The reception staff is okay beyond the fact that the room is 90€ and if you arrive at 8 am and you need to sleep because you had a nighttime flight they will charge you 111€ extra for this price I really suggest you to sleep elsewhere, the restaurant team members are absolutely not nice there was an east European waiter that called me and my friend prostitut@s on Russian ( while talking on the phone and serving a drink in the same time commenting on the phone that she gave to serve at a prostitut@s ) and they have a really cool gym but no spa or massage The staff have to be more careful because I speak 7 languages and you never know who you have in front of you .

Io e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e ci siamo trovate molto bene. L’accoglienza è stata ottima, il concierge ci ha fatte sentire a nostro agio dandoci molte informazioni utili. La camera era pulitissima e il letto comodo. La colazione era molto varia. L’hotel ha un ampio parcheggio gratuito.

Professionelle, freundliche und verfügbare Mitarbeiter, telefonisch und in Anwesenheit. Räumige, sehr saubere Zimmer mit jedem Komfort (TV, Kühlschrank, freundliches Wasser) ein wenig warm im Inneren für unsere Gewohnheiten, aber völlig subjektiv. Perfekte Lage zwischen dem Einkaufszentrum und dem Bellaria-Krankenhaus. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Das vier Sterne Hotel ist ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand zum Zentrum sind es 1,5 bis 2 km. Frühstück ist einfach vollkommen ich glaube jeder wird da glücklich. Preise sind außer im Juni Juli und August sehr günstig. Für eine Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer zahlt man 5 Euro drauf es lohnt sich.

Ottimo Hotel moderno, ideale per muoversi a Parma e viaggi di busieness. Ho soggiornato per un evento/convegno al Palaverdi di Parma, la posizione era perfetta anche per muoversi velocemente in auto per la città e raggiungere comodamente il centro.
Le camere pulite, spaziose e confortevoli. Ambienti ben arredati e moderni. Ottimo il servizio e la colazione, unico neo l'orario un po' limitante, chiudere la colazione alle 9.30 ritengo che sia troppo presto per un hotel.
Ho avuto modo di usufruire anche della palestra, piccola ma attrezzata, purtroppo la spa non era disponibile durante il mio soggiorno.
Consiglierei solo di prolungare l'orario colazioni.

Das Service-Desk ist sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer ist ok für 2 aber kann Raumbeschränkungen haben, wenn Sie zu viele Gepäck haben. Das Badezimmer Dusche ist eine Herausforderung.

JJoe RossiterBooked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport.
The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines!
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in.
The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water.
There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that.
Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted….
Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

JJohn WickedEs stimmt, man hat direkten Meerblick. Es ist zwar etwas weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber man kann den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer gut beobachten. Das Zimmer war tatsächlich recht klein und alt, mit Kratzern auf dem Boden. Die Sauberkeit war akzeptabel und das Frühstück war recht gut.
Ein paar Worte zum Rezeptionspersonal: An meinem zweiten Tag rannten sie mir hinterher, als ich bereits im Aufzug war, und fragten, ob ich meinen Schlüssel hätte … etwas seltsam.

CCharlie PsychoDer Service ist sehr gut, die Rezeption ist freundlich und spricht gut Englisch. Der Ort, an dem Ihr Gepäck aufbewahrt wird, ist ein kleiner Raum. Die Rezeption gibt Ihnen den Zimmerschlüssel. Es ist eine sehr unsichere Tür. Die sanitären Bedingungen sind gut, aber das Badezimmer ist sehr kalt und die Einrichtungen sind etwas alt und nicht einfach zu benutzen.
Da es Silvester war, waren die Hauspreise extrem hoch und wir entschieden uns für das günstigste. Wir beide, die über 180 Meter groß sind, schliefen auf einem kleinen Bett in einem kleinen Zimmer von mehr als zehn Quadratmetern. . Zum Glück bin ich an Silvester erst spät zurückgekommen, sodass ich vor der Weiterreise nicht ein paar Stunden schlafen konnte.

The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room .
We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons
At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof Bologna (ca. 5 Minuten entfernt). Ideal, besonders mit viel Gepäck, aber ein ganzes Stück bis zur Piazza mit ihren vielen Geschäften – wir brauchten etwa 15–20 Minuten.
Im Zimmer gibt es einen 3-in-1-Cappuccino und Kaffeesahne! Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Es gibt englische Fernsehsender und sogar eine Kissenauswahl! Das Zimmer ist sauber, auch der Wasserkocher blitzblank.
Während unseres Aufenthalts fiel die Toilettenbeleuchtung aus und flackerte. Wir riefen an der Rezeption an, um dies zu melden. Die Mitarbeiterin sollte uns zurückrufen, um uns mitzuteilen, ob der Techniker noch da ist, um die Lampe zu reparieren. Sie hat den Rückruf aber wohl vergessen. Da wir am nächsten Tag abreisten, war es uns egal. Gästen, die länger bleiben, empfiehlt es sich jedoch, an der Rezeption anzurufen und nachzufragen.

LLena VasileTolles Hotel, sehr gesellig :)) Sauber, stilvoll, man kann etwas unternehmen, ohne es zu verlassen. Für Alleinreisende wird es interessant sein, denn... Es gibt Aktivitäten, Abendtänze und mehr. Für Reisende aus Russland mit Bargeld gilt: Bargeldfrei, das heißt, Sie können ohne Karte weder die Kurtaxe bezahlen noch in einer Bar etwas kaufen. Ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes 5 Minuten zu Fuß, in die andere Richtung vom Zentrum entfernt, aber das war überhaupt kein Problem, es gab mehrere Orte in der Nähe mit Espresso und Essen, wo man bar bezahlen konnte.

GGastnutzerI had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.
