Sehr gute Erfahrung am Mercure Lake Biwa. Ein hochwertiges Hotel mit großartigen Aussichten und qualitativ hochwertigen Dienstleistungen. Obwohl es viele Gruppengäste gab, war alles gut organisiert. Dank meiner Accor-Karte konnte ich einige schöne Vorteile genießen, die sehr geschätzt wurde. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, zu helfen. Sie sind auch Fahrradfreundlich !

Very good hotel with room that is spacious with balcony. Very beautiful view around the hotel that is near the lake. Good services. Nice onsen place. With good nice restaurants within the hotel. Provide free shuttle bus to the nearest shopping area. The only downside it does not have laundary service. The breakfast has a good spread.

Die Umgebung, der Service und die Einrichtungen von Ryokusuitei waren hervorragend. Unser vorgelagertes Gepäck wurde schnell ins Zimmer geliefert. Das private Bad umfasste Frühstück, das mit vielen Optionen lecker war, plus ein kleiner Backofen zu grill Meeresfrüchte selbst. Während das private Bad nicht vollständig gesperrt ist, können Menschen in einem Gebäude über, obwohl ziemlich weit entfernt, in der wunderschönen Blick auf den Biwa-See mehr sehen als es für sie. Das große öffentliche Bad ist fast 24 Stunden offen, mit einem entspannenden Loungebereich, kostenfreien Eiscreme und komplimentären Kaffee im Lobby während des Tages. Beim Einchecken erhalten wir Einkaufsrabatte, die für den Kauf kleiner Handtücher, gebratener Balm und Lagerbeutel verwendet werden könnten.

Das riesige Marriott bietet hervorragende Gastfreundschaft. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Radweg und ein Sportzentrum, das nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Die Miete für normale Fahrräder und Ausrüstung beträgt nur 500 Yen pro Haus. Das ist ideal für Hotelgäste und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für junge Radfahrer, um mit dem Radfahren zu beginnen. Anreise

非常好的一家度假酒店，景觀陽台直麪琵琶湖，無敵湖景，可惜攜程上訂不到私湯房，不然在陽台上泡着温泉欣賞湖景就太舒服了。 酒店的餐飲部門值得表揚，出品水準很高，從一家酒店早餐的甜品水準就能看該酒店的餐飲實力，這家早餐的布丁就很好吃。 服務同樣無可挑剔，接待熱情，溝通順暢，每天都是出去喝酒，接送司機都知道我是個酒鬼了😄 唯一一點小小的缺點就是對於我們這樣非自駕的遊客來説出去必須依靠接送巴士，有時候車站回來差了一兩分鐘就必須等三十分鐘後的下一班了，如果酒店門口有普通巴士站就好了。

Highly recommended hotel. Staff were very friendly and did their best to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and the open air onsen was gorgeous. Meals were well presented and very filling. I would definitely return if given the opportunity.

It was a great stay at this ryokan! The hotel is able to arrange a car to fetch you from the JR station. You can call them using a dedicated phone at the station which is used to contact the different ryokans. The car arrived in 10mins or so. The ride to the ryokan was also less than 10mins. The hotel also fetched us to the station on the last day of our stay. The ryokan itself is homely and cozy. We were greeted by an english speaking staff who introduced us to the amenities of the ryokan. There was also a nice welcome tea and matcha chocolate. Our bags were brought to our room as well during this time. The room is spacious and cozy. The hotel prepared 2 welcome biscuits in the room which was a nice personal touch. The room has a nice living room and a great view of Lake Biwa. Recommend to catch the sunrise over the lake! There are 2 normal beds as well as futon beds (need to set up yourself). Both are comfortable. The hotel also prepared pretty yukata for both female and male guests which you can wear during the stay. There are 4 different designs for ladies, and one design for the guys. You can request for different size if the one in the room doesn’t fit you. There is also a full length mirror and a mini dressing area at the side of the living room. It was fun dressing up in the yukata! The toilet, basin, shower and hot tub areas are all separate. The toilet is a little small, but the basin and mirror area is very spacious. The shower area is quite small as well and the shower head is rather low so you need to hold the shower head if you wish to wash up while standing. There is a small stool given for you to sit down though. The hot tub area is semi-outdoor and you can see Lake Biwa. But it is quite small (only good for one person). It was too cold so we didn’t use the hot tub. Instead, we booked the private onsen for 50mins. The private onsen has a private toilet and dressing area which is equipped with hairdryer, body lotion etc. There is a water dispenser as well if you need to hydrate yourself. The onsen area has a washing area, and the hot tub area is spacious for 2 person. There are privacy screens around the onsen area but there is a small gap to let in cold air for ventilation. Wish there is a good view from the private onsen but it was still enjoyable! Dinner and breakfast was Kaiseki style, and the meals were one of the highlights for my husband and I. We really enjoyed the courses which are clean tasting yet wholesome, fresh and flavourful. It was such a sumptuous treat! The ryokan also has a souvenir shop if you wish to buy anything back. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed the stay here and we agreed this was one of the main highlights of our 12 days trip in Japan. Highly recommend!

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's onsen, which offered a truly relaxing experience. The only downside is its somewhat remote location, making it a bit far from other attractions. However, this is compensated by the superb view from the room, which provides a breathtaking and serene backdrop.

Ein Resorthotel für entspannte Ruhe. Die Aussicht vom Onsen zum See ist angenehm. Die Aussicht vom Balkon zu ihm ist die gleiche. Es war mit einer Menge von vielfältigen Outdoor-Kosmetik in Onsen gefallen. Frühstück gefällt eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Footon im Zimmer ist dünn, so schlafen war hart. Unannehmliche Lage des Rosetex. Es gibt einen regelmäßigen Transfer zum Bahnhof, es ist bequem

Das Zimmer ist neu und groß. Obwohl zwei oder drei Würmer in der Toilette gefunden wurden, ist es schwer zu verhindern, dass es versteht, dass es viel besser ist als die Würmer von Jijiypu. Das Abendessen ist nicht gut, die Kaffeemaschine mit Selbsthilfe ist weich zu trinken und Kaffee ist nicht trinkend. Die 10 Uhr ist weg, der warme Tee ist bis 9 Uhr geöffnet, nachdem das Frühstück gegessen wurde. Nach dem Austritt des Zimmers setzten wir uns im Halle, bis der Regen stand. Die Klimaanlage war ein bisschen kalt. Sie wollten die Hose mit einem Hemd für die Gäste leisten, abgelehnt, der Service war enttäuschend.
