Three bedrooms and two full baths, only one block of Marco Island parks that offers a biking/walking path around a lake as well as a basketball court, volleyball court and plus children's playground and water splash pad. This is a beautiful property (even with the renovation of the pool that many reviewers have mentioned), but it seems not be a hotel. Rather, it seems owners of units have hired a management company to admit guests who have rented units, kind of like a time share. That's why there is but one concierge and several parking valets. There is no restaurant/room service and no staff, but our unit had everything we needed for its kitchen. (Pro tip: the last grocery store is a Wynn Dixie near the bridge as you come into the island. The good news is that we had a wonderful view and our room was especially comfortable. It was however showing the beginning signs of wear and tear - small stains on a chair, some darkening grout in the bathroom, stain around drain in the sink, etc. The TV's software did not allow for Iphone mirroring, and the archaic internet browser warned that there was no connection with the Google dinosaur! No Netflix, or Amazon Prime...We had to watch an important baseball game on or phones. When I went to the lobby, the concierge could only give me the reservations phone number, but did offer to send a valet to have a look at the TV! Guests do have beach privileges along with towels, chairs, etc. In spite of the small short comings, it was perfect for our 4th of July celebration; watching the fireworks from the comfort of our 10th floor balcony was wonderful. The proximity to local restaurants is especially convenient. If you understand that this property offers service like a time share rather than a luxury hotel, you won't be disappointed, especially if it is competitively priced. (You can compare the Hilton next door.) It also has adjoining rooms if you want to bring friends/family.

Freundlich und unglaublich freundliches Personal. Die Nahrungsmittelwahl war ausgezeichnet. Die Nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar! Die Pools waren schön. Ich würde Ihnen vorschlagen, mehr Personal um den Pool zu servieren. Es dauerte eine ganze Zeit, um etwas zu bestellen.

Das Hotel war schön, gut gepflegt, großartig gelegen (Strandzugang) und das Personal war sehr freundlich und untergebracht. Die einzige Rückziehung war das Bett und die Kissen für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, ich würde denken, die Betten (nicht bequem) und Kissen (extreme Flachs) wären von besserer Qualität, aber anders als dieses große Hotel vor allem für einen Alleinreisenden.

Sehr geräumiges Motel, vollständige Küche, Balkon mit Ausblick auf den See (und dank Moskitogitter kann man hier auch sehr gemütlich den Abend verbringen, ohne Moskitoplage). Gute Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sehr nettes Personal. Gutes Bett und der Vorteil: man kann die Tür zum Balkon dank o.g. Moskitonetz offen lassen und muss nicht die ganze Zeit die Klimaanlage laufen lassen (denn die steht auf dem Balkon und ist echt laut).
