The cozy living room with dining table and kitchenette opens directly onto the garden, as does the first bedroom. The house is equipped with wi fi, flat screen TV and heat pumps for air conditioning or heating. A spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, equipped with washing machine complete the ground floor. On the first floor, the second double bedroom, in Provencal style, overlooking the garden with sea view. The kitchenette is equipped with a modern kitchen with induction hob, electric oven and fridge / freezer. For your summer dinners and lunches you can take advantage of the patio in the garden with barbeque, or relax in the shade of the mimosa and enjoy the tranquility of the place.The house is located practically on the border with France, about two kilometers from Menton on the blue coast. In the nearby hamlet of Latte, less than a kilometer away, you can find a well-stocked supermarket, a pharmacy, the laundry and the post office as well as a pizzeria and bar. The world-famous Hambury gardens with an incredible variety of local and exotic plants and the prehistoric Balzi Rossi museum are practically one step away. For those who love social life, you can take advantage of Montecarlo with its casinos and its nightlife.
