quartiere dove fa piacere passeggiare, soprattutto la sera. Periferia povera di Parigi. Intorno per mangiare non c’è granché. Non abbiamo trovato un vero e proprio supermercato (anche se ammetto non ci siamo mai allontanati troppo dall’hotel); bistrot attorno 1 (sotto l’albergo) che però ha chiuso il giovedi e fino al sabato mattina, che siamo partiti, non abbiamo visto riaperto. Il giovedì ci siamo arrangiati al “ristorante” dell’hotel a fianco: il venerdi era chiuso pure questo (ci hanno detto “il week-end chiudiamo).. altri bistrot tecnicamente presenti in zona erano tutti chiusi (ferie? Falliti? Boh). In albergo è presente un totem per ordinare “a domicilio” ma non lo abbiamo sperimentato.. il venerdì abbiamo mangiato in un improbabile bistrot gestito da un franco-algerino (?), senza insegna, senza menù, che ha acceso la cucina solo per noi. È stato ultra-gentile, non ha accettato neanche mancia, ci ha offerto creme brûlé e avrebbe voluto offrirci pure caffè.. sconto sul conto (su foglietto).. mangiato pure bene e speso metà rispetto al solito ma non ripeterei esperienza ne mi sentirei di consigliarla. In definitiva vi consiglierei l’hotel solo se consapevoli della zona e per massimo 1-2 notti per eventi allo Stade de France. Ps. Se ci capitate merita una visita la basilica di Saint Denis, 2 fermate di metro.. superato lo choc di essere finiti ancor di più in periferia estrema, con una breve passeggiata a piedi si raggiunge una splendida Basilica gotica dove riposano una 40ina di monarchi francesi..

Bereits letzte Minute durch ********* nach Unterkünften in der Nähe von Stade de France für die Weltmeisterschaft halbfinale Rugby reserviert. Das schien alle Boxen zu ticken und wir waren nicht enttäuscht. Nicht mich irren, das ist nicht der Ritz, sondern es ist sauber und funktional. Wir blieben im fünften Stock in einem Doppelzimmer. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber und gemütlich mit Handtüchern. Dieses ist ein keine Frills Hotel, das dem Hotelstarring-System entspricht. Etwas zwischen einer Unterkunft und einem Premier Inn. Wir hatten nicht Frühstück oder die Bar am Abend, aber beide waren verfügbar. Parkplatz war am Hintern des Hotels verfügbar. Ich würde wieder bleiben.

Das Hotel liegt neben dem Sportschool, hat eine gewisse Entfernung von der Rer B oder Linie 13 und dauert etwa zehn Minuten. Es ist immer noch bequem, mit dem Gepäck zu fahren. Das Zimmer ist groß, es gibt Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowellenschrank, aber für chinesische Touristen verwendet der Kaffeemaschine keine Mikrowellenschrank. Das Frühstück ist immer noch reichhaltig, die Lieferzeit ist auch lang, von sechs bis zehn Uhr. Es gibt verschiedene Brote, warme Milch, warmes Wasser, verschiedene Kaffee- und Obstarten. Eizellen sind nicht jeden Tag.

Das Hotel liegt in Saint Denis in der Nähe der Metro 13 Carrefour Pleyel. Die Umgebung ist ok für Geschäftsreisende, bietet allerdings wenig Restaurants oder Bars in der Umgebung. Das Hotel selbst hat auch eine Bar und Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind einigermaßen geräumig und sauber. Allerdings hatte ich ein Zimmer zur Strasse und es war sehr laut, obwohl ich im 5. Stock war. Das Fenster war komplett verzogen und undicht was auch den starken Strassenlärm morgens ins Zimmer lies.

We stayed at this Hotel because of the close distance to Stade de France. The Hotel is less then 5 minutes walk away form the Stadium. The Hotell was very nice and fresh. The staff were welcoming and the rooms had a very tidy layout. The Breakfast was the ordinary french. I can really recommend this Hotel.
