Unsere unabhängige Umrah-Reise war durch die Unterkunft mit gutem Standard noch angenehmer. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, wir können täglich nachfüllen und die Handtücher wechseln. Mineralwasser wird täglich nachgefüllt, sofern wir das Housekeeping morgens daran erinnern. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe von Harom. Während des Ramadan nutzen Sie zweimal den Shuttle, alles ist kostenlos. Der Shuttle vom Hotel nach Kuday dauert weniger als 10 Minuten, danach geht es mit einem Sondershuttle nach Harom weiter, der Sie in 5 Minuten erreicht. Der Check-in- und Check-out-Prozess verlief sehr schnell. Vielen Dank an Trip für diesen komfortablen Aufenthalt!

Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war ich mit warmer Gastfreundschaft und unverfälschlicher Service begrüßt. Das wirkliche, dieses Hotel getrennt setzte war das außergewöhnliche Personal. Jedes Teammitglied ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt schwach war, immer bereit, mit einem echten Lächeln zu helfen. Ihr Professionalismus und ihr Engagement für die Gastzufriedenheit waren bemerkenswert. Die Lage war auch ideal bequem gelegen in der Nähe von Alharam, aber bietet eine friedliche Rückkehr von der Hügel und der Büste. Insgesamt überstieg meine Erfahrung bei Elef kinda alle Erwartungen. Ich empfehle es allen, einen luxuriösen, komfortablen und erinnerlichen Aufenthalt zu suchen. Ich kann nicht warten, bis ich zurückkehre!

We had a nice stay in the hotel, service is good , staff is helpful and friendly, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Location was not ideal, about 25 min walk, if you take shuttle, then it’s 15 mins to Harram. Road works still going but they tend to finish and underpass should be running in Ramadan which will then reduce travel time for sure.

I had a lovely stay at Elaf Ajyad. The staff were fantastic—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I originally booked a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms but was given a triple room instead. Thankfully, the receptionist quickly resolved the issue without much hassle. The room I stayed in was very spacious, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel is located on a hill, which might not be ideal for older travellers or anyone with mobility issues. However, they do offer a shuttle service to take you up and down the hill. Just be prepared to wait a little when it comes to pick-ups. While the staff are great, the management system can sometimes be a bit slow, so you might need to be patient or follow up with them. Overall, for the price I paid, it was a great experience. Travelling without any older family members, it worked perfectly for me, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Mein Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett wurde ohne Aufpreis zur Suite aufgewertet. Natürlich ist alles im Zimmer besser als in einem normalen Deluxe-Zimmer. Aber am schönsten gefiel mir der Blick direkt auf die Moschee. Das Beste daran ist, dass es einen Lautsprecher gibt, der direkt von der Moschee ins Zimmer führt und dem man beim Gebet folgen kann. DoubleTree has always been my choice since i first stayed here in 2022. This is my 3rd time staying and the level of hospitality and service is so wonderful. I tried other hotels on my last visit in January 2025, but it wasn't great, so here I am back at DoubleTree. The location to the Grand Mosque of Makkah is fairly reasonable - one can walk (via Hilton Convention Hotel) - sloped surface, or take the complimentary shuttle that stops at Hilton Conrad on Jabal Omar. Wear good walking shoes. Mr. Ahmed Elsayed at the restaurant is a top-notch manager. I only mentioned something to him, and he had his colleague make it especially for me. That was totally unexpected and they both went out of their way to ensure that it was a problem. They did it again the next day. Such personable service from both gentlemen and the others at DoubleTree Makkah. The room was spacious, clean, bathroom had Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. The bed was super comfortable and I slept very well which is something rare! And of course the signature cookies i love. Thank you!!

We come from uk 🇬🇧 family of 4 and we got upgrade on arrival to suite room with partial kabba view I really appreciated and thank full for everything and plus breakfast is so delicious and so much variety to choice.. we look forward back inshallah soon ..

Wir kamen ziemlich früh an, was in Ordnung war. Ich verstehe, dass keine Zimmer verfügbar waren, aber die Rezeptionistin tat alles, was nötig war, und bot uns eine Alternative an, sodass wir früher einchecken konnten. Das rettete uns und vor allem meine Mutter, die unter einem 12-stündigen Flug litt! Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß – besonderer Dank an Akib, Safroz und Dilshad für ihre Aufmerksamkeit! Ich war besorgt wegen des Transports und 10/10 für den Bus. Immer pünktlich und sehr praktisch. Er hielt an der Gazah-Station. Wir fanden es weit, weil meine Mutter nicht lange Strecken laufen konnte, aber wir bekamen einen kostenlosen Rollstuhl 🤍 Die einzigen Dinge, die mich davon abhielten, keine 10 zu geben, waren das Frühstück, es gab mehr Optionen für ein Mittagessen als für ein Frühstück, nur Kaffeesticks statt gebrühtem. Und dass ich um 4 Uhr morgens geweckt wurde (trotz meines Schildes an der Tür), um eine Tasse Kaffee zu bekommen, die ich am Tag zuvor bestellt hatte. Ich verstehe, dass es geliefert werden muss, aber es ist ok, es an der Tür abzustellen 🥲 Danke und inchaAllah werde ich wieder in dasselbe Hotel kommen!
