I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience.  Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

Obwohl ich nicht so viel in diesen Tagen, habe ich viel zu arbeiten reisen und es ist schön, einen Ort zu haben, um zu Hause zu rufen, wenn Sie auf der Straße sind. Ich bin kein kluger Mensch und ich habe wirklich keine Spezifikationen für das, was ich suche, wenn es um ein Hotel geht, aber das Einzige, was ich wünsche, ist ein Gefühl von Zuhause und Sicherheit. Die Lage war perfekt und ich war in der Gegend, mit der ich vertraut war, aber auch wenn ich nicht vertraut genug war, ich fühlte mich immer noch sicher. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es war einfach, das Gebäude zu navigieren. Das Bett war unglaublich, perfekt für jemanden, der seit 4:00 Uhr morgens zu Fuß und zu reisen ist. Der Wohnsitz in meinem Zimmer war auch der komischste, den ich jemals bekommen habe, und ich habe es am Arbeitsplatz fertig gemacht. Sie haben Ihnen einen sehr schönen Bürostuhl gegeben, aber ich bin eine sehr große Person und ich hatte Angst, es zu brechen, so war es eine sehr angenehme Überraschung, diese alternative Option zu haben. Der Herr am Frontbüro gab mir viele Informationen und Vorschläge für Lebensmittel auf der Grundlage von Restaurants in der Gegend, sie gab mir auch einen Rabattkuppon für eine Restaurantkette, die ich wirklich liebe! Es war ehrlich gesagt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung und ich wünschte nur, ich hätte länger bleiben können, werde ich sicher in Zukunft wieder auf diesen Ort zurückkehren, wenn ich in der Umgebung arbeite. Es war perfekt für mich und ich würde ehrlich empfehlen, dort zu bleiben, wenn Sie einen Ort für die Nacht oder einen längeren Aufenthalt suchen!

The hotel is in a super great location, just a 5-minute walk from Providence train station. The hotel receptionist was very nice to help our check-in process very fast. The washing machine and dryer facilities are located on the 7th floor. 30mins use cost $2 (need to change quarter coins at reception. Detergent is also available at reception costing $2). The room is large and cozzy, comfortable and extremely big king size bed. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but the blanket is very comfortable. Japanese supermarket Maruichi is just a 7-minute walk distance, where sells frozen, fresh food, grocery, and ready to eat sushi and rice. The hotel staff suggested to go to Trader Joe's, which is 1 mile away, to have more fruits and vegetable choices. The 7-Eleven runs 24hrs just right at the corner, so shopping is very convenient. The breakfast has a wide range of variety: cereal, bagel, toast, pancake, juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, sausage, fried or boiled eggs. It only takes 10 minutes to walk from hotel to Brown University and RISD. There are many steep slopes along the way, but the view of the city from the commanding heights is very beautiful. I highly recommend staying at Homewood Suite

Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, and interestingly, it worked like a regular restaurant where you get a bill and hand over the voucher you received at check-in. The location was great. Cons: They said construction noise would only continue until 5 PM, but I heard several loud, machine-like noises well past 8 PM. I almost asked to change rooms, but the noise eventually died down so I let it go. Also, there were two bottles of water in the room, but unless you’re a Hilton Silver member or above, they charge $3 each. If I had other options, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Das Zimmer ist groß und die Umgebung ist schön, das ist, dass die Klimaanlage im Zimmer etwas groß ist, aber in vielen Hotels in den USA das Problem ist. Da das Hotel nach dem langen Flug nach Mittag angekommen ist, habe ich die Rezeption im Voraus angerufen und versprach, dass ich im Voraus geblieben werden kann. Das ist großartig!

The a/c in the room was not working, and I had to get ready for an event. It was in the 80's that day and room located on top floor so very hot. Maintenance did come and fix, but it took quite some time for it to kick in and cool the room down. That night when I got back, I turned the tv on. Apparently remote batteries died, and I could not change channel or turn tv back off. Had to call maintenance again around midnight. They had to go behind tv to turn it off (tv was hung on wall and I was not able to reach the plug to do it myself). There is NO water pressure; my daughter did not wash her hair for the 2 nights we were there because it would have taken forever. I also rented a second room for my son and his wife; they arrived from out of state to also get ready for an event, and their room had no outlets that worked. They too had to call maintenance so they could get ready. They were late for the event. The hotel is not located in the downtown location, so do not expect to walk anywhere except the casino which is across the street. Very overpriced.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, sehr praktisch, in der Nähe des Flughafens, es sind ein paar Stufen nach unten. Die Flughafenreparatur war jedoch wirklich Schlaglöcher, die Straßenschilder zeigten an, dass das Holz vollständig gefunden wurde, und die mobile Karte wurde um eine große Kurve gefahren.

Ein sehr gut eingerichtetes Hotel in der historischen Stadt nahe RISD und ein einfaches, wenn er auf dem Berge wandelt, nach Brown, mit einer Reihe anständiger Restaurants in der Nähe. Möbel, Badezimmer und Bettwäsche waren alle von hoher Qualität. Trotz anderer Bewertungen fand ich das Personal in ihrem Engagement gegenüber der Freundschaft, die an anderer Stelle belohnt, aber nichts aus-putting. Das Restaurant Bellini versucht, etwas über seinem Gewicht zu schlagen, obwohl für Providence es’s decent. Das beste Hotel in Providence ist insgesamt weit entfernt, aber noch ein Strecken von wahrem fünf-Sterne-Luxus oder ein echtes Geschäft Hotel wie Four Seasons oder Mandarin Oriental.

The hotel was very clean, super nice rooms, comfortable mattresses. The beds are VERY high so a step stool would be so helpful for getting in and out. Just something you could slide beneath the bed. Also there were no spoons or stirrers or napkins, if you wanted to make coffee in the handy kitchenette area. And it would be very nice to have at least one comfortable chair in the room if you want to sit with a cup of tea or coffee - otherwise you have to climb up and sit on the bed, or on the not-so-comfortable, but handy, bench at the foot of the bed.

I absolutely love this hotel! We found it last year and don’t plan on staying anywhere else when we visit Rhode Island. The room size is perfect for me and my husband, and everything is always very clean. The complimentary breakfast offers a great variety of options. The hotel is set back from the main road, so it’s nice and quiet with no traffic noise. It’s also conveniently located near plenty of stores and restaurants, and just a short drive from beaches and parks.
