Das Habsburg Hotel in Harbin war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Das Hotel hat von Anfang an ein europäisches Thema. Das Personal an der Rezeption begrüßt Sie immer freundlich, wenn Sie ein- und ausgehen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch und sind sowohl Einheimischen als auch Ausländern gegenüber zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war makellos und geräumig, die Betten waren bequem. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass es im Zimmer zu heiß war und die Temperaturregelung der Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, sodass wir die ganze Nacht bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen mussten. Abgesehen davon gab es am ersten Tag der Ankunft kostenlose Snacks sowie Gutscheine, um das volle Erlebnis eines russischen High Tea sowie eines Cocktails am Abend an der Bar zu genießen. Dieses Hotel hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt und ist ein erschwingliches Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Harbin. Die Lage war perfekt, es befand sich in der Nähe der Songhua-Seilbahn, der Zhongyang-Straße, wo Sie lokales Streetfood genießen können, und in der Nähe der Sophienkathedrale. Wir haben auch das Mittagessen und Frühstück im Hotel genossen und der Service war fantastisch. Die Managerin Jenny war herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns wohl fühlten und uns gut bedienten. Das Habsburg Hotel ist definitiv ein Hotel, das ich bei einem Besuch in Harbin empfehlen würde.

M Das Hotel ist wirklich gut, die Umgebung ist alt und wunderschön, besonders empfindlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber und der Servicepersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch. Jedes Mal, wenn ich es siehe, fühlt sich die Leute sehr komfortabel an. Ich wollte kurz bleiben, aber die Atmosphäre hier ist sehr gut, ich will wirklich nicht gehen.

Если хотите постираться , попросите порошок на ресепшен ☝🏻 пользовались услугой гида, показал немного город. Кровать шикарная удобная, спать удовольствие 👌🏻

Hi, Such a lovely hotel with the friendliest and caring staff.  Tea break was well served upon arrival in the afternoon. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so much variety. Hotel is smart and beautifully clean. Location was central very near to Sophia Church, popular Zhongyang street, Museum, morning street food and souvenir stalls. Didi and taxi at door step too. Everything was so perfect about this hotel. High recommended this hotel stay for all who come to Harbin.

Right opposite two attractions across the road. Likely use to be some fancy hotel but has since been under new management. Towel smells a little mouldy but location is great and service is excellent. The chef even came up to asked what I would like to have for breakfast and specially prepared me a local salted egg which is delicious. I was leaving early at 8am and the front staff starts the breakfast earlier so I can eat before I take a long bus ride.The room have aged with solid wood furniture which I have not seen in hotel for a while. But the service makes up for it. Oh yeah, bus station to Heihe or Harbin is nearby which could be useful for travelers.

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Strategicocation, few second walk to Zhongyang Street. I book executive room 810 excellent, clean and all look new and has free welcome fruit for the day of my arrival, free flow of orange and Chinese tea at lobby 24hours. Reception helpful and guide me direction of whatever tourist spot I want to go, specially the man sitting near the exit door. Many yummy food stall outside of the hotel, highly recommend a beef noodle stall on the right of the hotel. If you take airport bus to hotel, you just need to take bus for line 3 RMB20 per pax, teh bus stop I. Front Ibis hotel, you jsut need to walk 2 mins will reach Wanda Holiday Hotel. If you want to go the subway station, just walk 4 mins can reach. Overall highly recommend this hotel. Definitely I will stay this hotel again for my next Harbin visit.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und das gesamte Hotel ist im Stil der Sophia-Kirche gehalten. Daneben befindet sich der Toulong-Großmarkt, auf dem Sie dicke Winterkleidung kaufen können. Die Fahrt zur Sophia-Kirche dauert 5 Minuten und ist großartig Fotos und Check-in. 10 Minuten bis zur Central Street. In der Lobby gibt es viele Arten von Snacks, Erfrischungen und viele kostenlose Serviceartikel, darunter Nagelknipser, Streichhölzer, Gummibänder, Pflaster und vor allem Erkältungsmedikamente. Der Service spiegelt die Begeisterung und Großzügigkeit des Nordostens wider Mir gefällt auch der kleine verschenkte Schneemann-Anhänger. Nachteile: Nach dem Betreten des Ladens wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Es wird zentral beheizt. Es ist etwas heiß und kann nicht selbst reguliert werden. Es kann auch daran liegen, dass ich ein fensterloses Zimmer gebucht habe. Wenn es Ihnen etwas ausmacht, bitte Geben Sie eine Referenz an!

Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.
