Das La Cigale ist zweifellos eines der besten Hotels des Landes. Die Villas sind sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch ausgestattet. Mit dem Abfluss in den Badezimmern gibt es gelegentlich Probleme - es müffelt. Dies kann /konnte auch nicht behoben werden. Das WiFi funktionierte in den Golf-Villas nicht, auch mehrmaliges Nachfragen nützte nichts. Die Verpflegung besticht nicht nur durch die grandiose optische Aufmachung, sondern vor allem aufgrund der hochwertigen Qualität der Lebensmittel. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, bemüht und aufmerksam. Besonders schön finde ich den gepflegten Rasen und die Gartenanlagen rundum - bis hin zum Strand. Golfspieler finden hier einen der besten Plätze. Im gemütlichen Cafe Maure kann man abends Fußball schauen und herrlichen Espresso trinken. Der Spa-Bereich ist angenehm, die Massagen wohltuend, Kosmetik eher nicht zu empfehlen. (Man reinigt noch mit Dampf.) Der Indoor-Pool ist für meinen Geschmack in der kälteren Jahreszeit viel zu warm. Man kann bei solch hohen Wassertemperaturen nicht schwimmen. Da der Großteil der Einheimischen aber nur im Wasser ”steht”, ist dies vermutlich ok. Wenn man absolute Ruhe genießen möchte, ist es ratsam, nicht in der Hochsaison und/oder an den Wochenenden zu kommen.

We stayed for 5 nights as a family of four there were some ups and downs Advantages : big pool, suitable for children A Private beach which I found fantastic The pool area is very nice with a lot of greenery and views over the beach and the mountain The Hotel staff is very polite and hard working The food tastes good i appreciated it although I couldn’t eat much because of the crowds. Disadvantages For the price we payed and for a 4 star hotel The reception area is always crowded and disorganized also very very old , Kind of depressing really The restaurant is more than disorganized I can’t believe how people can function in such conditions Very very crowded and also very old tables and not so clean plates or covers if you can find them. No wifi available in bedrooms only the reception and barbecue area. The signal also is very bad. Overall I would give it at most 3 stars I thing it deserves to be rated as a 3 stars hotel not 4 not 5 The only solution is to renovate as soon as possible and to change the restauration policy in order to make it more organized and enjoyable
