I stayed in a suite for about $130, but it was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff here double charged me. The room wasn't cleaned even though it was past check-in time. And it was very slow. There was no soundproofing, so I could hear the staff's noises and voices. The front desk staff was very rude and talked a lot. The price and service didn't match at all. I'll never stay here again. Please be careful.

Frankly at the price it charges and the fact that it's within a close range to the airport, my question is why not? The lady there she even provides you with some breakfast. Here's the thing, just as you arrive at the airport use either Uber or the official metered taxis. I got ripped off by the dude who says he drives an executive taxi and to get to the hostel (Hostel Lize) I paid 42 dollars whereas in reality ist is like 5 bucks. By the time you realize you are scammed it is too late as you are at the destination. Just a top for you... But again the hostel, it makes sense to spend your night there.

Frühstück, ich fand mehr oder weniger... die Früchte waren nicht süß, der croissant war nicht mit geeigneter Textur, hat eine Vielzahl , aber ohne außergewöhnliche Geschmack. Das Zimmer, ich bestellte für Haustiere und als ich zum Hotel kam, war das Zimmer nicht frei, außerdem nicht die Hygiene-Kit. Die Versandservice sehr gut. Fürsorgliche Beamte.

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue la ubicación, solo nos tomó 10 minutos para llegar al aeropuerto (a las 3 am), el personal amable y lo normal del hotel Ibis. Sin embargo, pienso que las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas, la puerta del baño del cuarto en donde me hospedé (piso 15) estaba mal encajada y no cerraba, no había shampoo para bañ**** (estaba la botella vacía), el ascensor estaba con aspecto a viejo (tenía una rajadura en el vidrio en la parte de encima) creo que por el precio por noche podrían remodelar las instalaciones. Ya he visitado otros Ibis, 1 en Perú y este es el segundo en Brasil y me decepcionó un poco, pensé que serían como los anteriores en donde me hospedé.

Die sanitären Einrichtungen und der Service sind sehr gut, insbesondere die junge Dame an der Rezeption, die sich auf Englisch verständigen kann. Es handelt sich um eine Suite, es gibt einen Induktionsherd zum Selbstkochen und Sie können Ihr Gepäck aufbewahren. Etwa 300 Meter entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt und die Stadt Guarunhos (wie eine kleine Stadt im ländlichen China) ist etwa 500 Meter entfernt. Zum Einkaufen ist es nicht bequem. Es liegt nicht ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens und die Fahrt mit Uber kostet 30-40 Rial, aber aus Gründen der Bequemlichkeit des Fliegens ist dies auch eine gute Wahl

The hotel shuttle only goes to terminal 2 and if it’s a peak period, it will not be possible to squeeze into the bus (no standing allowed). Receptionist are friendly, however, hotel does not have a tag to hang at doors to let them know no room service is needed, so one day you will get two knocks (one for cleaning and one for the pantry refill if needed) which can be very disruptive. There’s shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, two bar soaps and one shower cap provided. Toilet has a spray which is useful.

Ich poste ein Bild der zentralen Lobby. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Flughafens zu einem niedrigen Preis. Darüber hinaus war es sehr bequem, Flughafen pick-up und Drop-off-Service zu bieten, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich!!!

Das Hotel mit kostenlosem Shuttleservice ist ideal für Flugreisende, die eine Nacht Ruhe brauchen. Wir haben die 5:30 am Shuttle geschätzt. Es gab etwa 12 von uns, die auf dem Shuttle waren, was bedeutet, dass 12 von uns nicht genießen konnten Kaffee und ein Stück Brot, da das Essenszimmer nicht bis 6 Uhr geöffnet wurde. Andernfalls war die Hotelerfahrung sehr gut!

Am besten kostengünstig. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens Guarulhos und ist stets bemüht, Ihnen vom Essen bis zum Transport den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten und bietet viele Vorteile zu sehr wettbewerbsfähigen Preisen. Nach meiner Beobachtung werden sie noch renoviert, aber oben ist es die perfekte Wahl, um Gäste zu empfangen. Zurück in Guarulhos werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen
