Strategische Lage. Nur 5 Minuten vom Zimmer zum König-Abdul-Aziz-Tor. Muss durch 2 Aufzüge fahren. Und verlassen Sie die Zam Zam Tower Mall. Zum Frühstück gibt es viele Menüs und es variiert jeden Tag. Die meisten Menüs sind nahöstlich, es gibt eine asiatische Ecke, aber die meisten Speisen stammen aus Pakistan und Indien. Es schmeckt dennoch indonesischen Zungen, da das Curry nicht stark ist. Geräumiges Zimmer, Zweibettzimmer, teilweise mit Blick auf die Kaaba. Komplette Zimmerausstattung. Es gibt einen Herd, ein Bügeleisen und so weiter. Auch das Badezimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über eine Badewanne. Das WLAN ist schnell..sil Empfohlen für Familien.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Hilton Suites Makkah zu übernachten und es war absolut fantastisch! Von dem Moment an, als ich eintrat, wurde ich mit einem warmen Lächeln und außergewöhnlicher Gastfreundschaft begrüßt. Das Personal tat sein Möglichstes, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt angenehm und unvergesslich war. Die Zimmer im Hilton Suites Makkah waren geräumig, sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Der atemberaubende Blick auf die heilige Stadt von meinem Zimmer aus war wirklich beeindruckend. Auch die Lage des Hilton Suites Makkah war perfekt. Es lag günstig in der Nähe des Haram, sodass ich die heilige Stätte leicht erreichen konnte. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Hilton Suites Makkah einfach außergewöhnlich. Das freundliche Personal, die komfortablen Zimmer, das köstliche Essen und die günstige Lage machten es zur perfekten Wahl für meinen Aufenthalt in Mekka. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der die heilige Stadt besucht.

Location is perrrrrfect!!! Right at the entrance of the door that leads to mataf. Or the ramp that goes up to 2nd floor at haram for families with pram. There are lots of lifts too serving the hotel guests making it easy to go down during peak period. The hotel musolla also comes in handy esp when haram is full to accept last min Jemaah. The musolla offers an easy option to pray in congregation with the haram imam without needing to be directly in haram. Would return here inshaAllah!

Das Zimmer kostete 2.000 Yuan pro Nacht und bot einen Blick auf den Müll. Das Zimmer blickte auf einen Parkplatz und Ruinen. Das Frühstück ist nicht so gut wie in inländischen Vier-Sterne-Hotels. Die Anzahl der warmen Gerichte beträgt weniger als 3, und es handelt sich im Wesentlichen um gebratenen Reis und Würstchen von geringer Qualität. Die Zimmerausstattung ist alt und der Stil ist völlig veraltet. Außerdem entspricht die Zimmerreinigung nicht dem Standard. Wenn ich dusche, fließt fast Wasser in den Kühlschrank ist leer und da ist nichts. Abgesehen von der Lage hat dieses Hotel für eine Nacht im Grunde nichts zu bieten. Die Hotels Hilton und Conrad daneben sind ein Drittel so gut wie dieses und die Qualität ist um ein Vielfaches besser. Dieses Hotel ist nur 300 pro Nacht wert, mehr nicht.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff are lovely, and the location is near Haram, public transportation. However, I faced sort of a slight issue during the check-in, and it was sorted out in 10-15 minutes. The issue was due to payment as I booked and paid in advance. However, they wanted me to pay them and contact Trip.com to get my money back. I refused and showed them the receipt. Seems they are not used to the reservations with payment in front. If you do that, keep the receipt with you. كل شيء عن الفندق كان رائع، الموظفين لطيفين والفندق قريب من الحؤم والمواصلات والخدمات، لكن واجهتني مشكلة بسيطة عند الوصول حيث حجزت ودفعت كسبقا لكن طلبوا مني الدفع ومراجعة trip.com لاسترداد نقودي. طبعا لم اقبل بذلك واظهرت لهم الفاتورة وتم حل المشكلة خلال ١٠-١٥ دقيقة. على ما يبدو هم غير معتادين على هذا النوع من الحجز ويتوقعون الدفع عند الوصول

The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. We had a nice stay in the hotel, service is good , staff is helpful and friendly, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Location was not ideal, about 25 min walk, if you take shuttle, then it’s 15 mins to Harram. Road works still going but they tend to finish and underpass should be running in Ramadan which will then reduce travel time for sure.

I had a lovely stay at Elaf Ajyad. The staff were fantastic—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I originally booked a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms but was given a triple room instead. Thankfully, the receptionist quickly resolved the issue without much hassle. The room I stayed in was very spacious, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel is located on a hill, which might not be ideal for older travellers or anyone with mobility issues. However, they do offer a shuttle service to take you up and down the hill. Just be prepared to wait a little when it comes to pick-ups. While the staff are great, the management system can sometimes be a bit slow, so you might need to be patient or follow up with them. Overall, for the price I paid, it was a great experience. Travelling without any older family members, it worked perfectly for me, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Air Mineral reload tiap hari asal kıta rajin ingatin housekeeping saat muter pagi2. Lokasi Hotel cukup dekat darı Harom Selama Ramadhan menggunakan 2x shuttle dan semuanya free. Shuttle Hotel to Kuday connecting shuttle tidak sampai 10 menit lalu lanjut lagi dengan shuttle khusus ke Harom 5 menitan. Proses check in check out sangat Fast Thank You Trip for this comfort Trip!

