The hotel is excellent. The customer service is superb. Anchal at the reception is extremely helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The laundry service is very good & cheap. You can get clean filter water for free. The chef and cooking staff are amazing. You won’t regret your stay here.

Great location overall excellent stay surely recommend for future stays Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Heyy! so though the stay was very very basic. I saw some small roaches in the room and immediately told the staff. They were keen enough to come and clean the room and changed the bedsheet also. Staff was really sweet and catered to basic needs. I really didn't feel that bad because i didn't pay like 5k plus like other hotels. Basic stay, in the heart of the city. Please look at your individual requirements before booking. I was barely in my room for me to actually enjoy ' the hotel stay.

Ganga Garden is a beautiful, clean and well maintained place. It is close to Assi Ghat but just far enough away to be nice and quiet as well. The staff (in particular Ravi) were great company and very attentive. Rahul, the General Manager really made us feel at home and helped us a lot for which we will be forever grateful. Our room was extra spacious with its own sitting room and marble tiled floors. It had a great view of the river and a smart TV. There is a nice rooftop restaurant with a magnificent view ***** the river beyond Assi Ghat. We loved it here so much that we extended our stay from an intended one night to five nights and didn’t want to leave when it was time for us to move on to Delhi. Thanks again to Rahul, Ravi and everyone at Ganga Garden (and to the Kingfisher who visited us each day)

All amenities and rooms are good and location is also very good, all staff excluding reception is very cooperative, beside this all electronic appliances whose are present in rooms need to be checked at daily basis, but is not going on.

Room & service was nice. Staff behaviour was nice and helpful. And food was also good. Hotel is in main city centre. Near railway station and varanasi local market (Dalmandi) and only 20km away from varanasi airport. Overall Nice stay in varanasi.

Stayed i this guest house for 2 nights. Very clean very poltergeist staff and good housekeeping. This is near hanuman ghat. The main temple is a bit far away. Otherwise nice place to stay.
