Our 1st bedroom has a king, 2nd bedroom with 2 full beds . My condo has a capacity to sleep max 6 but, for comforts sake, the ideal number of people is 4.The condo is fully equipped with everything you'll need to get yourself started upon arrival including: towels, sheets, soaps, shampoo, hairdryers, tissue & paper etc….Also, our kitchen is always stocked with the basics to allow you to arrive care free of forgetting anything for cooking i.e. basic seasoning ingredients. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and coconut trees overlooking the 10th hole of La Romana Country Club Golf Course, designed by Pete Dye, at Casa de Campo, La Romana. Strategically located, Las Toronjas 1 is just a few minutes away from Minitas Beach, the Marina, Altos de Chavon, the main hotel facilities, and three other golf courses including the famous Pete Dye design Teeth Of The Dog.As you enter this open space villa you’ll enjoy the greenery and warmth of the indoor garden surrounded by bedrooms, living room, studio, gazebo, swimming pool and heated jacuzzi – all these areas enjoy the spectacular view of the fairway and green of the 10th hole. The home has 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. One queen bed in master bedroom, one king bed in second bedroom and in room 3 and 4 each one has 2 queen size beds. The living room has a 30 ft. high ceiling, hosts 2 dining tables that each seats 12; and opens up with six wooden sliding doors, to a view over the deck and swimming pool, towards the golf course. The gazebo is located between the pool and indoor courtyard with a living area and a dining table that seats ten, facing the green of the 10th hole. We have a 3 member staff: butler (sleeps in a facility outside the villa), cook and housekeeper till 5:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch are prepared daily at the request of our guests. Daily cleaning, linens and towels are included with the rental.
