Great location, and the staff was fabulous! Domonique at the front desk was so helpful with our check in, answering all our questions, and accommodating our requests! Vince the valet was so quick, kind, and efficient, making it so easy to check our car in and out of the valet throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well kept. The angle of the TV to the bed was a little odd, and there was no pool/hot tub, but the staff got cold breakfast out early for the marathon runners!

Great experience ! Front desk staff was welcoming, room was very clean and interior was beautiful. Only stayed there one night for a concert but I would love to return to this hotel. One weird thing: the tv remotes might have been connected/interfering with other rooms? In the middle of the night it seemed as if someone else was controlling the volume and it was hard to adjust besides turning the TV off manually.

We had two rooms booked from Friday October 21 checking out Sunday October 23rd. On Saturday October 22nd upon our return to the room we noticed the door ajar (with no sign of forced entry), and steam emanating from the room and the sound of shower on. Upon entry we found all hot water taps were going full blast, the room had been ransacked and our items strewn about. The thief took my purse, laptop, daughter’s iPad and various other personal effects. I immediately went to the front desk where the clerk told me to call the police myself. No hotel security came to our aid. And when the police were finally called - no one from the hotel bothered to participate in the investigation. When I asked for another room for me and my 11 year old daughter to sleep so we would feel safe, we were told we’d “have to wait until the police investigation was done” ie several hours into the morning. When I called the front desk again to ask if we could please switch to another room - she hung up on me. I was livid. When I called the front desk back to ask again about switching rooms, a woman security officer said “you’re going to listen to me… you are not getting another room!”. Upon hearing this we packed our bags and found a room at the Hilton down the street. While waiting for our Uber to arrive (this is at 1 am by then) I approached the front desk to tell them we were leaving and to ask for the hotel manager’s name and number. I was then told by this front desk clerk to “google it”. And when I reacted in anger , this security “officer” then started coming toward me and menacing me. So we left. When I went back the next day - I asked for a refund and was told to send the police case file #. Which I did and emailed Sunday morning by 11:30 am. I still have not heard back about the investigation or any refund. So not only were we robbed by someone who obviously was given access to our room, but we were told to stay in a steaming, wet ransacked room and mistreated by a belligerent front desk clerk and her coworker security guard. If you are a woman travelling alone with a child, don’t stay at this property if you have a choice!

Was die Hotels anbelangt, ... ein einzigartiges Konzept. Einige positive, einige negative, von denen eine – Hotelmanagement’s unzureichende Antwort auf ein bedeutendes Problem – veranlasste mich und meine Frau nach zwei Nächten von dem, was eine vier-Nacht-Stadt sein sollte. Unser Zimmer war eine Junior Suite auf der oberen Etage und war gut groß und hatte schöne Möbel. Wir dachten, die Küche und der Service in den Restaurants und Bars waren gut (Tauchen bis Kate), die Kälber und das Klopfpersonal waren gehüttelt, und es gibt interessante Kunstwerke auf einigen der Etagen. Alles Gute. Auf der Nebenseite: Einige Tage vor dem Einchecken erhielten wir eine E-Mail, die uns einen frühen Eincheck für einen zusätzlichen $25 anbietete. Nicht nötig einen frühen Eincheck, kamen wir am posted 3pm Check-in-Zeit. Unser Zimmer war nicht für einen weiteren 35-40 Minuten bereit. Sicherlich eine gemischte Nachricht. Das Personal des Front Desk ist sicherlich getroffen oder missen in Bezug auf Freundschaft. Es gab kein Fan im Badezimmer, um Dampf aus der Dusche zu beherrschen. Das Badezimmerfenster ist undurchsichtig, hat jedoch keine Schatten. Infolgedessen kommt in der Nacht Licht von der Autobahn, die an das Hotel angrenzen, in das Badezimmer und geht durch die opake Glas Duschewand in den Schlafbereich. Während die Glas Duschewand opake ist, macht die Dusche weit von privaten entfernt. Nicht ein Problem für uns, aber andere könnten uns nicht einig sein. Auch die Güterzüge, die auf den Doppelstrecken unmittelbar neben dem Hotel laufen, sind laut. Ich will nicht, dass ich eine Maske und Ohrringe tragen muss, um eine gute Nacht’s Schlaf in dem, was ein luxuriöses Hotel sein soll. Warum die schreckliche Rating und nicht nur ein Mittelschwaches? Kurz nach 8:00 Uhr in unserer zweiten Nacht riechen wir Rauch in unserem sechsten Stockzimmer. Weil der Geruch schlimmer wuchs, um 8:45 Uhr riechte ich den Vordertisch. Die Person, mit der ich gesprochen habe, erklärte, dass in den Nächten, wenn es keine Brise gibt, Rauch vom Restaurant „Herz“ auf die Seite des Gebäudes und ins Zimmer spüren wird. Sie hatten eine klare Erklärung. Mit anderen Worten, sie wussten, dass Rauch ein Problem sein könnte, aber sie haben nichts darüber getan. Um 10:30 Uhr rief ich wieder und bat mich, mit dem Manager zu sprechen. Leider arbeitet der einzige Manager im Gebäude in Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken und ist nicht so gut in anderen Aspekten der Hotelverwaltung. Ich bat sie, ins Zimmer zu kommen, damit sie sich selbst feststellen konnte, dass ich nicht übertrieben war, was die Augen zu klappen, Kopfschmerzen verursachte rauchende Luft. Sie und der Restaurant-Bademanager kamen oben und erkannten, dass der Rauch ein Problem war. Aus einer Reihe von Gründen - einige der Hotels, einige unserer - die Umstellung der Zimmer in dieser Stunde war keine lebensfähige Option. Wir waren von dem Manager versichert, dass sie einen detaillierten E-Mail für den Hotelmanager schreibt, der am nächsten Tag kommt, und dass dieser Manager uns „erst die morgens“ nennt. Ich schreibe diese Bewertung vier Morgen später. Wir warten noch auf diesen Anruf.

