The staff were incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the service was wonderful. You absolutely have to check out their restaurant — the food was excellent, cooked and present in perfection. The staff have great knowledge and were very helpful in recommending wine pairings. Breakfast was superb as well, wide selections of savory & sweet options at very fair price. Car parking is available directly opposite the hotel at a very reasonable charge. There are also several dining options nearby, and a landmark church can be viewed from the room balcony. A Carrefour supermarket is just a few steps away, which is very convenient. About 40min drive to Cervinia, which is quiet convenient to ski; Compare to the expensive accomodation up on the mountain, this hotel is such a gem! Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

I really love this hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, and offers a view of Mont Blanc. The manager and receptionist, Fiorella Vismara, provided excellent service. I’m very impressed. The breakfast was very good.

Non mi rilassavo così da tanto tempo! Un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde. La spa è stata una bellissima sorpresa, 2 piani di puro relax!!!!!! La camera con una comoda cabina armadio, un bel televisore con Netflix, ecc.....!il punto forte è stato il letto, comodissimo!!!!!! Spero di ritornare

We had a good time here, good location, very clean, very friendly, nice pool. A lot of good restaurants nearby and not too far to hiking sports.

Очень понравился отель - и номер и завтрак. Местоположение - 3-5 минут пешком до жд станции и автовокзала. 10 минут пешком до подъемника в Pila.Номер очень удобный и дизайн просто супер, мы в восторге от отеля. На ресепшен дали визитку для аренды лыжного оборудования с 10% скидкой.

Das typische Alpenberg-Holzhaus Hotel, das Fenster aus dem Schlafzimmer ist der Schneeberg, die Landschaft ist sehr gut. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sorgfältig eingerichtet und das Bett ist komfortabel sauber. Der Ladenbesitzer ist enthusiastisch, stellt die Umgebungs Attraktionen und Fußgängerrouten in detailliertem Maßstab dar und druckt uns den Fahrplan für den Bus zum Ausgangspunkt des Fußgängers. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Ort ist jeden Tag wechselnd. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zwei Minuten zu Fuß vom Busbahnhof entfernt.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut, der Spa hat gute Innen- und Außenräume, das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind lecker, sehr bequem Skifahren, Schneegeräte können in der kleinen Wohnung auf dem Berg des Hotels gespeichert werden, und dann ist das beste leckere Restaurant auf dem Berg auch im Hotel. Aber der Service ist sehr schlecht, es gibt keine einzige Rechnung für den Essensort.
