Park Plaza Nottingham is conveniently located in town centre, which was a plus for 2-day visit to our friend in town. I like the modern look of the hotel lobby, as well as the friendly hotel staff. Hotel room was reasonably spacious, but a little dated on the cons side. Moreover, it requires to walk up and down stairs for elevator access from the lobby, which caused a bit of inconvenience to people with limited mobility like my husband. Fortunately, the hotel staff were kind to carry our luggage, which was a tremendous help to us.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben Badewanne, es gab ein großes Arbeitstisch für mich zu arbeiten und der Internet-Anschluss war perfekt, ich hatte mehrere Videokonferenzen und es war nie einmal abgestürzt. Die Annehmlichkeiten waren sehr gut, um zu überprüfen, ob ich jeden Tag etwas benötigte, und das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr freundlich. Direkt neben einem massiven nationalen Vertrauensvermögen hatte einige schöne Herbst-Wanderungen Allerdings gibt es absolut kein Telefonsignal (Vodafone) offensichtlich nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun es ist nur zusätzliche Informationen über die Gegend!

Sehr laut Nachbarschaft mit konstantem Außengeräusch. Die Wände sind extrem dünn, ich könnte Leute in dem nächsten Zimmer sprechen hören. Das Heizungssystem wurde gebrochen, so wurden wir zwei kleine Plug-in-Radiatoren, die das Zimmer überhitzt, dann ausschaltet und es wieder kalt machten. Schlaf war schrecklich. Der Spa ist sehr klein, ohne Platz im Sauna und der Pool mit Kindern besetzt. Wir bezahlten £177 für eine Nacht im oberen Stock mit Zugang zu der Lounge, aber die Lounge hatte keine Snacksnur weiche Getränke (die Auswahl des Getränks war ok). Gesamt, schlechter Wert für den Preis.

Since we arrived in Nottingham quite early, we called the staff to see if we could check in early. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a room for us to rest. The room was spacious, with a view of the campus outside, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was also free parking. Overall, we were very satisfied.

As always, my Favourite Holiday Inn in Nottingham is a great professional Team. 👍🏻🙏

In general, my stay was fine. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I appreciated their friendly attitude. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. There were a number of young men staying on my floor who returned around 2am and made a significant amount of noise for quite some time. Unfortunately, no staff member came to address the disturbance, which made it difficult to sleep. When I eventually began to fall back asleep, I was disturbed again by two pigeons making loud noises outside my window. In the morning, I noticed there were dead pigeons caught in the netting above my window. This was quite unpleasant to see and does not seem healthy or hygienic. Additionally, at £125 per night, I would not expect to see worn carpets. The condition of the flooring did not reflect the price being charged. Overall, while the staff were excellent, these issues did detract from an otherwise fine stay.

The hotel services are very good, the breakfast is very nice. The hotel facilities are very good. Personally I prefer hand held shower instead of wall mounted jet.

We had booked 2 nights here as my friend was having her wedding reception here. The Mour website, trip.com and other booking platforms state they have toiletries available. However, only shower gel was provided. I asked at the reception and the man had an attitude like he didn't care, I explained it was stated on their website, he wasn't bothered. I would have brought it myself but it stated it was provided. The room was nice, big and comfortable. The tiny hanging space hidden behind the bed, the kettle hidden the other side, with a tray covered in stains and spills and cups containing white powder. Far from clean. The price did not reflect the quality here at all and I felt rather embarrassed for my friend as a lot of us stayed here for the wedding. I wouldn't waste my money staying here again.

The check in service wasn't smooth. The front desk and night manager asked so many questions, that they can find out via the booking system. We waited for over half an hour to check in. They spent the time on checking if you leave notes for two single beds or one double. And the tone was like we owned them a millions pounds. Hotel was above average but the check in experiece was the worst I've ever had in any hotel over the world.

Nice hotel and pool club rooms have king size beds and good showers. I go to Derby often to visit and often need a place, although there isn’t many luxury hotels in the area, this one has nice jacuzzis and bigger beds and made for a good small stop.
