Wir buchten dieses Hotel nach einem Urlaub auf Sansibar, um noch einige Eindrücke von Daressalam vor unserem Weiterflug nach Doha zu bekommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel lag mitten in der City, vieles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet wurde im 21. Stock serviert, von wo aus man eine tolle Sicht über die Stadt und den Hafen hatte. Der Manager kam am ersten Morgen an unseren Tisch und gab uns wertvolle Tipps zur Besichtigung der Stadt und bot uns einen kostenlosen Transfer zum Nationalmuseum an. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch im dazugehörigen sehr guten Restaurant des Hotels. Für eine Besichtigung der Stadt ist dieses zentral gelegene Hotel sehr zu empfehlen!

Es sollte sich besser auf ihr Frühstück . Ich mag Tee oder Kaffee, aber am Morgen des 1. Januar wurde mir der Tee gegeben, wenn ich nicht falsch mit den Messungen es war 150mls in einer sehr kleinen Tasse. Ich denke, es sollte eine Verbesserung der Frühstücksqualität geben, die ich glaube, im Vergleich zum vorherigen Frühstück, das ich im August 2022 hatte, abgewertet wurde. Als ich ankam, wartete ich eine Stunde, um einzuchecken. Ich sagte, dass die Check-in-Zeit um zwei Uhr und die Check-out-Zeit um 10 Uhr sei. Wie ist das Abendessen so langsam, aber Sie können das Telefon lesen, um eine Bewertung zu schreiben, es scheint, dass dies der Rhythmus ist, die umliegenden Straßen sind ordentlich und fühlen sich sicherer an. Die Moschee vor dem Fenster sendet mehrmals täglich. Um fünf Uhr wird jemand geweckt. Zum Glück kann ich es nicht hören.

The resort was definitely much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but it was very nice indeed. Beautiful clean white sand, a lovely relaxing vibe, and generally pleasant surroundings. There is not much to do apart from swimming for my six-year-old, but that in itself was enjoyable. It was peak season, therefore it was a little bit crowded, however not to the point of total discomfort. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the restaurant food was mostly very tasty. Our one suggestion was well received, and likely to be rectified soonest. Nice breakfast spread - included all the stations, but the hot food selection could be a little more exciting. It would be great if the hotel itself could organize one or two activities. There was a volleyball and an attempt at a game the guests tried to pioneer which never quite happened. The rooms size is sufficient, nice big bed, my only complaint would be the fact that the fridge can be difficult to locate as it is very strangely positioned and hidden behind some panels. The central air conditioning seemed to be off in certain places, so it was hot in the corridors, fortunately the room air conditioning works very well. There isn't really anything in the way of fast food places and restaurants in close proximity, so only the hotel restaurant. This is fine for a few nights, but would probably get tedious for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay overall, and would recommend and visit again!

Nice hotel, with spacious suites which would be ideal for a longer stay, with Coco beach just across the road. Staff was very polite, friendly and service minded. Because it was not busy (just before peak season will start mid december) they offered us an extra amenity by means of roomservice. The first night we ate in the restaurant of the hotel which was good and tastefull. Breakfast could be better, a bit too plain and bad coffee. But all in all a pleasant stay.

Das Zimmer war großartig, wir haben zwei Schlafzimmer für den Wohnzimmer reserviert. Die oberen Stockwerke sind ein Schlafzimmer, darunter ein Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war großartig! Es gibt einen kleinen Schwimmbad im Garten, sehr sauber.

To be fair, this hotel scores average because it is not a family friendly place Apart from having a swimming pool, there is absolutely nothing and nowhere for children. I was travelling with mine, so it was not the most comfortable experience. We travelled and stayed over new year's eve, so perhaps that was the reason for much of the discomfort, but without going into too much unnecessary detail, it was noisy, extremely hot in the corridors, lots of mosquitoes ( my 6YO was bitten ), no nets, outdated bathroom, weak plumbing, shower takes a little while to heat up in the evening, just generally poor, and not what I expected from a 4 star rated hotel. Staff were generally really pleasant, except for the one lady at breakfast who seemed totally unimpressed to have to engage with guests, but still insisted on doing so, then incorrectly served a dish to our table and proceeded to get snappy with us over HER mistake. Unprofessional and distasteful. Gym is small, outdated, equipment well used and not fully functional. Restaurant curry very tasty, huge dessert portions, breakfast spread sufficient, but coffee not hot, and had to wait for a chef from the kitchen to make scrambled eggs that took a good 20mins! This hotel is not a place to expect luxury or exceptional comfort, but if a bed and a place to be close to banking and service centres is what you require, this place will serve it's purpose. Pool is a good size, very clean, and night view from the pool deck is pretty.
