This hotel is amazing! The building was once a weaving factory (correct me if I'm wrong!) and they have done an excellent job turning it into a beautiful, functional hotel. We had a junior suite and it was huge. We didn't use the pool but the gym is very well fitted out. The breakfast buffet was excellent, so much choice. It's a great place to stay.

I was planning to visit Łódź in April. On 9th March while doing the reservation by mistake I booked the room for that night. I was trying to contact the reception desk to move it to the correct date but even though I called 15 times I was not able to connect. As it was the last minute booking I was not able to cancel it without the penalty I was charged the no show fee. On Monday 11th I called the reservation department asking if there is anything they can do to cancel the penalty charge and move my booking to April. The lovely lady from reservation department said she will check with her manager and come back to me - unfortunately that did not happen. I called week later and again I was told that they need to check what can they do… well… still waiting for the answer….

The location is good - a 15 minute walk from Fabryczna Station on ul Josef Pilsudski close to the Galleria Lodz Shopping Mall and Piotrowska Street. I stayed 4 nights during a trip to Lodz. The room was adequate - a bit noisy as it overlooked the busy main road outside, so I needed earplugs so I didn't hear the roar of traffic through the night. However, the WiFi was good, the room had a kettle, selection of teas and bottled water and the bed and shower were fine. The staff spoke good English and were mostly very friendly and polite. It's a budget hotel and I think I got what I paid for.

We had a pleasurable stay at the hotel, location was perfect and amenities okay. The only thing that let them down is guests allowed to smoke within the premises. There were nights we had to open the window as smoke from other rooms was very strong in ours.

The hotel is in a great location in Centre of Lodz right next to 'Piotrkowska Centrum' tram station and had no problem getting a taxi from Lodz Widzew train station to the hotel. After checking in l was in total shock as my room was on the 5th floor with a city view also had fridge as the two previous Hampton by Hilton hotels did not. Had a king size bed and standard of the room is what you would expect to find in a Hilton Hotel l was so happy as my booking was for a 14-night stay. Happy to point out you will hear a rumbling noise as this is cause by trams crossing the intersection near the tram station and had no problem with sleeping at night. The city view was amazing the bed was comfortable and the room amenities were great as were the cleaning staff and breakfast was convenient. If you like shopping, you are in walking distance to Galeria Lodzka or catch a tram to Manufaktura shopping mall. Restaurants, Bars, Convenience stores, some of the best Street Art you will find is nearby great for photography. Could not believe how helpful the front desk staff were and at times went out of their way to help me which l really did appreciate so much as it did make my stay more enjoyable and another reason for a return visit.

Die Dusche war mächtig und sehr erfrischend. Die Lage ist hervorragend für alle Restaurants und Geschäfte von ód. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal ist hilfreich. Parken kann ein bisschen schmerzhaft sein, aber wenn Sie wissen, wo es einfach ist. Der einzige wirkliche Nachteil ist, dass es sich neben einem Gebäudeort befindet, aber das war kein Problem, da wir am Wochenende da waren und sie keine Aktivität auf dem Standort.

Der effiziente Service im Restaurant wird durch den Service im Zimmer verdoppelt und verdreifacht. Das Personal konnte die Kaffeemaschine bis zum Abendessen nicht einschalten (Kaffee gibt es nur zum Frühstück). Frau Małgorzata Szczerba vom Restaurantpersonal versucht auf die zahlreichen Kunden ohne Maske aufmerksam zu machen und erntet dabei überwiegend unangenehme Reaktionen. BRAVO Frau Małgosia für Ihren Mut! Das nette Restaurantpersonal wirft Gäste, die zu spät zum Frühstück kommen, nicht weg, nachdem die Mahlzeit serviert wurde! Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber es wäre schön, zumindest einen Wasserkocher, wenn nicht sogar eine Kaffeemaschine, und Tee-/Kaffeebeutel (2 Flaschen Mineralwasser und 2 Gläser sind willkommen) zu haben. Der Swimmingpool, der Whirlpool und die Wasserdüsen sind WIRKLICH von 14:00 bis 20:45 Uhr (offiziell 14:00 bis 21:00 Uhr) geöffnet. Sauna und Whirlpool im Freien, sauber und geöffnet von 15:00 bis 20:30 Uhr. Weiße Frotteebademäntel können an der Rezeption gegen eine Kaution von 50 PLN ausgeliehen werden. Frau Anna Telążka von der Rezeption versucht, die Kunden glücklich zu machen – Bravo! Schöne Aussicht auf die rauchenden Schornsteine ​​des Kraftwerks in Bełchatów, aber trotzdem ist die Luft sehr sauber. Ich empfehle es auch allen Familien mit Kindern – sie werden sich nicht langweilen, es gibt einen speziellen Raum für Kinder mit Kinoleinwand und Tischspielen sowie einen Fitnessraum. Ein ziemlich neues und sehr elegantes Hotel in einem angesagten Viertel. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr praktisch und wohnlich ausgestaltet. Angenehmes und charmantes Personal. Besonders erfreulich ist die Lage in einem angesagten Viertel aber dennoch ruhig. Etwas knapp sind die parkplätze doch findet sich eine Lösung.

Beside the good size and modern rooms, but with very bad pillows and sheets, this hotel has little to offer, even as an holiday inn (they are a franchisee that use the brand to attract customers, but do little to recognise brand status). Location at the southern end of the city requires that you walk 1 km to the nearest restaurant and bar, the reception service is soviet style, dry and totally unfriendly. The reception area is as welcoming as a hospital reception, the staff unskilled and definitely not passionate to work there. The venue offers almost no facilities for a new hotel, the gym is miniature in the basement, no pool like at Vienna House and the hotel looked like a ghost ship during my 3 days stay, no customer around. A very weird experience, and definitely not a good Holiday inn. There are much better options in town with much better and friendlier service, i was fooled by the reviews, its a cold and unpersonnal post Communist venue. If only they would treat Diamond status with top service Never going back there (i am in Lodz every quarter)

Ich war in diesem Hotel mehrere Male für die gute Lage sehr nahe dem Stadtzentrum, aber insgesamt für die ausgezeichnete Einstellung des Personals. Ich möchte dem GM im Hotel Herrn Daniel Dzierba zu der großartigen Arbeit gratulieren, die bereits im Hotel geleistet wurde und die Ausbildung für sein Personal .... Alle sind gut vorbereitet, jede Situation zu lösen, um einem anspruchsvollen Gast wie ich zu erfüllen.

Restaurant serviert frische, natürliche und schmackhafte Lebensmittel. Es ist reqly günstig, sowohl den Aufenthalt im Zimmer als auch das Essen. Es gibt Möglichkeiten, Hudge-Konferenzen und -Treffen zu organisieren, auch für über 1000 Teilnehmer mit dem angrenzenden Halle.
