Gutes Hotel, wenn Sie wirklich wollen, weg zu gehen und entspannen. Spas und leicht/mittelblick. Es ist etwa eine Stunde Zugfahrt zu allen großen modernen Einkaufsartikeln. Sie dienen japanisches Frühstück und westliches Frühstück für zusätzliche Kosten. Seien Sie sicher, welches anzugeben. Für Abendessen ist es in der Regel japanisches Stil. Und das Essen war gut. Ich habe viele Dinge herausgefunden, die ich getan habe und nicht für die Küche gefallen.

Ich habe es gefunden, als ich nach einem preisgünstigen Hotel gesucht habe, um den Biwa-See zu besichtigen. Obwohl es ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel ist, war der Preis sehr angemessen. Ich war überrascht, wie teuer das Abendessen war, fand aber, dass es sein Geld recht gut wert war. Das Begrüßungsgetränk und die Snacks wie Nüsse und Gummibärchen waren köstlich. Das Badezimmer war auch geräumig und luxuriös. Das Frühstück beginnt um 7 Uhr morgens, also dachte ich, es wäre leer, wenn ich als erstes am Morgen hingehe, aber das Gegenteil war der Fall. Die meisten Gäste waren älter, also standen wir früh auf. Aber auch das Frühstück war lecker. Es ist ein bisschen weit von Osaka und Kyoto entfernt, aber ich bin froh, dass ich gekommen bin.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut. Das öffentliche Essen war ok; das Wasser war nicht so heiß und wie ursprünglich. Frühstücksauswahl war ok, kann besser sein und mehr Auswahl haben als Meeresfrüchte. Abendessen war großartig! Das einzige, was fehlte, ist die Lage. Es gab nichts anderes um das Hotel. 2 Tage Aufenthalt war mehr als genug. Es gab keine anderen Einrichtungen oder Veranstaltungen als ein Bad, Fuß/Handbad, glückliche Stunden.

Room is very spacious, comes with 2 sets of facial acre products both for man and woman There's even a 6 CD player with preloaded CDs inside ranging from Jazz to sentimental songs for your relaxation Food are delicious and nicely decorated Every day it comes with some free local snacks like financiers and biscuits One incident that didn't quite went well is early morning after breakfast As we are rushing to head out before housekeeping and there's no more water in the room, we return to the dinning hall and try to ask the staff to help to fill up some water in their provided water bottle. one lady took over the bottle and head to the kitchen to fill up, but we can hear she's complaining to her colleagues about it. Shortly, while handing over the bottle, she signal us to leave. We did so but once just stepped out, she simply slams the dinning hall shut! I was surprised by her reaction. It was quite rude of her to do that. If it's against the regulation, they can rightly say so and communicate upfront than doing this repulsive reaction Overall, a nice stay amid a slight mark on the service rendered

Very great time here, i give it the maximum rate! The people are awesome or particularly kind, the worry about everything for you, shuttle bus to station or from station to hotel, all amenities. The food was absolutely delicious, even tho sometimes it wasn’t at our taste you can see that the products are fresh, carefully selected and very tasty. It had a playing 8ball pool, and a ping-pong table! Very near Biwa Lake. Outstanding view from 11th Floor onsen. I recommend and wish to come back on our next trip to japan.

Gosh, where do I even begin? This stay was frankly perfect. The view was amazing, the open-air private bath was amazing, the service was amazing, the food provided was amazing. There’s even a shuttle bus from the nearby station. I loved it. My friends loved it. The staff even ran across the whole lobby lounge from the check-in counter, and did a full dive into the souvenir store counter for us. Most memorable icecream buying experience.

Hotel is fancy and clean. Love the Japanese style room and also the hot spring included in the hotel. We check-in late at 8pm and we felt warm welcome by the concierge staff as the staff helped collect our luggage’s and arrange sending them to our room. The check-in staff are inflexible on the late check-out request and she seems only wants to sell the membership account. It’s a bit hard feeling of the way she tell us a BIG NO if we don’t join the membership for the late check-out. End up we didn’t request it anymore as we didn’t like been “force” to do so.

Wow! Was für eine wunderbare Erfahrung im Biwako Grand Hotel. In der Tat war der entspannende Teil meiner japanischen Reise die Esel sehr schön, mit fantastischen Blicken. Wir haben nicht zu einem reinen Seeblick gelangt, aber es war immer noch eine schöne und entspannende Erfahrung im Tatami Zimmer. Es war eine Tad preiswert, auch für die off-season, aber mit einem wunderbaren Käki Abendessen, es war immer noch eine tolle Zeit.

Sehr gutes Hotel am malerischen Biwa Lake, sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer und dazu noch sehr groß für japanische Verhältnisse, Ausblick vom Balkon auf See ist fantastisch. Frühstück ist hervorragend, das betrifft sowohl die Organisation als auch die Auswahl der Speisen und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Onsen auch an, den wir täglich sehr gerne in Anspruch genommen haben, einfach herrlich. Das Hotel bietet auch kostenlosen Shuttle-Bus vom und zum Bahnhof an, dazu gibt’s im Hotel entsprechenden Zeitplan. Die Anbindung an Kyoto ist sehr gut und dauert vom Bahnhof Otsu bis Bahnhof Kyoto ca. 15 Minuten. Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Thank you staff 田中美’代’ ( I forgot the last word of her name, she served us dinner on 16th Jan 2026), we appreciate her food serving with patience as we ate slowly, and she helped to take a great photo for us. I’d recommend this hotel if you can drive to there. e
