The hostel located near one of the corners of Dr Seenivasagam park. The shared space is well decorated and is comfortable for lounging. A simple breakfast was provided at the hostel, but i wished they had non-dairy option for milk instead. The room we got was really close to the main road so we could hear every passing vehicle till late at night. Even with the ear plugs provided, it barely reduced the noise. It's really unfortunate. If you are a light sleeper definitely avoid. Having that said, the rooms are clean and bed is comfortable.

Ich habe hier zwei wunderbar angenehme Tage verbracht. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und hell, und die Decken und alles andere rochen herrlich. Ich konnte keinerlei Mängel feststellen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Einige Gäste waren recht laut, sogar um Mitternacht. Ich hoffe, die Rezeption erinnert alle beim Einchecken an die Ruhe. Die Rezeptionistin war unglaublich freundlich und hat mir alles geduldig erklärt. Es ist wirklich mein liebstes kleines Hotel in Malaysia. Ich bin dem gesamten Team des Miners' Home sehr dankbar für diese perfekte und komfortable Atmosphäre.

This was the nicest hostel I have stayed in during my travels through Malaysia!!!
The beds are extremely comfortable and the sheets feel like hotel quality
They provide a good towel for use after one of their many hot showers in a clean and large bathroom
There is free hot and cold water, a fridge and laundry services you can use
The staff are friendly, polite and helpful
Air con is not switched off throughout the day like some hostels (just turn off if you're last to leave the room)
There are 3 entrances because at night the main doors are closed. But I was personally shown how to access the building at this time
Thank you for restoring my faith in budget travel and providing me a good night's sleep

Hostel located in the heart of tourist spots. Famous eateries like Tuck Kee, Lou Wong are all walking distance. Superb location for an affordable price! Not to mention Suky was very helpful and attentive, she had reached out to me first on check-in details before I could ask her anything. The only down side of the hostel is probably the street noise. It doesn't really bother me anyway however those who need perfect silence to sleep will probably need ear plugs. Overall, I'm happy with the stay and will definitely come back again if I happen to visit Ipoh!

Die Einrichtungen und der Service im Hostel sind gut.
Der Zimmerzustand ist subjektiv.
1. Der Schaden wird vor der Öffnung für die nächste Kundennutzung nicht behoben. Diese Schäden beeinflussen nicht die Nutzung des Zimmers, sondern sind eine schlechte Darstellung.
2. Der Schienenschrank für das untere Bett ist nicht versteckt, mit einer Schraubenexposition könnte den Oberbettnutzer leicht zu schneiden, was passiert, meine Tochter.
3. Wenn Renovierungsarbeiten aus sind, gibt es keine sofortige Reinigung des gemeinsamen Bereichs, die ganze Stelle Staub vor allem der Boden verursacht. Ich denke, der Reiniger kam in den Boden später zu bewegen.
4. Der Lärm aus dem benachbarten Nachtclub hoffentlich können sie vor 2 Uhr aus.

FFathini NajwaI enjoy my first solo travel! Thanks to de cafe & rest house. It was very clean, well equipped. I am muslimah solo traveller. The women dorm was so comfy. They even prepare prayer mat for us!

SSamsolJohanThe perfect place from which to explore Pangkor Island. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Nasi lemak. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and water sport . I will certainly be back. Hidden gem for breakfast and lunch in Pangkor Island.
Excellent food, lunch Rm15/person, abundant nasi goreng. Tested chicken today, which was excellent. Great chef and excellent price and quality ratio. Cosy restaurant facilities.

AAisyah AmalI had a pleasant stay. The room was good and spacious, and the toilet was clean. Parking was also free, which is very convenient. The only downside was that the towel provided had some visible stains on. I’m not sure what the stains were, but they weren’t blood. Hopefully this can be looked into for better cleanliness. Other than that, everything else was great.

EELENADie Lage ist hervorragend. Meer über die Straße. Zimmer sind groß, mit Balkon. Suchen Sie nach Teepott, Krone, Strawberry. Alles. Keine Seife. Handtücher und Betten haben sich nicht geändert. Wir hatten genug für 7 Tage. Geschäfte und Cafés sind gerade neben Ihnen.
