The shared kitchen is a big advantage for families and adds to the overall travel experience. The self-service check-in is convenient, and detailed guidance on how to find the house was provided in advance. A small grocery store can be found within a 10-minute walk. I came across some negative comments about the hostel after booking and felt a bit worried. However, it turned out to be a nice place to stay — it's not a 5-star hotel, after all. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the passcode can be found on a noticeboard.

Well equipped room if you’re looking to be self catering. The welcome was anything but friendly - we sincerely wondered what it was we’d said or not said. Arrived at the wrong moment obviously. The evening meal was nothing to ring home about. Really was the only sad example of fast food - low class mutton dressed up as lamb - in the whole two weeks we spent in Wales, England and Scotland. Definitely would never eat there again. Lack of hospitality practice. Sad really because the site itself is gorgeous.

Excellent hostel! Great common self-catering facilities; there were two full kitchens with plenty of tables and seating so multiple parties could be cooking at a time. Staff were very helpful and let me leave my bag before check-in and after check-out to accommodate my bus times. The room (4-bunk female dorm) was very spacious so plenty of room for sorting through my bags. Bunk was large and included a USB plug and power outlet there. Room had large attached shower and toilet rooms.

Nice place to spend time with friends or family, you will relax and enjoy the slow times in mountains.

A happy home away from home. The ambience, the courtesy and the warmth from the staff is superb. They had solutions to all my needs. Electrical connections at the beds need an urgent attention. Thanks for everything, you guys rock.

Two bad experiences: a) The door for the room with 5 ladies including me lived inside was Very Difficult to open. I have to use ALL my effort / energy to open the door. One of their staff tried to solve it but failed. b) My nail cutter was stolen by one of other 4 ladies. END

Das Einchecken war diesmal sehr schlecht. Das Hotel liegt etwas weit weg von William Paul und ist relativ versteckt. Es gab keinen Kellner, als ich im Hotel ankam. Ich klopfte lange an die Tür und niemand antwortete. Ich sah das Schild an der Wand, und ich musste zu einem anderen 8 Minuten entfernten Schlosshotel fahren. Als ich nach dem Einchecken im Bad geduscht habe, fiel plötzlich das Licht auf dem Dach aus, begleitet von einem Steinschlag, der mir 3 Tage lang die Hand schmerzte! Es gibt keinen Kellner im Hotel, also rief ich uns am Morgen des zweiten Tages an, um uns darum zu kümmern.

Sehr schönes Hotel, gerade dekoriert, sehr sauber, es gibt keine Warmwasserschlauch in den USA. Die Erklärung des Personals ist, dass die Einrichtungen alt sind. Die Gäste des Ladens haben nicht genug warmes Wasser, während sie das herkömmliche Frühstück verwenden. Es ist sehr lecker und sehr reichhaltig

James und seine Frau Sandra sind sehr interessante Leute, die in Indien weit reisen. Sie sind gefeiert, was ein Backpacker braucht und schätzt

Es ist ruhig zu bleiben, wenn Sie Frieden, Sauberkeit, und auch der Gastgeber waren nett. Wir hatten schöne Mahlzeiten und ein nettes Frühstück. Danke.
