Overall the hotel was fine for a trip with a friend and the lady at the reception was chaotic but very nice. The room department and our room however smelled terribly like smoke and for non-smokers the smell in the room (it must be in the carpet or the curtains or whatever) was sickening. Also, there were some hairs on the shower walls when we checked in to the room (even after the cleaning guy had come by). Because of the smokey smell I wouldn’t stay here again.

Super Atmosphäre, besonders abends im alten Zellentrakt, tolle Beleuchtung! Ein bisschen gruselig aber auch sehr edel. Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, leider Schimmel in der Dusche. Und auf dem Flur zu unserem Zimmer 231 übler Gestank nach Pilzen (?). Das darf nicht sein. Frühstück von mittelmäßiger Qualität. Unterbringung für E-bikes gut, in einem nachts verschlossenen Verschlag mit Steckdosen zum Aufladen. Insgesamt könnte es sauberer und mit persönlicherer Atmosphäre sein.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte bei uns bei warmem Wetter nicht gut. ist standardmäßig eingestellt. Sie können die Sauna im Voraus reservieren, die schön eingerichtet ist. Manchmal kann man direkt hineingehen, weil schon Leute da sind. Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend. von Leinsamen/Haferflocken bis hin zu Speck mit Rührei. Das Esszimmer befindet sich im Keller und bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Walddekoration. Es stehen ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze oder eine kostenpflichtige Parkgarage zur Verfügung. Der Reparaturservice war geringer. Die Batterie in unserem Spind musste ausgetauscht werden. Dies wäre nur möglich, wenn Sie kein Schild an die Tür hängen. Am dritten Tag hatte es sich noch nicht erholt.
