We booked an extra night at Best Western Plus Hinton, we previously stayed for 3 nights before this and were pleasantly surprised by the new room we were given. It was spotless, even cleaner than the previous one we stayed in during our initial booking! Everything we needed was there, and the space felt fresh and welcoming. What truly stood out to us, though, was the front desk team. They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated, and made the whole transition smooth and stress-free. Great service, great stay, highly recommended!

I'm not the one that leaves bad reviews but I have to do this . This isn't your typical holiday inn you're used to . Far from it . Stains on blinds, not the typical spacious room I'm used to . The heating system made constant dragging noise at intervals all night . We couldn't sleep . Not what I was expecting . Then I called to see if there was an option to get the room upgraded , the lady that picked up was too eager to shut me off . There was no professionalism . Microwave was making creaking noise and the tv wasn't working when I checked in though that was fixed promptly when I called them in . I'll give them a 5/10. I've been to other Holiday Inns in Edmonton, and they are top class with very decent people at the front desk . This is just one old hotel trying to live up to the franchise name. Not close !!!!! Never again!!!

Good location, however in the faucet everytime you switch to hot or cold water something yellow spits out every couple seconds. There was a mini bar and we did not touch it yet still got charged for a peach water which I did not use and when I phoned once I got the bill they told me that because it was in my room I was charged regardless if it was touched by us or not. My partner and I did not drink anything from there and no one was in our room. Otherwise good location for going out in the downtown and very comfortable beds

Mal, dass ich dieses Hotel Residenz zum ersten Mal im März letzten Jahres ohne Online-Buchung reserviert habe, dann reservierte ich durch tththrough dieses Jahr Januar 30 bis Februar 3rd , Ich reservierte dieses Hotel, weil es guter Service zum ersten Mal reservierte ich hier und ich hatte beide Zeiten einen guten Service. Das Hotel ist eine gute Lage, da es Busservice in die Stadt und Südzentrum hat, die auf Chinook #10 & 15 + die Rote Linie nach Somerset und Tuskan mit einfacher Transfer zum anderen lrt blaue Linie nach Saddletown und 69. Westende hält. Ich habe nur mein Hotel genutzt, um andere zu entspannen und zu schlafen, als ich Familie und Freunde erkundete und besuchte. Das Front-Desk und Reinigungspersonal war erstaunlich 👏. Das nächste Mal, wenn ich nach Calgary Urlaub wartete auf eine Buchung von diesem Kerl für das dritte Mal.

Vordertafel war mehr als zu beherbergen Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Dampfdusche ist eine erstaunliche Funktion im Zimmer. Shuttle Service zum Flughafen war einfach zu buchen und hat mich in einer zeitnahen Weise zu einem von.

So nice experience with trip.come I get check in online service free and I get affordable tickets and hotel reservation.

Calgary ist im Winter wirklich kalt, vor allem wenn man über eine halbe Stunde draußen auf den Bus wartet und völlig durchgefroren ist. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus an, was super ist. Das Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Calgary wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Johnson was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was good. The only thing bad was the room had an odd smell to it.  Can’t put my finger on exactly what it smelt like, but that was the only thing.

Room was average at best Pillows lumpy and it affected my  sleep Went to buy a bottle of water it was 4.50 Carts for luggage disappeared and staff didn’t seem to care, got attitude when I asked if the coukdcfind them as I had 2 - 50 lb bags plus carry on Cheap price but would try a different   place next time Average at best!!!

Always stay at the Ramada Hotel, before flying up to work. Room rates are usually well under $100.00 all in and free shuttle to and from Airport. Food at Restaurant is very tasty and updates are improving..Shower temps and faucets in tub could be improved but still work..Would also be nice to have extra late checkout for returning regular guests. Would reccomend to anyone! A +
