And not only secluded, but only a four and a half minute walk to a gorgeous and private beach! (I know VRBO wrote “six minute walk” in the title, but I measured it once!). Gilligan's Beach Cottage is not like one of the houses packed into town--it is about 15 minutes east of Princeville in rural Kauai in an unspoiled, natural valley called Moloa'a. If you check it out on a map, you will find Moloa'a Bay in the upper right hand corner. Since there is very limited public parking near the beach, this beach is relatively undiscovered by tourists. Hollywood, however, did discover this idylic location in the 1960's and filmed the entire pilot episode of 'Gilligan's Island' here--thus, the name we chose.Gilligan's Cottage is situated on a large rural lot which is filled with fruit and palm trees, to the delight of our guests. This valley is sparsely populated, and privacy and tranquility is what you will find here. Gilligan's has one bedroom, one full bath with a private outdoor Hawaiian Shower (which is very popular with our guests!). The cottage is fully modern in every way, yet still retains the charm of Old Hawaii in its plantation setting. And not only that, for the warmer, more humid summer days, Gilligan’s has a high-quality Lennox split-system air conditioning unit!Moloa'a Beach--oh, the beach! Just a four and a half minute walk down a lovely paved country road. Very beautiful, very clean and very LONELY! Many times, you will be the ONLY one to be walking this beach watching turtles, picking up shells, and observing an occasional Monk seal. We watched movies and just hung out and enjoyed time as a family (we must have watched Scooby Doo and the Ghost Pirates 7 times!). When we left for the last leg of our trip, for which we stayed at the Hyatt, we were seriously sad and depressed to be leaving our home away from home. This is a completely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath 1,148 sq ft. condo within a stones throw from the beach! When you enter the unit you will be taken aback by the Hawaiian vibes! Open the patio door and immediately feel the ocean breeze from the trade winds and smell the fresh saltwater air! The next morning you will awaken to the warm glow of sunrise. Come sit on the lanai with your first cup of coffee and enjoy the views. You are also located right on the walking/bike path called Ke Ala Hele Makalae ('the path that goes by the coast') which travels along the coastline for miles offering spectacular views of the pacific ocean and perhaps some local wildlife.....You'll now know what paradise feels like.The condo is on the 1st floor in Building A unit 101 at the Pono Kai Resort, within steps of the ocean. You will be lulled to sleep with the gentle sound of the ocean surf. One bedroom features a king bed and the other has a set of twin beds that can be pushed together for another king sleeping space to ensure a restful night's sleep. Air conditioning units are in the living room and master bedroom. A portable unit is in the second bedroom for your comfort during the summer months. The unit has a fully updated kitchen with granite countertops; a new cooktop self-cleaning oven; a full-size microwave oven; dishwasher and tons of cabinet space; and all of the pots/pans/dishes/utensils needed to enjoy a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped, you will not need to worry about running out and buying that essential item to cook with. And if you plan on creating that perfect Hawaiian dinner, or even just a BBQ, spices are available in the kitchen or pick some fresh at the herb garden.There are new marble floors and a walk-in marble shower in the master bath & a new deep soaking tub in the guest bath. There are all-new window coverings and a comfortable tropical-designed furniture package that includes a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room with a ComfortCool Gel mattress for that restful sleep after a busy day at the beach! Auf dem Strand am Meer, es gibt Wellenschutzscheiben, die es bequem zu spielen. Die Lage ist sehr bequem. Der Pool hat einen warmen Pool, der älter kann warm sein. Es gibt auch ein kostenloses Waschzimmer. Aber die Hoteleinrichtungen sind etwas alt, die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, der neue Ventilator und die Klimaanlage sind nicht normal. Die Nacht muss abgeschaltet werden, sonst muss es wie im Flugzeug schlafen.

