Die Eincheckung war gut. Zimmer AC war heiß. 1 Zimmer hatte laut AC, obwohl der Techniker versuchte, es zu reparieren, aber machte nicht viel Unterschied. Ich reservierte ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Das Zimmer hatte nur 2 große Handtücher (keine Handtücher/Gesichtstücher) so habe ich für die Kinder zusätzliche Handtücher gefragt, aber Haushalter sagte, es gab Gebühren für zusätzliche Handtücher. Wechsleinen Austausch war die andere Option. Es war eine große Minderheit für mich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Familien mit KIDS Hände Dutzende von Malen am Tag waschen... Das Frühstücksmenü war sehr standardisiert in Geschmack und Vielfalt. Die Schleifen waren für mich schrecklich. Entweder die Schleiffläche oder zu wenig Wasser, auch kleine Kinder hatten Schwierigkeiten, sich abzuschleifen. Danke, dass sie am Sonntag Gesichtsbild und Ballonformen hatten. Das war der erinnerebare Teil für die Kinder.

Bewertung: 4/5 Ich habe vor kurzem bei [Hotelname], und insgesamt war es eine angenehme Erfahrung. Die Lage ist fantastischzentrisch gelegen, so dass es einfach zu erkunden die umliegenden Attraktionen und genießen Sie nahe gelegene Mahlzeiten. Die Eincheckung war reibungslos, und das Personal war freundlich und freundlich, uns immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, mit allen grundlegenden Einrichtungen. Das Bett war besonders gemütlich, was für eine tolle Nachtslaf gemacht. Ich schätze auch die kleinen Touchs, wie z.B. komplimentäres Flaschenwasser und Toiletten. Das Zimmer fühlte sich jedoch ein bisschen datiert, und die Klimaanlage dauerte eine Weile, um den Raum effizient zu kühlen. Das Frühstücksangebot war beeindruckend, bietet eine Vielzahl lokaler und internationaler Gerichte. Das Essenspersonal war aufmerksam, sicherzustellen, dass alles gut gelagert war. Ich wünschte, der Kaffee hätte besser gewesen sein können. Es fühlte sich etwas schwach im Vergleich zu dem, was ich erwartet hatte. Die Einrichtungen, einschließlich der Pool- und Fitnesszentrale, wurden gut gepflegt, aber der Poolbereich wurde während der Spitzenzeiten ziemlich besetzt. Ein größerer Pool oder mehr Sitze wäre ideal gewesen. Insgesamt habe ich meinen Aufenthalt genossen und würde [Hotelname] anderen empfehlen. Mit einigen kleinen Verbesserungen könnte dies leicht zu einem 5-star Erlebnis werden!

This is a newer very, pristine property with an elevator and good Wi-Fi. My room was clean and cosy. They also have an eco-friendly management policy. There are two malls within a short walking distance with food courts and a supermarket. Transportation is readily available. I highly recommend this property.

A wonderful hotel conveniently located. Room is clean, well lit & comfortable. However, amenities are rather old. Room card's magnetic strips failed many times. Mattress springs r wearing off. Bath towels need replacement. Shower water is hot only in morning and night. It's just tepid in the afternoon. Buffet breakfast is good. Unfortunately, Cafe staff r most unattentive. Buffet dishes almost finished at 8:35am were not replaced until requested. Front desk staff r excellent & helpful.

Had a pleasant stay here. Amenities were great, place is beautiful and clean. However, they don’t provide early luggage drop offs/luggage storage which is really troublesome. Hope they’ll improve on this. Another thing is the shower door no matter how shut it is there will always be some water going outside to the floor of toiletseat/sink. This made things a little icky because i prefer dry toilet. Other than that, wonderful!would stay here again

We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional—every staff member we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. When we arrived a bit early and our rooms weren’t ready yet, the team kindly upgraded both of our rooms to suites, which was a wonderful and unexpected gesture. It made our experience even more memorable. The property may be a bit older in style, but it’s well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The suites were spacious and cozy, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. One small note for improvement: the corridors had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, which might be unpleasant for some guests. Perhaps in the future, adding air fresheners or refreshing the carpet could help with that. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