Ich hatte eine schlechte Erfahrung mit der Rezeptionistin in der Lobby. Ich verlor mein iPhone 14, das ich gegen 2 Uhr morgens im Shuttlebus des Jabal Omar Marriott liegen gelassen hatte, als ich zum Tawaf zum Haram fuhr. Als ich bemerkte, dass ich es im Bus liegen gelassen hatte, rief ich mein Telefon mit dem Telefon meiner Schwester an. Glücklicherweise nahm jemand ab und bat um Hilfe, mein Telefon an die Hotelrezeptionistin zu übergeben. Während ich im Haram war, konzentrierte ich mich auf meinen Tawaf und meine Gebete und kehrte gegen 11 Uhr ins Hotel zurück. Meine Schwester überprüfte während unserer Zeit im Haram auch den Standort meines Telefons, der zeigte, dass es sich im Jabal Omar Marriott befand. Als ich jedoch die Rezeptionistin traf und nach meinem Telefon fragte, bestritt sie jegliche Kenntnis davon. Obwohl ich darauf beharrte und ihr den erkannten Standort des Telefons zeigte, war sie nicht hilfreich. Ihr Name war Alpra (nicht arabisch, aber sie schien afrikanischer Abstammung zu sein). Glücklicherweise wandte ich mich an den Pagenservice, um Hilfe zu erhalten. Ich zeigte ihnen das Bild des erkannten Standorts meines Telefons in der Umgebung. Zwei der Pagen, die rote Hemden/Jacken trugen, waren besonders hilfreich. Sie überprüften jeden Schreibtisch in der Empfangshalle sorgfältig und fanden mein Telefon in einem, direkt neben Alpra. Wenn Alpra mir geholfen hätte, als ich sie ansprach, hätte ich nur etwa 5 Minuten gebraucht. Aber aufgrund ihres Zögerns dauerte es fast 2 Stunden, bis ich mein Telefon wiederbekam.

Wir kamen ziemlich früh an, was in Ordnung war. Ich verstehe, dass keine Zimmer verfügbar waren, aber die Rezeptionistin tat alles, was nötig war, und bot uns eine Alternative an, sodass wir früher einchecken konnten. Das rettete uns und vor allem meine Mutter, die unter einem 12-stündigen Flug litt! Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß – besonderer Dank an Akib, Safroz und Dilshad für ihre Aufmerksamkeit! Ich war besorgt wegen des Transports und 10/10 für den Bus. Immer pünktlich und sehr praktisch. Er hielt an der Gazah-Station. Wir fanden es weit, weil meine Mutter nicht lange Strecken laufen konnte, aber wir bekamen einen kostenlosen Rollstuhl 🤍 Die einzigen Dinge, die mich davon abhielten, keine 10 zu geben, waren das Frühstück, es gab mehr Optionen für ein Mittagessen als für ein Frühstück, nur Kaffeesticks statt gebrühtem. Und dass ich um 4 Uhr morgens geweckt wurde (trotz meines Schildes an der Tür), um eine Tasse Kaffee zu bekommen, die ich am Tag zuvor bestellt hatte. Ich verstehe, dass es geliefert werden muss, aber es ist ok, es an der Tür abzustellen 🥲 Danke und inchaAllah werde ich wieder in dasselbe Hotel kommen!

3 Tage Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist noch neu. Komplette Ausstattung inklusive Bügelbrett. Weitere Kissen, Nackenrollen und Decken befinden sich ebenfalls im Schrank. Der Platz für das Vierbettzimmer ist für 3 große Koffer etwas eng. Das Essen war auch ganz gut, allerdings gab es beim Frühstück keinen Reis. Es gibt einen speziellen Shuttlebus zum Haram, der am Sheb Amer-Terminal abfährt. Für junge Menschen ist es nicht schlimm, den Haram zu betreten. Versuchen Sie es nicht, für indonesische Eltern, die selten laufen, muss es sehr schwierig sein. Auch der Empfangsservice ist hilfreich. Vor dem Hotel stehen viele illegale Taxis, die horrende Preise verlangen. So weit, so gut, Novotel.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber lustig. Sie haben Wasser, Tee und Kaffee mit Kettle, Seife und Dusche Gel im Badezimmer. Die Slips sind nicht für eine Einzelanwendung, die antihygienische ist. Sie haben Bus alle 30 Minuten nach Masjid Al Haram. Frühstück wurde nicht in meine Buchung aufgenommen. Lage ist nicht korrekt auf der Karte und die Telefonnummer ist anders als die genannte. Aber Glücklich ist es nicht sehr weit von der angezeigten Lage.
