There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh whenever I am in Chandigarh.
I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.”

GGastnutzerGut gelegen Hotel Lemon Tree in der Nähe von Elante Mall.. saubere Zimmer, zufriedenstellende.. but F&B Staff needs to be trained to be more quiet and need to focus on the guests but they were talking among themselves and were not that concerned with the guests’ needs at the restaurant ! 😊

GGastnutzerI recently stayed at Mount View with my family and overall, it was a really pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed — from fresh towels to a comfy bed.
What stood out was the view from the balcony, the room service and housekeeping was really quick.
Location-wise, it was super convenient — close to Sector 17.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chandigarh and looking for a stay full of leisure and I’d definitely stay here again without a second thought.

风风筝爱旅行Ctrip hat diesem Hotel vier Diamanten gegeben, was meiner Meinung nach etwas übertrieben ist. Tatsächlich sind die Zimmereinrichtungen sehr verbreitet, und ich habe das Gefühl, dass es nicht so gut ist wie zu Hause in China. Das Zimmer darf nicht rauchen, jedes Mal wenn ich zum Rauchen nach unten gehe , das Personal ist sehr kalt, aber im Allgemeinen ist es in Ordnung.

GGastnutzer(1) for single and occupancy both the hotel provides only 1 sealed drinking water bottle which is unfair with respect to human consumption. Anyways the hotel charges extra for double occupancy. (2) bathroom tap fittings are broken
(3) wash basin drain pipe is short and fixed with a stop gap arrangement due to which wash basin drainage water floods the entire bathroom making it dirty
(4) hotel staff started overhead water storage tank cleaning without our notice or prior intimation leading to non-availability of water in bathroom for nearly 5 hours

GGastnutzerI had such an memorable stay. The staff was so cooperative. From the checkin till my checkout they staff managed so well. The front office staff was polite. I requested for a late checkout and very politely they acknowledged my request for the same. Anyway i requested for higher floor but wasn't blocked for the same. But overall, the experience was so good. Thanks staff!wishing you growth for your upcoming future.
