Aber der Weg zum Hotel ist sehr langsam und ein Taxi kann nicht durchfahren, so dass die Menschen, die nachts ankommen, vorsichtig sein scheinen. Das Fenster ist nicht verriegelt, viele Insekten sind eingetroffen. Da es jedoch keine Gefahr für die Wohnzeit gibt, wird empfohlen, dass diejenigen, die billige Wohnzeiten wollen, dies tun.

Ok for a day if you are bent upon staying close to the ghats and the temple. Allowed us to relax for 1-2 hrs after our temple visit in the dormitory area; since we had to check out at 9:00 am in the morning to go to the temple. We checked in at 11:00pm in the night for one night stay.

Location of the hotel is very good, close to all godoliya chawk, 2 to 3 mins walk. First room that was provided was small in size, amenities were there. Next day we were shifted to a better soacious room. As per my experience most of the hotels in varanasi have small size room with higher than aberage price in comparison to other cities. Comparing all these we rooms in this hotel in standard price. Staff behaviour is good, they are cooperative. Overall nice stay and will stay again when i go there.

The rooms were good. The service was very poor. Ac was not working properly for a whole day. Tv was not working and it was not even repaired even after repeated complaints. Shaving kit was asked and they said that it will be given shortly but it did not came the whole day. When asked again the next day they told that it's not included the complimentary services. This could have been communicated the previous day itself so that i could arrange from elsewhere. The food in the restaurant was also not up to the mark and the service there also was dissapointing.

The location of the hotel is good. It is located in Hathwa market area. You can get transport to visit all the tourist attractions from here. The hotel interiors, common area, lobby, and passages are very nice with a heritage touch. The room interiors are okay, but the size could have been better. We stayed at room No. 1010 and 1008. The rooms are a bit suffocated, especially 1010. Toilets are clean with good fixtures. However, the bathing area could have been well managed by segregating dry, semi-dry, and wet zones. Dental kit and liquid soap dispenser should have been provided. The dining area is very nice with a variety of food options. The dining staff are very polite. Though, the housekeeping staff seem to be more eager to grab the tips just simply by carrying your luggage. Overall, stay was pleasant and enjoyable for us.

Located right on the tulsi Ghat and walkable distance to assi Ghat. Breakfast is average with very limited buffet spread. Service is poor which needs attention. Check-in provided at 1:15pm against standard check-in time of Noon. We waited at lobby for 75 min. AC remote isn't working properly. But we managed to turn on/off through manual button in AC body. No normal water in Bathroom tap. Only hot water both sides. Room size is small but that's fine as preinformed. Hair near door mat and other areas in room. Informed at reception at 11am to clean the room. Got a call at 7pm for confirmation if room needs to be cleaned. No water or welcome drink offered at the time of check-in Noise coming right outside room like staff is doing cleaning process at midnight which makes it difficult to sleep. Overall experience was average. Hope hotel accept this feedback for future betterment.

Das ist ein beeindruckendes Hotel, das wir in Indien besuchen, und der Service ist sehr intim, auch wenn es nur eine Nacht gibt. Wir sind um 5:15 Uhr morgens zum Bootsweg für die Zeremonie. Das Hotel hat den Schiffsmann und die Kellner rechtzeitig geplant, uns an Bord zu führen, und sehr intim die Schüssel vorbereitet, schwer vorstellbar, wie kalt wir wären, wenn wir nicht auf den Schüssel gelangen. Dann gingen Sie zum Frühstück, ein Kellner bietet uns einen Service, die üblicherweise um 7 Uhr morgens offiziell essen, aber da wir um 7 Uhr aus dem Hotel verließen, bereiteten sie vorzeitig einige heiße Mahlzeiten vor, nachfolgend sehr warm. Dann nahmen uns der Schiffsführer und der Porter zum Boot und trafen uns auf die White Bridge, um mit unserem Fahrer zusammenzukommen, bis sie die Taschen in den Wagen gelegt hatten, und sie gingen. Der Fahrer sagte, dass die Rezeption am Hotel um 5 Uhr morgens anfing, ihn zu ermahnen, dass wir früher warten müssen, weil wir Angst haben, dass wir ihn verzögern oder nicht finden. Wir haben das Hotel nicht im Voraus gesagt, wir brauchen sie, um den Fahrer zu erinnern und so weiter. Ich sage dem Rezeptor, wir sind um 10 Uhr ein Flugzeug, und um 7 Uhr müssen wir aus dem Hotel gehen. Das Hotel ist nervöser als wir, ich fürchte, es ist spät zu kommen und so weiter. Der Service ist genau perfekt und übersteigt unsere Erwartungen. Dieses Hotel wird stark empfohlen, BRIRAMA PALACE VARANASI, Wunderful Hotel!

The place was a little hard to find, not on main road, but display at the side of road helped. The staff was brilliant, full stars to them, hygiene was good but could be improved as i found a bug in bed, used dishes were just lying on tables in corridor! ac flap was broken so had to deal with either too cold or no ac, so that, staff helped in early checkout and keeping the luggage safe as 2 hours late check up will take charges of whole day. Overall it was a good experience

The vinayak heritage is right on the main road so we can easily reach with cab, main temples are within 10 to 15 minutes walking radius. Ashish is helpful in arranging boat ride and vehicles. Cleaning staff are not doing their job properly and have attitude problem, so on the cleaning part need to improve. They just provide one water bottle for two persons, so mean. Otherwise it is good stay, toilets are clean.

Rivera hotel is really excellent. The location of this hotel is great. Ganga ghat is just 100 meter from the hotel. Assi ghat is around 250 meter from the hotel. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and washroom were clean and spacious. There was elevator facility which is helpful for people who have problems taking the stairs. There was parking space as well near by hotel. Overall it was worth stay. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Wenn Sie in der Nähe des Dashashwamedh Gat bleiben möchten, ist dieses Gästehaus eine gute Wahl. Aber ein wenig vom Markt & Mandir entfernt. Von 5, würde ich geben: Lage: 4, Zimmerreinigung: 3.5 Service: 2. Gute Punkte: Wir haben am Abend um 2:30 Uhr angemeldet (mit vollen Tag Buchung natürlich, aber keine Fragen für Zimmer zu bekommen. Auch, sie ermöglichen uns, unsere Trolley und andere Gepäck nach Abreisezeit zu setzen. Schlechte Punkte: Ein Schlafzimmer, aus 3 Zimmerbuchungen, wurde als zwei separate Betten gegeben, obwohl wir sehen, dass der Betttyp in der Buchung geschrieben war Doppelbett. Außerdem weigerten sie sich, den Zimmerservice jeden Tag zu machen. Sie taten für jeden alternativen Tag. Ein weiterer frustrierender Punkt ist: Jedes Mal, wenn Sie von außen kommen, müssen Sie das Serviceteam bitten, den Klimaanlagen aus ihrem Hintergrund zu schalten. Quality Inn Varanasi Отель имеет отличное расположение — по главным дорогам через рынки можно выйти к одному из главных гатов Варанаси, Dashashwamedh Ghat. Я спокойно дошла пешком. Прямая удаленность от гатов — большой плюс: вокруг чисто, нет посторонних запахов, но при этом присутствует необходимая инфраструктура. Поблизости несколько кафе с хорошим кофе, а напротив есть супермаркет, где можно найти практически все необходимое, и, что немаловажно, он принимает Visa. Сам отель новый, сервис на ресепшене отличный. Заселили на час раньше, но пришлось немного подождать. К счастью, на крыше есть приятный ресторан, где можно скоротать время. Номер мне очень понравился, особенно его атмосфера и дизайн. Много световых схем, что я всегда ценю. Зеркала с подсветкой — отдельный плюс! Душевая комната чистая и опрятная, вода горячая и с хорошим напором. В ванной есть все необходимое: бритвенный набор, гель для душа, шампунь, фен (!!), кондиционер для волос, расческа, зубной набор. Кровать — просто невероятная! Очень удобный матрас, можно выспаться на все 100%. Из окна вид на стену — и это скорее плюс: тишина гарантирована, посторонние шумы с улицы не беспокоят. В номере есть чайный набор, кофе, сливки, а также инверторный кондиционер и ТВ. Завтрак — скорее формальный, но выпить чашку кофе утром приятно. Для европейцев выбор еды очень ограниченный. Цена за номер около 40$, и это более чем отличное соотношение цены и качества. Рекомендую этот отель, особенно если хотите жить в Варанаси в комфортных условиях, недалеко от гатов, но при этом в чистом и цивилизованном районе.

It is a good guest house, neat and clean. Access is difficult as it is located in a galli, close to kashi temple. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. People with heavy luggage should not opt for this hotel.

This hotel is very near to the main market road. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. We had initially booked a non-ac room, however as it was humid - we wanted to upgrade it to ac room. The hotel management arranged for the same at the very earliest and accommodated us in a better room. However, the cleanliness is okayish, could be better. Nonetheless, the staff is very helpful- you can always rely on them