Die Lage ist groß und die Eigenschaft ist extrem sauber und ruhig. Unser Zimmer war sehr veraltet (zu Beginn der 80er Jahre für Möbel, Teppich, Badezimmer) aber sauber und alles funktionierte. Es war geräumig, aber nur minimal in der Küche für Zubehör, der Kaffeetasse ist super klein. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt nicht für einen späten Auscheck oder einen zusätzlichen Tag verlängern können, das wirklich Menschen auf Wandern und etc. wir mussten unsere Sachen auspacken (530am) und konnten nicht spät auschecken, um wieder zu verpacken und Dusche. Die jungen Büromächte erklärten die Politik für die späte Auscheck war Ruf Morgen nach 9 Uhr. Das ist lächerlich, weil die meisten Touristen über die Insel reisen früh zu erkunden. Wir fragten um 815 Uhr Nacht vor und das Personal konnte uns nicht zu spät auschecken für den nächsten Tag, das ist ein Deal-Breaker für uns, dass wir wieder zu diesem Grundstück kommen und war absolut nicht bereit, zu prüfen oder Rufmanagement, Aus diesem Grund würde ich das Eigentum vermeiden, wenn Sie frühe Touren oder Abenteuer haben. Keiner will 5am ohne Gelegenheit für einen späten Auscheck auspacken.

Es gibt auch eine Resort Gebühr, um die Fahrradverleih, Yoga-Klasse und eine Wasserflasche zu decken (die wir nicht mit dem Ende verwenden). Das Resort ist wunderschön und das Badezimmer ist sauber. Niedriger Blick auf den Ozean vom Zimmer, aber der Strand ist nicht v schwimmend.

Zunächst einmal: Wir haben eine Meeresaussicht gesetzt, man kann das Meer sehen, der Hotelpool ist auch gut, und die Hawaii-Grass-Dance-Show, das Hotelrestaurant ist auch gut, es gibt keine anderen Gäste, die so schlecht bewerten. Es gibt jedoch zwei ernste Probleme: Einer ist, dass es in dem Zimmer eine Schale gibt, in einem Schleier geputzt wurde und dann wurde festgestellt, dass es auch Schale im Bett gibt. Die zweite ist noch schwerer, es gibt eine Maschine, die alle Minuten um die Mitte der Nacht startet, die Stimme ist sehr groß, die Flugzeit dauert ein paar Minuten und ist immer wieder so wiederholt, dass es nicht schlafen kann.

Du bist kein Hotel, das sehr gut ist und nicht so viel. Quan vam ascend ens van donar una habitación amb un llit doble i un sofà llit. Havíamos reservat una habitación amb dos llits i ens van dire que això era problema de Trip. Que ellos només garantiixen les vistes. Tot el mobiliario de fusta i muy antic. El sofà antic, amb matalàs prim i llençols foradats ... Endlich am nächsten Tag ens werden in ein Zimmer beide Llits (i gesehen auf dem Meer) die sehr Millor war. No obstante els mobiles eren anticks equalmente. Hier wird angekündigt, dass die Neteja de l’habitació es diária, aber nicht sicher ist. Netegen eine Sonne täglich für Ständigungen von mindestens 5 nits. Wenn Sie Menys dies i vols que et facin l’habitació, 50USD. Wenn Sie tovalloles net, 10USD. Das Hotel no té ascensors, bei dem man die feinen Gepäckstücke für die Bühne (al pis que et toqui) für die Bühne tragen muss. Nomes upar et cobren 147,45USD de taxes (amenity fee, ta tax, ge tax, county ta tax...). Bones: privilegié localización, frente de la platja (privada), amb restaurantes, supermercados i botigues al costat. La carretera principal es allá mateix. Piscina amb hamaques i un bar (que opera a les 15h). A l’habitació hi ha frige, cafetera i microoni.

Langzeitaufenthalte können zu gleichen Teilen zwischen Kurzzeitaufenthalten und Hotelaufenthalten aufgeteilt werden. Die Umgebung ist nicht so ausgereift wie die Feriengemeinde in Napali Beach. Supermärkte wie Safeway sind wenige Kilometer entfernt. Die Sicherheit ist nicht klar. Als ich eincheckte, sah ich drei Polizisten ein- und ausgehen. Ich weiß nicht, was passiert ist.
