The location was easy to find by my driver. The room was neat n clean. I was staying for one day and i had to rush for my next destination early in the morning so i didn't get time to have food but i had evening snacks tea n veg pokora it was good. Over all it was a good experience n i had a pleasant night.

It was very comfortable and joyful stay. Location is great, specially Brahmaputra river view from the hotel. Food is like home made food, staffs are friendly and cooperative. Hygiene, safety everything is good. Would like to visit again. Good place to stay 😊

The property had all modern amenities like ac, geyser, refrigerator etc. However, the lighting in the room as well as in the bathroom had some issues. The bathroom had no lights. We informed the caretaker about the same and he told us that he would change the light the next day but he didn't so had to use the bathroom without any light. The young guy in the reception was nice and helpful.

Das Zimmer war gut. Das Frühstück ist etwas, auf das sie wirklich arbeiten können. Der Geschmack sowie der Service. Die Ausbreitung war ok. Der Geschmack war nicht bis zum Marke. Alles hatte überschüssige Salz in ihm.

1. Zimmer ist ein bisschen klein, aber gut für zwei Personen. 2. Ac ist irgendwie arbeiten, aber die Temperatur ist nicht anpassbar. 3. Kein Platz für die Anhänge. Almirah ist ohne Anhänger. 4. Reinigungsdienst ist sehr schlecht. Wir blieben dort 4 Nächte, während dieser Zeit haben sie nicht einmal unsere Bettwäsche geändert, obwohl sie für das gleiche gefordert. 5. Toilette ist nicht funktional. 6. Kein Zimmerservice. 7. Eigentümer ist freundlich.

We stayed three nights and hosted a lunch reception at rooftop lawn to celebrate daughter’s wedding for 300 guests. Excellent & amiable service by staff, amazing and high quality food appreciated by every guest. Sales manager Mr Dibakar and Miss Anindita took great care of us meeting all our requirements with patience and politeness. Chef Neeraj took personal care in curating the dishes which came off very well. Last but not the least F&B manager Mr Samsul Haque coordinated the whole event very well with his constant presence & supervision. Overall rating excellent to the Radisson team. Please keep up the high standards in the days to come.

I need to understand, that if I'm STUPID. So, here after work when I wanted to sip on a few moments of liquor, the hotel reception & housekeeping says : ”We don't have cold water Sir” So, I ask ”Do you have ice ?” , + Can you serve me ICECREAM atleast ... as NO OTHER FOOD as displayed in the MENU was available. They reply, ”NO SIR.” So I ask again that, how you arrange so food and some coldness for my comfort ? Reply : ”Sir, we have put it in FREEZER and will take another 2 hours ... + we are hosting a party and the Room Service is very Busy” well the same response I received when I arrived this weekend. Now my questions are : 1. WHAT IS THIS PLACE ? 2. Cold water might not be available, but even not ICE ? 3. Dinner I will have to have as per the hotels choice of food ? Whereas the menu as displayed and served in the room has more than 10 pages. 4. Well, ICE also cannot be available due to operational hazards, BUT FOOD ? but how come the complete authority is SO RELUCTANT ABOUT HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE ? They are not serving the MENU whereas they have it clearly stated that outside food NOT ALLOWED, That means PLZ GO OUT AND EAT So, my overall experience. PATHETIC. CANT EVEN RATE A SINGLE STAR.