First time for me in a Courtyard. It was clean, efficient, wonderful beds, quiet tho in a very busy area. But the best thing was the service. Big thanks to Prentice and Tony at Reception for going the extra mile for me at check in. They made my introduction to Courtyard awesome. I will return for sure. I recently traveled to Milwaukee for quick business trip. After a long day of travel and meetings, the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing. At the end of night 2, I came back to a very clean room. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff disposed of all of my receipts, making my expense reporting difficult. I called the front desk to see if they could help, and boy am I glad Dhmitriana answered. She went above and beyond, calling the restaurant I had dined at the night prior and was able to get a new copy of my receipt. She was even willing to dig through the garbage to look for them. I will be staying here on future business trips. If you see Dhmitriana at the front desk, just know you are in EXCELLENT hands.

The front desk and the bed were the best things about this hotel. 1) The paring lot was poorly maintained and snow was improperly removed. It was a hazard for your ankles. It would be easy to twist or strain your ankle going to the car. 2) The table was not receiving proper maintenance. The leg bolts were not tightened and the desk was rickety. 3) The end table drawers were not wiped out. One had dust and grime all over it. 4) There was medication from a previous patron on the floor. This could have been really problematic if we had a pet. 5) The towel rack was not mounted to the wall. It was laying on the bathroom floor. 6) The internet was horrible. a) They do not have enough band width for the size of the hotel. b) The service they have outsourced the internet too is not very responsive. It has been 48 hours and they still have not dispatched engineering to fix the problem. ( I got better service from the hot.el next door's wifi then this hotels wifi.) IFYOU NEED INTERNET AXCESS AVOID THIS HOTEL

Die ganze Erfahrung war gut, außer dass es unter Bau ist, so dass die Eismaschine nicht funktioniert das Zimmer war schmutzig, als ich es erreichte, es war unter der Sofa, es musste im Grunde gereinigt werden, so dass wir es selbst zu reinigen. Das Restaurant, das dem Hotel beigefügt ist, ist ein Abbruch, aber nicht das, was es angemessen war.

Zunächst war das Zimmer ziemlich schön oder relativ schön für den Preis und die Lage. Es war groß genug mit einem angemessen Bad/Dusche/Badewanne, aber ein ziemlich trauriger TV (nicht ein echtes Problem, nur das rauswerfen). Das Personal war gut, aber ich habe nicht viel mit ihnen interagiert, eine ruhige Checkin, dann nicht bei der Checkout. Allerdings gab es einige Dinge fehlen. Ich verlasse typischerweise keine Bewertungen, aber ich dachte, ich würde potenzielle Gäste informieren, dass es möglicherweise einige Ungenauigkeiten mit einigen der Werbematerialien geben. Es gibt keinen Heißröhrchen mehr, und ich wurde von den offiziellen Bildern beeindruckt, dass dieser Heißröhrchen noch hier/operationell war. So not only were we robbed by someone who obviously was given access to our room, but we were told to stay in a steaming, wet ransacked room and mistreated by a belligerent front desk clerk and her coworker security guard. If you are a woman travelling alone with a child, don’t stay at this property if you have a choice!

