Ich bin Architekt & reiste nach Guwahati Angebot für Arbeit. Der Hotelaufenthalt wurde von meinem Kunden wegen der Nähe der laufenden Projekt-Website reserviert. Es ist relativ ein neues Hotel, (Dezember 2020) Daher war alles neu. Meine Bewertung für Zimmer 304 wie unter : 1.excellent Lage - auf der Hauptstraße so ist die Verbindung durch die Straße sehr einfach. 2. große Zimmer mit komfortablem Matratzen. 3. komfortable Sitz- und Schreibtisch neben dem vollen Ht festen Glas, um die besetzte GS Straßenblick während Sie arbeiten zu genießen. 4. großes Badezimmer. 5. ausreichende Versorgung mit Toiletten. 6. Essen ist schmackvoll & palatable (Zimmerservice) und sie haben eine breite Auswahl im Menü aus. Bereiche für Verbesserung 1. das Personal braucht mehr in der Gastfreundschaft zu trainieren, vor allem das Personal im Frontbüro, da sie etwas brutal klang, um die Gäste zu behandeln (nicht nur ich, sondern ein anderer Gast hatte die gleiche Beobachtung) 2. Sie müssen eine Deodorant-Zulage für das Servicepersonal haben oder ihre Uniform täglich gewaschen, da sie ziemlich geräuchert waren. 3. Die Fenster sind nicht klangbewiesen, so dass der Verkehrsklang störend sein könnte, wenn Sie ein leichter Schlafer 4. Das Frühstück hatte eine anständige Ausbreitung, aber war nicht so gut ***altert. Das Essen im Buffet lag so nicht attraktiv in Bezug auf die Art und Weise, wie sie serviert wurden (mehr als gerade in den Schütteln gedumpt) Diese Bereiche brauchen viel Aufmerksamkeit. 5. Die WICHTWICHT (zumindest für mich) die Warmwasserversorgung im Badezimmer ist BAD. das Wasser ist kaum warm und das auch für nur eine Minute oder so, dass es zu Abend kalt. für eine Person wie mich, die für das Warmwasserbad verwendet wird, Die Dusche da fühlte sich wie ein Eisbucket Herausforderung für mich. ein Bericht auf dem Front Desk re das Problem hat keine Lösung gegeben, so dass ich mit ihm zu leben. We informed the caretaker about the same and he told us that he would change the light the next day but he didn't so had to use the bathroom without any light. Und kein Thali-System. Fast 800 für Rice Bowl von 1⁄2, Hühner Curry, Ölpapad, Ölgemisch Gemüse (riesige Menge für zwei, keine halbe Platte System), Dal. Nehmen zusätzliche 20 für Wasserflasche, die hätte in einem Deluxe Zimmer geliefert werden sollen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht.

So, here after work when I wanted to sip on a few moments of liquor, the hotel reception & housekeeping says : ”We don't have cold water Sir” So, I ask ”Do you have ice ?” , + Can you serve me ICECREAM atleast ... as NO OTHER FOOD as displayed in the MENU was available. They reply, ”NO SIR.” So I ask again that, how you arrange so food and some coldness for my comfort ? Reply : ”Sir, we have put it in FREEZER and will take another 2 hours ... + we are hosting a party and the Room Service is very Busy” well the same response I received when I arrived this weekend. Now my questions are : 1. WHAT IS THIS PLACE ? 2. Cold water might not be available, but even not ICE ? 3. Dinner I will have to have as per the hotels choice of food ? Whereas the menu as displayed and served in the room has more than 10 pages. 4. Well, ICE also cannot be available due to operational hazards, BUT FOOD ? but how come the complete authority is SO RELUCTANT ABOUT HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE ? They are not serving the MENU whereas they have it clearly stated that outside food NOT ALLOWED, That means PLZ GO OUT AND EAT So, my overall experience. PATHETIC. CANT EVEN RATE A SINGLE STAR. BOARDERS STAY AWAY

Einige meiner Kollegen waren in den üblichen Rs. 5000 pro Nacht, wo es kaum genug Raum war, um das Gepäck zu bewahren und nur ein einsamer Stuhl konnte in dem Zimmer für jemanden sitzen. Keine Chance, Freunde oder Besucher für eine Tasse Tee zu haben.

First one - irresponsible behaviour. After making the reservation online for the stay at this hotel, I sent an email seeking help for an airport pick up as I would be reaching late. No response came for a day. Then I called their board number and requested for an airport pick up. I was told that it would be confirmed soon and details would be shared. Till I was boarding the flight to Guwahati there was no information. After I landed, I called the hotel and they said the same thing - driver would call. The driver from an app based cab company called and said he was on his way. The cab arrived half an hour after the scheduled time! I could have simply booked an Uber had the hotel gentleman told me that they won’t have pick up facility. Second, room was given in another building saying it was a new one. Room was decent and amenities were average. Good thing was there was no plastic water bottle, instead a one litre glass bottle was there with water. There was no refill though! Breakfast was just average. Cut fruits had small flies on them. Coffee machine brewed something that was not drinkable! While I came to the reception to speak to the duty manager, the bell boy told me he had gone to the washroom who actually was having breakfast in the dining hall in one corner! One request to the management of the hotel - please be sensitive to your guests and ask your people to be responsible. You can do much better as you have a good property. Thank you.

Location is good away from the usual bustling sound as its not in the mainstream route i think. Room is good enough except the space inthe bathroom which is quite small otherwise amenities are good.

Other than the location, which can be a little far from prime locations this hotel is perfect. The hotel staff are exceptionally cooperative and helpful. Food is excellent. Rooms are clean and they provide body lotion, soap, tooth brush & paste and clean towels. Overall i really enjoyed my stay there.

There are a few positives about Kalyaniz though the place would not rank high overall. While located in a key city area, the main location and approach is through a narrow road which could get congested. Transport within the city is not an issue with cab aggregators being available. The room size was good and it was clean. The lighting in the room was annoyingly dim giving it a very dark/ dingy feel- certainly a negative. What was most puzzling was how the hot water in the bathroom just did not come even after a long time. There is a weird method to supposedly get the hot water which only results in a waste of time, and a waste of lot of water, something which the hotel needs to rectify pronto. The food in the restaurant including the buffet breakfast was very average and could do with improvement. The housekeeping staff was prompt in attending to our regular requirements, except for solving the hot water puzzle.

So so service. I was happy because they let me an early checkin at 7am. But one of their staff was rude and ignorance. Later another took incharge and he arranged everything well, cleaned the room asap. Being a single girl, however sometimes i felt the second guy little creepy, even-though he was serving well.

While returning from Kaziranga, we stayed here overnight since we had to catch the morning flight on return. Considering our very good experience in Kzziranga, in the hotel of the same owner, expectations had increased. The location was nice, but I did not realise that Guwahati would be so so crowded :-). Unfortunately, the wear and tear and the lack of basic maintenance was showing. One could not sit on the chair since the seats needed to be refurbished, changed. What I saw the moment I entered the room can be seen in the picture. Other walls (e.g. under the window) had the same problem. Was very very disappointed. My request and suggestion to the management......it does not take more than one day to get one room fixed up --- paint and chair cushion etc. For the price of the room, we did not expect this, really.
