I booked this location for a real “British Experience.” Although I don’t know if it was a real experience, it was a REAL experience. From the moment the car arrived, I was impressed and in love. It is a true country estate, surrounded by green rolling hills and ancient trees. The first view down the driveway was of a stunning estate with beautifully landscaped grounds. We arrived early and they were able to register us immediately. The only downside was the number of stairs to get to the room, but this was minimal. The interior was breathtaking, the outside was awe inspiring. We had originally planned on taking a day to go to London, but quickly decided to stay and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the estate. The food was wonderful but the breakfast hours were not as noted. On Saturday, we arrived at 10:30 for breakfast and the buffet was nearly empty, however the staff were kind enough to bring us the few things we needed. The staff were wonderful and added to the exceptional experience of our stay. I will definitely revisit this location in the future. It was a lovely experience.

Zimmeranordnung und Lage ist gut. Einfach einchecken. Das Personal ist hilfreich und freundlich. Es ist jedoch noch mehr Reinigung erforderlich. Viel Staub auf dem Kettle!

Ehrlich gesagt, am 2. Tag waren wir in den Ort verliebt, alle Mitarbeiter auf allen Abschnitten waren brillant. Alle Einrichtungen waren sauber, gut gepflegt und bis zu Spezifikation. Indoorpool, Außenpool, 2 Sauna, Eisbad, Tennisplätze, Orchard und Kinderspielplatz. Es gibt auch Archee, Fahrradverleih und sogar Bootsverleih, so dass Sie eine kleine Reise am Fluss haben. Wir haben nicht Frühstück gemacht, aber es gibt eine nette kleine Kaffeebar mit Gewürz und für das Abendessen das Hauptrestaurant arbeitet mit rund 30 Optionen ein Buffet-Stil, so dass Sie ein wenig von allem versuchen können. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel war auch sehr gut. Schließlich möchte ich nur erwähnen, dass mein Partner ein paar Behandlungen im Spa genossen und sagte, dass ihre Erfahrung großartig war. I recently stayed at the Sofitel London Gatwick ahead of an early flight. The direct, covered access to the North Terminal made it incredibly convenient, and the room was spotless, soundproofed and comfortable with an excellent bed for a solid night’s sleep. Pizza dinner in the brasserie was genuinely good quality, far better than expected for an airport hotel. Sofitel London Gatwick delivers great comfort without the stress. I’d happily stay again or recommend it to friends needing high-standard convenience near Gatwick

Booked due to close proximity to the friends place that we were visiting. Beautiful place with great surroundings, very atmospheric during Christmas season. Room was quite basic.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schönes Essen und Service am Freitag Abend, die Mitarbeiter waren wunderschön man mir sogar ihre Brille schuldete ich mir in dem Zimmer verließ das einzige, was ich nicht mag ist die Parkgebühr

4 stay here and it’s always a lovely place to stay but the prices are a bit too much.

The hotel was very good overall with good service, nice facilities and a nice family room which have recently been refurbished. The hotel was more than happy to heat up my food, good breakfast and having air conditioning which were really nice thing about this hotel.Unfortunately there were some problems such as the room card disabling each day due to it being sensitive to mobile phones and forgetting to give me, my wife and daughter’s 3 sets of towels.

We arrived early however the receptionist was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, we had booked a twin room as we couldn't see a double room available however the lady changed us to a double room with such ease. Hotel is very clean, room was a very good size and we even saw Deer outside our room in the morning. We used the pool area, the staff were very attentive even lending us a pound coin so we could use the lockers. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Clean and comfortable room with all the usual facilities. Lovely spa and pool - also a gym which I didn’t use. Can’t really comment on service as I only briefly saw someone at check in, but she was very pleasant. A restaurant but I didn’t eat there. Good location for travelling into London the next day. Minor issue: bath towels are a bit small and thin (and I’m not a big lady!)
