Our second stay - ideal city centre location, reasonable parking or £17 per 24 hours, clean rooms and communal areas, pleasant friendly staff. Areas to improve - Breakfast has very little for vegans, no vegan sausages/bacon, oat milk is requestable though. The building feels a bit tired, needs some modernising hallways quite dark and dated

Location is good. Takes 15 minutes to get to the station and 5 minutes to go to the city centre. Looks old building but reception area was fine. Room was just okay and tiny. There is a drawer under TV but it hasn’t closed at all. It kept opening. Also I left message about allocating nice view due to special occasion but they didn’t read and they gave terrible view room. Was really disappointed. Toilet is also tiny when I showered the water has been came out all the time. I don’t think it is 4 star hotel…

Auch wenn das Badezimmer sehr groß ist, ist es mit einem Whirlpool verbunden 2) Hochseite ist sehr gut 3) Die geografische Lage ist sehr gut unten ist die Busbahnhof, zwei Minuten zu Fuß ist der Flughafen Busstopp Drei große Unzulänglichkeiten: 1) Das Zimmer ist zu alt und nicht gut; 2) das Bett ist nicht so bequem, dass es keinen Sitz hat; 3) die Heizung im Zimmer ist so hoch, dass es ”unkühl” ist, aber nicht ”heiß” sagt. Das Frühstück ist das typische britische Frühstück. Die Rezeption ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, aber Sie müssen die letzte Antwort auf ”keine Verzögerungen” (??)

Its situated in old city exactly in the middle of everything. Halal food easy to find, walkin distance to halal restaurant. But this hotel not provide mineral water, or any water bottle. Whenever in ask about the water bottle, they told me that they got only limited numbers of bottle. Had to buy from tesco nearby. The check in and check out process was smooth, they allow you to keep the back kat the caunter lobby while waiting the room to be readt

The hotel was very convenient and had nice staff. The breakfast was also lovely. The caravan was a fun experience but wouldn’t do again. The temperature control is difficult - either boiling or ice cold - also gets all the noise at night.

Hotel is located across the road from the Airport via two flights of stairs and a covered walk. Bar food in hotel was good and well priced for a weary traveller. Room was large with a sofa and work desk provided. Only problem experience was with the shower drainage which did not work well and anted to overflow into the room hence the need for an on off shower! Hotel breakfast was included by TRIP.COM which was really great as they opened a small continental breakfast area with cereals, yogurts, toast etc from 04:00AM with hot food service commencing from 06:00 onwards. Hotel is recommended for a one night airport transit stay.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Brot und Fruchtsaftbuffet sowie ein rein englisches Frühstück, kostenlose Bestellung, schmecken sehr gut! Tee zu Teetassen zu trinken ist sehr exquisit, ein Frühstück aus dem Urlaub heraus! Eine dreiköpfige Familie fragte, ob sie bei ihrer Ankunft im Hotel ein Zustellbett haben möchte. Wir haben es nicht hinzugefügt, also gaben wir uns das größte Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer war nicht so schallisoliert, wie der Kommentar sagte. Sehr ruhig, direkt neben der Hängebrücke. Dies ist auch das Hotel, mit dem wir einen Monat lang in Bristol am zufriedensten waren!

Great location hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of choice. Located opposite cabot circus shopping centre with free parking at nearby multi storey. We had a ok stay in an accessible room that comprised of a double bed and large sofa bed. Room was a little tatty and in need of renovation. Beds were poor, double had sagging mattresses but wasn't uncomfortable and matress on sofa bed was very thin and not very comfortable according to our 18 year old son. Facilities were very good as in plenty of clean towels, toiletries and bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits. I would stay again but if I'm honest I did feel it was value for money.

We had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.

Das Hotel muss eine Zimmerkarte oder Kontaktpersonen haben, die Rezeption ist nicht im G-Ebene auf der 1. Etage, die Cookies werden beim Einchecken gegeben, die Rezeption muss absehen, ohne Selbsthilfe. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr gut. Aber das Hotel ist etwas alt und es gibt eine Luftschmutz.

Wir blieben in einem Standard Doppelzimmer. Es war geräumig und sauber. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentraler in der Nähe der Geschäfte. Wenn Sie fahren, hat das Hotel keinen Parkplatz. Aber es gibt einen Multistorey NCP Park direkt neben dem Hotel zu einem zusätzlichen Preis.

Great hotel. Very reasonable for Bristol. I asked for a quieter room and had zero issues with noise bar the occasional siren. Slept well both nights. Ask for room 15 on the upper floor. Not the closest to the train station however. Breakfast standard. Room very spacious, good Aircon, great comfy bed. Will definitely stay again.
