Hostels in Viti-Levu-Gruppe, Fidschi

I stayed in an 8-bed dorm and overall had a comfortable stay. The bed, pillow, and blanket were good, and I slept well, although the mattress felt a bit like an air mattress. There are lockers available, but you need to bring your own lock. The reception staff were always helpful, whether it was arranging a taxi or answering questions. I also liked the small café at the hotel — it was cute and convenient. Bathrooms and toilets were close by, especially if you stay on the ground floor. The only downside was that another guest turned off the air conditioning during the night, which made the room uncomfortable, but that was more about the guest than the hotel itself. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and I liked staying here.

Der niedrige Preis war fantastisch. Das Zimmer war voll klimatisiert, daher war es etwas kühl, was super war. Das Duschbad war absolut sauber und wackelte überhaupt nicht. Die Etagenbetten wackelten auch nicht. Das Zimmer war mit einer Zugangskarte gesichert, und das Sicherheitsschloss war am Set befestigt. Es lag direkt gegenüber dem Restaurant im ersten Stock, war aber überhaupt nicht laut. Das Restaurant war sogar direkt daneben, was sehr praktisch war. Es gab einen Wasserspender, ein Restaurant, eine Bar und einen Pool. Kartenzahlung war möglich, man musste das Hotel also nicht verlassen. Lokale Busse zum Busbahnhof fahren stündlich ab 7:30 Uhr. Oder: Taxi 5 FGD bis Matintar? Von dort aus kann man einen Bus nehmen. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt. Ich habe im Pacific Harbor übernachtet, weil ich tauchen wollte. Es liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens und ist daher eine gute Wahl für den Anreisetag oder den Tag vor der Abreise. WLAN kostete 5 FGD pro Tag bzw. 10 FGD für 3 Tage. Einige der Restaurantangestellten waren etwas unhöflich, aber es handelt sich ja um ein günstiges Hostel. Auch wenn der Service nicht optimal ist, finde ich es den Preis trotzdem angemessen.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this lovely beachfront property. The location is fantastic—just steps away from a well-maintained beach, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The hospitality of the staff truly stood out; everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles. I stayed in the Frangipani room, which featured a unique outdoor bathroom that added a charming touch to the overall experience. The bar and bartender deserve a special mention—the drinks were excellent, and the overall vibe was relaxed and enjoyable. The food served throughout my stay was also quite good, with a decent variety and great taste.

Die hochwertige Meereslandschaft ist klein und exquisit, es sollte auch sein, die Wurzel hat immer Wasser ausgegeben, es muss noch gepflegt werden.

Nice place, the only hostel in the main island, a little far from the airport and the city if you don't have a car but doable. Cava, singing and music every night, no idealt for those that want to sleep a lot (around 6.00 the noise will wake you up) but a decent place to spend the night.

Die Lage ist sehr bequem, das Zimmer ist etwas alt, ich weiß nicht, dass ich hier Hotel reservieren kann, um mich am Flughafen zu holen, um mich selbst zum Hotel zu fahren, normal 15 FIT kann ich. Ich bin zum ersten Mal nicht hier, der Fahrer will, dass ich 20 FIT gebe.
