Alle Mitarbeiter waren untergebracht, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich buchte ein Zimmer mit mayonnaise Blick, aber nach ihnen das Zimmer, das ich bekam, war nur ein de luxe Zimmer ohne mayonnaise Blick. Ich habe einen guten Kundenservice mit dem freundlichen Empfangspersonal erhalten. Sie gab mir einige Optionen und mit einem Mindestpreis habe ich das Zimmer, das ich wollte. Danke Miss Rezeptionist tut mir leid, dass ich mit Namen zu Schwierigkeiten habe, aber ich schätze Ihren Service und auch dem Pflegepersonal, der uns Schweinepinangat im Restaurant serviert hat. Kudos für Sie alle!

I went with my family and booked two rooms. The kids loved and enjoyed the swimming pool. While we liked our rooms, it’s very comfortable and with Netflix account. The location is also at the center so that’s a plus. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

An amazing hotel....5 star all the way. Excellent food, staff, pool, facility! The staff were so accommodating, friendly and super efficient. We have travelled around the world and by far this hotel was one of our favorites! I highly recommend a stay here. You wont be disappointed!

Had a great stay. Staff were courteous & accommodating. Location is perfect with nearby malls & restaurants. Definitely not our last time booking. ☺️😊

+ I like that bath and toilet are separated. + They have water dispenser available at the hallway. You can heat up water in the room with the electric kettle provided. + Julie was so accommodating and friendly. She even gave us a connecting room. + The manong guards were also very welcoming and helpful. - The room is quite small but has basic amenities except for small fridge. - I felt the carpet or beddings were dusty as i was sneezing most of the time.

Die Lage und das Zimmer sind gut .... Ich bin nicht zufrieden mit dem Vortischoffizier, wie er reagiert, um meine Beschwerde na walang Haartrockner und Raumnamin. Walang WiFi Ang Zimmer... das ist nicht wert, zu bleiben Ich möchte auch die Parkplätze hinzufügen.. Dieses Hotel kann nicht geeignete Parkplätze anbieten.

Maganda yung hotel, sobrang linis, airconditoned at may free na complimentary massage pa. Mababait din lahat ng staff, kada madaanan mo sila babatiin ka nila. May cafe din sila sa baba hanggang 10pm open, masarap ung mga pagkain mapa rice meal o pasta at sobrang affordable ng mga prices. Kapag bumalik ako ng bicol, sa apihap pa rin kami magbobook. Had some issues with our stay, but I was truly impressed by how the staff handled it. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the middle of the night as I had hoped, I brought this attention to the front desk during the morning and I have to say, their response was quick and professional. They apologized for the inconvenience, and within a short time, they resolved the issue, fixed the problem and gave us free goods from the hotel.

Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine verschlossener Tür zum Nebenzimmer, weshalb man die Gäste (Familie mit Kindern) im Nebenzimmer m.E. zu gut hören konnte. Ebenfalls isolieren die Scheiben zur Straße hin nicht so gut, sodass man den Verkehr auf der Straße relativ gut hören kann. Aufgrund der Klimaanlage am Fensterbereich gibt es Schlitze bei den Vorhängen, weshalb sich das Zimmer nicht komplett abdunkeln lässt. Daher bei Ausstattung nur 3 von 5.
