This is a lovely spacious villa which has been furnished and decorated with families or groups to enjoy.It is 5 minutes from Waikanae Beach or town and set in a quiet street. A short drive takes you to Wainui Beach. It is a great place from which to go on day trips to explore the East Coast. Outdoor living is a feature with a roomy verandah, equiped for outdoor dining, and a large, fully fenced back lawn with outdoor furniture and shady trees , which makes it safe and private for families.There is a large lounge and family room which make it ideal for families to share. The apartment is set in north facing private grounds with access to open areas and the Waimata river. Walking to a shopping area is 5 minutes and to the city 15, otherwise a short drive or cycle. The living room is spacious and incorporates a cooking area and a bed settee (if required). The cooking area while not a full kitchen is designed and enables a full range of hot meals to be prepared (double hotplate, crockpots, microwave, fridge etc. ) and eaten (plates, cutlery etc.) The apartment is best suited to a couple as there is one double bedroom but there is capacity to accommodate up to two couples or 3 single guests with a double bed settee and a single fold down bed in the lounge. When booking can you please indicate if you need the extra beds made up. The bathroom and bedroom are separate from the living area.
