Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

Ich ging spät in der Nacht vom Flughafen Bologna. Ich ging auf den Decken ein großes Gras und eine ruhige Straße. Andere Bewertungen sagen, die Straße ist nicht sicher, aber solange Sie nicht mit Kindern sind, würde ich nicht stimmen. Es dauerte etwa 20 Minuten, um es zu gehen und zurückzukommen, konnte ich den vernünftig großen Minibus, der dann am Morgen lief. Im Hotel war es sauber, freundlich genug und machte den Job für eine Übernachtung. Ich würde wieder bleiben

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Nahe dem Meer, Restaurants und Geschäften. Es gibt einen großen Stadtpark in der Nähe. Es ist kostenlos von Oktober bis April. Die Zimmer selbst sind alt. Aber die Reinigung war gut. Der Zustand der Unterwäsche war ausgezeichnet, die Änderung war regelmäßig. Die Matratze ist sehr bequem. Frühstück ist vor allem Preis. Der Hotelmanager ist sehr responsiv. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Wir waren im Januar, das Hotel war sehr warm.

Der Service ist sehr gut, die Rezeption ist freundlich und spricht gut Englisch. Der Ort, an dem Ihr Gepäck aufbewahrt wird, ist ein kleiner Raum. Die Rezeption gibt Ihnen den Zimmerschlüssel. Es ist eine sehr unsichere Tür. Die sanitären Bedingungen sind gut, aber das Badezimmer ist sehr kalt und die Einrichtungen sind etwas alt und nicht einfach zu benutzen. Da es Silvester war, waren die Hauspreise extrem hoch und wir entschieden uns für das günstigste. Wir beide, die über 180 Meter groß sind, schliefen auf einem kleinen Bett in einem kleinen Zimmer von mehr als zehn Quadratmetern. . Zum Glück bin ich an Silvester erst spät zurückgekommen, sodass ich vor der Weiterreise nicht ein paar Stunden schlafen konnte.

We are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good . Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it . Never happened in this 4 star hotel . The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room . We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

Professionelle, freundliche und verfügbare Mitarbeiter, telefonisch und in Anwesenheit. Räumige, sehr saubere Zimmer mit jedem Komfort (TV, Kühlschrank, freundliches Wasser) ein wenig warm im Inneren für unsere Gewohnheiten, aber völlig subjektiv. Perfekte Lage zwischen dem Einkaufszentrum und dem Bellaria-Krankenhaus. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Ich habe auf meiner Heimreise von meinem frühen Morgenflug eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und es mir gegenüber dem Bahnhof ausgesucht, von wo aus der Zug zum Flughafen abfährt. Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden, direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche und einem sehr bequemen Bett. Es gab eine Minibar mit Getränken und Snacks. Da es in der Stadt heiß war, war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer angenehm kühl, allerdings ließ sich die Temperatur nicht regulieren, was der einzige Nachteil war. Das Stadtzentrum ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß über eine Einkaufsstraße mit überdachten Galerien zu erreichen. Insgesamt war das Hotel gut.

Tolles Hotel, sehr gesellig :)) Sauber, stilvoll, man kann etwas unternehmen, ohne es zu verlassen. Für Alleinreisende wird es interessant sein, denn... Es gibt Aktivitäten, Abendtänze und mehr. Für Reisende aus Russland mit Bargeld gilt: Bargeldfrei, das heißt, Sie können ohne Karte weder die Kurtaxe bezahlen noch in einer Bar etwas kaufen. Ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes 5 Minuten zu Fuß, in die andere Richtung vom Zentrum entfernt, aber das war überhaupt kein Problem, es gab mehrere Orte in der Nähe mit Espresso und Essen, wo man bar bezahlen konnte.

Clean, comfortable rooms in a fantastic location just steps from shopping mall. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was really good .. we never used public transportation, so we can’t recollect the actual distance from the metro station, but the facilities in the hotels were super good .. breakfast was vivid , bathroom was big, and the room was spacious .. we booked for one night , and we renewed for next day .. recommended for everyone