During my recent stay at Journeyman, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service, but I have to give special recognition to Jared, the valet. From the moment I arrived, Jared went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. Not only was he incredibly polite and welcoming, but he also handled my car with great care and efficiency, making sure it was always ready when I needed it. Each time I interacted with Jared, he was friendly and attentive, offering help with luggage and even providing great local recommendations. Wir gingen dort zum Wild Subaru Kite Festival in Milwauree und wir waren in diesem Hotel untergebracht. Sehr schönes Zimmer und super komfortable großes Bett. Ein kleiner Bar und Restaurant. Ein schönes Innenpool. Breite Parkplätze. Das Hotel liegt natürlich in der Nähe des Flughafens, aber auch mehrere Restaurants um. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Hotels, die Covid als Ausrede verwenden, um nicht zu bedienen (und Rase Preise), bietet dieses Hotel täglich Zimmerreinigung.

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Flughafenshuttle funktionierte gut und wir genossen, unseren Fahrer, MJ, kennenzulernen. Wir benutzten auch den Shuttle für lokale Reisen. Einer nach einem nahe gelegenen Applebee's und ein anderer nach einem nahe gelegenen Burger King. Wenn Sie am Flughafen ankommen, benötigen Sie den Shuttleservice, alle Ihre Taschen in der Hand zu haben, bevor Sie anrufen, da sie nur 5-10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt sind. Schnellschiffsverbindungen für Pickup und Flughafen fallen aus. Wir würden sicher noch einmal hier bleiben. Ich habe IHG Punkte für unseren Aufenthalt verwendet.

Had the pleasure of staying here for work and from start to finish it was GREAT. When I came in my co worker was speaking with another front office clerk so I approached Michael ! I had a million questions and he has a million and one answers ! Let me know about happy hr, the buffet times and local attractions ! My biggest question was about refrigerator being in the room and YES, YES they do ! Which I love because I always pack a lunch. I messed up and “lost” my key and ran into Michael downstairs .. let him know and with no hesitation he grabbed me a new one. Honestly TOP TIER SERVICE !!!! All in all my first trip to Milwaukee was great and I owe it all to Michael . He is greatly appreciated !

Schönes Zimmer. Hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Heizung gestoppt, aber ein zweites Gehäuse löste das Problem leicht und es war nicht zu cool im Zimmer. Mein Zimmer stand vor der Autobahn, so war es laut. Ich würde sicherlich nächstes Mal einen Raum auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes beantragen.

Die Hoteleinrichtungen waren sehr gut, aber die Konventionsdienstleistungen waren sehr schlecht. Die Größe des Zimmers war für die 2 Queen Betten, Desk, einfache Stuhl, Osman, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank geeignet. Es gab sogar Platz für die Einrichtung des Eisenbahnboards. Das Badezimmer im mobilen zugänglichen Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Der Innenpool war schön, aber die Poolliften funktionierten nicht. Die Pool-Zimmer wurden spät in der Nacht gestört, weil das Büropersonal den Vorhang nicht durchsetzen würde. Das Frühstücksbuffet umfasste heißes Essen. Die Eincheckung für unsere Gruppe war verwirrt und einige unserer Gäste haben nicht die Art von Zimmern, die im Vertrag festgelegt sind, erhalten. Das Ballzimmer war gut eingerichtet, aber die AC für die Hälfte des Zimmers funktionierte nicht. Die servierten Nahrungsmittel und Getränke waren nicht wie vereinbart Monate im Voraus. Unsere Gäste loben das servierte Nahrungsmittel. Wir wurden nicht für das belastet, was wir nicht erhalten. Die Personalumsätze haben offenbar zu schlechten Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten geführt, auch nach einem Jahr regelmäßiger Kontakte.

We stayed here during Summerfest, June 28th, and it was a nice, sleep filled night. Our room was very nice and clean, few things looked aged but nothing at all, really. The breakfast was okay, there were things that we found tasty and filling. The pool and hot tub was a wonderful surprise. They do need to work on their exist side doors, it was raining when we got in at night and the side door does not work so we had to run for the front door. It was after 2a.m. so someone HAD to be at the front desk to let us in, it would have been miserable waiting for someone at the desk if they weren’t at their post. And real, they already had a card key at the front door, so I am not sure why they have to lock it besides. If a guest has the key, they get in, otherwise everyone else would be locked out, right? It was a great place to have a week-end away... I would go again. We left our raincoat in the room and Chris (the Manager) made arrangements to have it mailed to us. Good work.

The best part of this hotel is the staff!! Throughout our two-night stay, everyone greeted us with enthusiasm and a smile, and they helped us with whatever we needed. Marissa, who works evenings at the front desk, deserves a special shout-out; she made delicious chocolate chip cookies, was friendly, and had a sense of humor. Daniel, who was working when we arrived for an early check-in, got us settled and described the lay of the land. We were in Milwaukee for two Brewers games; the hotel is located an easy 15-minute drive from the ballpark. Good dining options and shopping are available a couple of miles away. Some areas in need of improvement are: some of the machines in the fitness center didn't work or had broken straps; the buttons on the phone in the room didn't work; the water pressure in the shower was very weak; the floor in the room was dirty; and the food at the complimentary breakfast was fair. Overall, however, we would definitely stay here again because of the attentiveness of the staff.

My husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

Very old-school hotel to say the least, never been in a establishment like this where you had to open the door to get into the elevator. Old style hand phone in the hallways by the elevator just a very unique hotel. Didn’t get to enjoy much of the hotel saw some of the am like a bar and a small restaurant everything is very clean inside the lobby. People were friendly. The attendant at the front desk was very knowledgeable on directions on where to go. That was really nice. Took a lot of guess work out.

The Courtyard is in a great location right in the heart of Downtown. It's physically connected to the 3rd St Market which has lots of trendy fast dining options. Close by there are shops, bars, restaurants and the river. The excellent Third Ward area with all its food options and the Public Market is a few minutes walk. The room was modern with a great desk and TV set up, big armchair and a comfortable spacious bed. There were lots of plug sockets everywhere so it was easy to charge. I had a very comfy, restful stay in the heart of Milwaukee for a good price. I got the train from Milwaukee Intermodal station after my stay and that was just five mins walk away.

I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel Milwaukee while my company booked out the majority of the hotel during the RNC, a time of heightened security which posed significant challenges for large group accommodations. Throughout our stay, the Cambria team consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They not only accommodated our needs but also coordinated shipping items across the country to ensure their safe return and arranged last-minute catering for over 100 people. The exceptional service provided by Howard and Travis exceeded our expectations. Despite the numerous challenges we as a company faced of accommodating such a large group, a simple call to either Howard or Travis promptly resolved any issue we encountered. For businesses traveling with large groups requiring exceptional accommodation, I cannot recommend Cambria Hotel highly enough. Horrific Experience – Removed from Hotel for Reporting Noise I am deeply upset with my recent business travel stay at this hotel. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. From the beginning, I had issues despite requesting a quiet room in advance. Instead, we were placed in a room facing the interstate, and the noise was unbearable. The next morning, we were thankfully moved to a different room, but that night, we were repeatedly woken up by loud partiers outside of the hotel lobby( on Hotel property) . At 4 am My husband had to speak to the front desk, but the staff was unwilling to address the situation, so he had to go outside and ask the people to quiet down himself. The situation worsened the following day. After returning from our business meetings (this was a business trip), we were greeted by a loud party in the room next door. I called the front desk, asked for the manager and was told no manager was on duty on the weekends . The person I spoke to suggested they would give the guests a warning, though it’s unclear whether they actually did. The noise continued, so I knocked on their door very politely, even wishing them a happy birthday, and asked them to be considerate. They said they were leaving soon, and things did quiet down – but then we received an outrageous phone call from the front desk, warning us not to knock on the neighbor's door again, or we would be removed from the hotel! To my complete shock, about 15 minutes later, the Milwaukee Police Department knocked on our door, informing us that we were being removed from the hotel. The officer told us that management had ordered our removal from the property. Keep in mind, from the time I asked my neighbor to be considerate of the noise to the time the police knocked on my door was less than 30 minutes. I was in tears, in complete disbelief, and in utter shock at how we were treated. As an Honors member of the Hilton brand, I never expected to be treated like this, especially when we had done nothing wrong but ask our neighbors to be considerate. To make matters worse, the front desk clerk who facilitated our removal falsely claimed to be a manager and refused to provide her name. She even lied and said we were warned twice. We were escorted off the property by the police and left to find alternative accommodations late at night. Adding insult to injury, despite my repeated attempts to contact Hilton Corporate (I actually have a case number) and the general manager of the hotel via phone and email, I have received no response. This lack of accountability and decency is absolutely appalling, and I remain in shock over how we were treated. I am extremely disappointed and feel utterly disrespected by this entire experience. This is not the service I expect from Hilton, especially as a loyal customer and Honors member. If you’re staying for business, do not stay here. If you are here to party, this is the place for you. Our stay at the County Clare was one of the highlights of our road trip to Milwaukee! While we've never been to Ireland, when you step inside you feel like you may have been transported to a classic Irish Inn with the dark wood, green and gold decor, and the vintage Guinness posters. The room was comfortable and quaint from the giant bed, a soaking tub (with jets), and some additional vintage decor. We ate dinner the first night at the Inn and it was solid comfort food with a good variety of beers on tap in addition to the traditional styles you'd expect to find at an Irish Inn. The breakfast which is included in your stay is a selection of pastries along with a made to order omelet bar that you don't want to miss. Breakfast starts at 8am, so if you want something other than room coffee, there is a fantastic coffee shop about two blocks away called Fairgrounds. Overall, a fantastic find in Milwaukee at a very reasonable price.
