Thermen-Hotels in Präfektur Yamagata, Japan

Overall the experience was average. For the same price at other hotels I've been to, the service, room quality would have been much better. The facilities are generally aged. The room was old a bit dusty and some parts of the tatami floor had sunken in. Service was pleasant. Few important things to note: - poor ventilation at meal times meany the whole hotel and your room would smell like meat. - shuttle service only for to and from the bus station. (Most other hotels provide shuttles to the ski lifts) - the ski lifts are about 10-15mins walk away with full gear on (boards, etc)

The room is spacious and in traditional Japanese style. Was expecting a private onsen in the room but it was only a bathtub. The staff couldn’t communicate well in English which caused some misunderstanding during our stay but they’re friendly and responsible enough to solve the problem for us so it’s still a great experience overall. The breakfast was very traditional and got more and more abundant every day. We had a great 4nights stay in Hayamakan. The highlight has to be the nearby restaurants. The hotel will give you some recommendations nearby, please make sure you try some of them!

All inclusive package I choose. They offer with dinner and breakfast. Night time have all you can drink bar and noddle serve at night. Great hotel. Worth to visit

Das Hotel ist warm ♨️ sehr attraktiv und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr bequem in der Nähe der Wang Wang Wang Wang Street und des Schneeplatzes in 10 Minuten. Der Service ist professionell und sorgfältig 👍👍👍. Nach dem Auschecken des Hotels gibt es in der Taxi-Gruppe keine Probleme mit den Gepäckinformationen, Ich weiß, dass das Hotel direkt nach der Empfangs- und Abfahrtsverweigerung anruft, und weil es nur zwei Tage in Japan verlassen hat, ist das Hotel sehr intim, mit der Logistikfirma zu helfen, zu erklären und zu streiten. Schließlich wird das Spezialwagen die Empfangsverweigerung an den nächsten JR-Stationen Express-Zähler direkt veranstalten, Danke für die Hilfe und die schnelle Abwicklung des Hotels!

My biggest mistake of this trip to Yamagata is to book this hotel. It's a good hotel but it's in the middle of nowhere. You will want to stay around the city of Yamagata province which is also called Yamagata city just so you can get to famous tourist spots. However this is 4 hours away from all of these. I had to book another hotel so I can stay 1 day in the city when I wanted to visit these places and the traveling time just completely made me exhausted. It took like 1 day to go to a place and 1 day to go back. It was so terrible, I was crying. This place is closed to Shonai airport not Yamagata airport so I also had to book another flight from Shonai. I wasted so much money for transportation. It was such a terrible experience. However the hotel is incredibly beautiful with smart design in everything. I loved the onsen very much. If it was just a vacation/restcation for relaxing purpose or isolate yourself from the human word, it's the best choice for you. Since its in the middle of the endless rice field, there is nothing to eat except for paying very high price to eat at the hotel's restaurant. And the food was just okay. The beauty of this hotel was like a trap. Its like I was blind from its beauty and couldn't see all other disavantages.

大変素晴らしいおもてなしをありがとうございました。お料理も上品なお味で最高に美味しかったです。 チェックアウトまで何度も温泉に浸かってしまいました。 実は洗顔料を持っていくのを忘れたのですが、お湯でもお肌がツルツルになりました。泉質が凄く良いのでしょう。 お店の方も皆さん暖かいお気遣いで、ここに泊まって本当に良かったです。 次は二人で泊まりたいです。

Wir hatten einen erstaunlichen ryokan Aufenthalt in Takamiya mit seiner reichen Geschichte und Kultur. Unser Zimmer war auf der höchsten Etage, was uns schöne Aussichten auf die Stadt gab. Das zubereitete Essen war lecker und das Personal war willkommen und hilfreich. Der ryokan befindet sich oben auf einem Flug von Treppen, und es gibt nur Treppen innerhalb des Komplexes, so dass diejenigen mit Mobilitätsfragen Schwierigkeiten haben würden. Das Personal wird bei der Ein- und Auscheckung jedoch mit Ihrem Gepäck aussehen, und alle Einrichtungen sind verfügbar!

Sehr zufrieden, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, es gibt japanische Häuser, es ist das Essen empfehlenswert, sehr reichhaltig und der Geschmack ist sehr gut, der Koch ist auf der Ebene. Die Außenwärme ist auch sehr gut.

Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Hauptgericht, das vom Personal serviert wird, sowie einer Auswahl an optionalen Beilagen. Das Onsen-Bad enthält eine geringe Menge schwefelhaltiges Thermalwasser und bietet als Freiluftbad ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. In der kleinen Lobby des Gästezimmers mit Blick auf die weitläufige Eisbaumlandschaft spürt man eine tiefe Ruhe.
