There are two entrances to the house, one from the street side and one from the garden side via the terrace.On the first floor there is a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a dining table for 6 people in addition to the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a large U-shaped leather couch, a rocking chair with stool and a stove. A large television is of course also available, as well as a small stereo system. The place Sagard is a centrally located place with the rural character of the Jasmund peninsula in the north of Rügen. It is not a typical vacation spot. The house is in the center. It also has the advantage that no tourist tax is due. The nearby train station enables you to travel by train! You can reach our house within 15 minutes on foot or by bike in less time. You can of course store your bike in our lockable garden shed.The house is centrally located, in the immediate vicinity is a village street.3 bicycles (2x women's bike, 1x men's bike, 1 children's bike 24 inches) are available to our tenants free of charge. It is also possible to rent and have e-bikes delivered. Corresponding flyers can be found in our house. A child bike seat and bracket is in our garden shed, which you can also use. In the garden house you will find the garden furniture and tablecloths, a grill (Weber grill) and other garden accessories that are at your disposal. Furthermore there are sand toys, 1 scooter, 1 bobby car. Books, audio books, game collections, CDs, DVDs (children's films) are in the living room closet, as well as in the children's room. The use of equipment / bicycles and children's toys are at your own risk.The parking spaces on our property are only available to the respective tenant.Use Sagard as the basis for your hikes, bike tours or swimming days, and visit the nearby sandy and pebble beaches in the immediate vicinity.
