Das Hotel ist schön. Lage ist gut, wenige Schritte vom Strand vorn. Zimmer sind sauber, aber vielleicht müssen Sie aufrüsten, da einige Einrichtungen ziemlich alt sind. Wenn Sie das Fenster im Zimmer verwenden, ist es zu laut. freundliches Personal. Insgesamt ist es ein guter Aufenthalt und wird sicherlich zurückkommen.

We really love this hotel! The rooms are clean, the location is excellent and best of all, the service is top notch. Special mention to M' Eileen, Joe, Harold and Jae at the Club Lounge. They really took care of us when we were there.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay.

2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

Another wonderful stay at the 5-star ABC Hotel. This is my second time staying here. The staff is always nice and friendly. The room, amenities, and the food are great. The location is great as it's on Fields Avenue with Jolibee and night life down the street. Rio was my Bellhop in 2024 and this time in 2026. 😎

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam, so dass ich mich von dem Moment an begrüßen konnte, als ich ankam. Die Zimmer waren unspottbar, gut ausgestattet und bieten alle Komforts, die ich für einen entspannenden Aufenthalt benötigt habe. Die einzige Nebenwirkung ist die Lageit’s etwas von den Hauptattraktionen entfernt und erfordert zusätzliche Reisezeit. Auch wenn dies für diejenigen, die in der Stadt sein wollen, vielleicht nicht ideal sein kann, die Qualität des Hotels selbst mehr als es für sie macht.

Seien Sie nicht früh, seien Sie nicht spät! Lesen Sie die Bewertungen sorgfältig über die Zeit der Eincheckung, Auscheckung, was enthalten oder für was Sie zu zahlen haben, was bedeutet 'Badezugang', was bedeutet es Weg und Entfernung zum Strand ...

Perfekte Lage für meine Reise. Sauber und sanitiert. Zufriedener Service. Warm Dusche funktionierte nicht gut am Morgen. Einige Reisende sind draußen laut und können im Zimmer gehört werden. Aber insgesamt ist es eine tolle Erfahrung für einen günstigen Preis.

Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar ist ein cooler Ort, aber er hat seine Höhen und Tiefen. Als wir ankamen, lief das Einchecken nicht reibungslos. Unsere Schlüsselkarte funktionierte nicht und wir mussten 30-40 Minuten warten, bis wir in unser Zimmer kamen. Außerdem gab es nicht einmal einen Platz, wo man gemütlich warten konnte. Das Essen im philippinischen Restaurant war okay, aber teuer für das, was man bekam. Das Frühstück war allerdings besser, mit vielen leckeren philippinischen Gerichten zu einem fairen Preis. Das Reinigungspersonal und die Jeepney-Fahrer waren fantastisch. Sie waren wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war groß und hatte ein riesiges Badezimmer, was schön war. Es gibt eine Menge Dinge rund um das Resort zu tun, also reicht ein Aufenthalt von nur einer Nacht nicht aus. Man braucht wirklich mindestens zwei Tage, um alles zu genießen. Das Beste waren die ganzen alten Häuser. Sie waren wie eine Zeitreise und super interessant. Insgesamt ist Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar ein netter Ort für einen Besuch, auch wenn es einige Dinge gibt, die besser sein könnten.
