Enjoy all Sunday River has to offer with this beautiful ski in/out, first floor condo. The condo is located on mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace, poll, hot tub and sauna access. This cozy retreat features 2 full beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a small family or group of guests. This is a two floor condo with the bedroom on the first floor and the living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the second floor. The couch does not have a pull out couch, but could easily sleep an additional person as it is a large sectional with a chaise lounge. The condo is fully furnished with sheets, towels, bedding and games. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave and Keurig coffee maker - no dishwasher. There are two decks, one off the living room on the second floor, and one off the bedroom on the first floor. We note that this condo is not suitable for small children due to the fact that the living room is raised from the kitchen with a landing and 2 steps, and the bedrooms are downstairs (you can see this in the photos). You're welcome to bring your small children to stay at the condo, but we want you to be aware of the safety hazard this may pose for them. Easily drop-off/pick-up skiers throughout the day or shoot back home for a quick lunch. You'll truly appreciate this traffic-free location on busy days when the main access road is backed up for miles! Walk to Definitive Brewing Company or The Foggy Goggle. Drive to The Matterhorn Ski Bar or Steam Mill Brewing, both less than 3 miles away. This location’s perfect balance of privacy and proximity is hard to beat! Inside, the open concept floorplan creates a spacious yet connected vibe. The fully applianced kitchen has ample storage and all the comforts of home. The large living room is centered around a 75” smart television w/soundbar and woodstove. There is a Sonos smart speaker, extra-long couch (with pull-out bed), and an oversized armchair perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Play board games gathered around the coffee table, enjoy your beverage of choice while watching the fire, wrap yourself in a cozy blanket and just RELAX!
