Our modern holiday home suedpfalz-hauszeit is located in the center of the picturesque town of Oberschlettenbach, Südliche Weinstraße district. 2018 the object was completely renovated on the foundations of an old sandstone building. When it comes to equipment, we have placed great emphasis on an attractive design and high-quality equipment. Everything is designed so that we feel comfortable here, too.The house offers ample space for 2 to a maximum of 4 people. The living-dining-kitchen area and the bathroom are on the main floor. The high-quality fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a refrigerator and freezer, a four-ring ceramic hob and an extractor hood. The dining table can accommodate four people. The living room has underfloor heating, a fireplace and a pull-out sofa bed. An open staircase leads to the gallery with a workplace and a view of the living room. The panoramic window front offers a beautiful view of the neighboring houses, the surrounding mountains and orchards.The bedroom on the upper floor with a large double bed has its own exit to a small garden terrace with a view.
