It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

We had two nights stay at picturesque ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGE right on the banks of the lake and were. pleasantly surprised as the nature unfolded before us. Good location with good facilities and access to all amenities surrounded by organic farm , nature at its best. Good service through out and personalised care by friendly staff. Freshly cooked homemade tasty food served to your room and relax in front of the room looking over the lake with boats passing by and beautiful sunset views. The best part was the relaxed private sunset boat ride on the lake for two of us with stunning views starting right in front of our cottage. Susan Salin and team have done a wonderful job in making avail of this wonderful property for fortunate few like us. Special thanks to Asha and Arjun who were always helpful and giving us information of local tours and cultures. Not to forget those amazing cooks who cooked meals as per our taste We will definitely going to return and recommend to our friends to visit ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGES Thanks once again for serving is the best treat Keep it up 💕🙏😍

Really good hotel and centrally located for Elamkulam. Breakfast was good selection but not enough space or servers. It was chaos trying to get a table as people were standing in the way eating. The lifts are also incredibly slow. Stopping on every floor. The rooftop pool is nice but has no view as the walls are too high.

Ich blieb mit meiner Frau und Tochter, insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt perfekt, aber ich möchte nur einige wenige Dinge hervorheben, die verbessert werden können. Restaurant ist langsam, Lebensmitteloptionen sind groß, es gab mehr als genug Varianten im Buffet hatten wir immer die Möglichkeit, aus dem Ala carte Menü zu bestellen. Ich möchte Sangeeta aus dem Buffet Restaurant herzlich danken. Sie war großartig, sobald wir ins Restaurant gingen, sie besucht uns mit einem großen Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Sie weiß ihre Arbeit sehr gut. Reinigungs- Die Zimmerreinigung wurde jeden Morgen beim Frühstück gemacht. Unser Zimmerreinigungsmann Mr. Afazzudhin war der Highlight. Er sorgt immer dafür, dass unser Zimmer gereinigt wird, bevor wir von dem Frühstück zurückkommen. Er ist ein freundlicher und sehr professioneller Mann, den ich 5 Sterne für Reinigung geben würde. The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

Sapphire Club Metro bietet Ihnen einen bequemen und komfortablen Aufenthalt, ideal im Herzen der Stadt. Die Lage dient als perfekte Grundlage für die Erforschung, mit einigen der berühmten touristischen Attraktionen der Region, wie z.B. die chinesischen Netze und die judische Stadt, nur ein 30-minute Fahren entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage sind die Fahrten zu diesen Zielen überraschend teuer, zusätzlich zur Bequemlichkeit des Aufenthalts. Zimmer 201, während direkt gegenüber einer Wand, behält überraschend eine helle und einladende Atmosphäre. Saphire Club Metro war eine gute Wahl für meine Reisen, weil ich eine Mischung von Stadtlebenskomfort suchte mit einfachem Zugang zu kulturellen und historischen Orten.

The location of the resort was great!. Services provided by the staffs was exceptional and in good tome too. Breakfast and dinner was good and commendable. Great nature friendly environment. Morning and evening walks were exceptional with sunrise and sunset beauty captures. Not to forget the birds chirpings and peacocks call in the early hours. Had a very wonderful time! Only lacking was a refrigerator and a mini bar fridge would be great for tourists. Special appreciative note to the young reception girl who welcomed with a drink and a very warming smile! (unfortunately could not recall her name). Thanks Krishna.

Eine der besten Hoteloptionen, die sehr nahe am Flughafen mit guten Mahlzeitoptionen sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Räumlichkeiten. Gut eingerichtete Zimmer, eine große Erfahrungskontrolle und war von der Servicegeste, die in Bezug auf Zimmeraufbau und spät Checkout-Optionen angeboten wurde, erfreut. Hat ein gutes Restaurant mit leckeren chinesischen Küche, die ich versucht habe. Es geht durch eine Renovierung, aber das hat nicht viel Einfluss auf den Aufenthalt hier. Insgesamt ein angenehmes Aufenthalt, außer dass ich einen teuren Schokolade im Zimmer minikühlschrank hinterließ und es nicht zurück bekommen konnte, als ich ihn am selben Tag gefragt hatte.
