One of the best hotels to stay in Palembang. It's strategically located in the city center, nearby any amenities, public transport, and malls. We stayed during Christmas weekend, so it's quite crowded with many guests. The downside, we need to wait a little bit longer with only 2 hotel lifts during busy hours and we didn't manage to use the swimming pool. Other than that, the staff is friendly, breakfast is nice, and room is clean.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

Schnelles Ein- und Auschecken, gutes und freundliches Personal. Während der Hauptverkehrszeit ist der Aufzug etwas langsam, man muss beim Auf- und Absteigen geduldig sein. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum und einen Swimmingpool. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag das Gleiche, aber die Qualität der Speisen ist noch in Ordnung, die Speisekarte ist auch recht umfangreich

Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive. My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

Frühstück ist standardmäßig, nichts Fantasie. Vielleicht isst man lokale Lebensmittel billiger und schöner. Warm amerikanisch und Cappuccino gekauft, sie waren gut!!

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Die Check-in-Regeln sind übertrieben. Wir mussten ca. 40 Minuten anstehen und das Zimmer war um 14:59 Uhr immer noch nicht verfügbar. Die Lage ist versteckt, hinter einem anderen Gebäude. Das Zimmer selbst ist gut. Der Service der Mitarbeiter war 10/10. Die Lage ist 6/10.
