The room was spacious, perfect for a small family. The highlight, of course, was the view, sea and pool views that were absolutely lovely. One night was definitely not enough. Just open the window and you’ll feel the sea breeze; so calm and so beautiful. Breakfast was fairly normal, nothing fancy. If you’re not local, I’d recommend going out for breakfast around Kuantan town, there are so many great options to choose from. For dinner, Ana Ikan Bakar Petai is just right in front of the hotel. It’s the most famous restaurant in Tanjung Lumpur and within walking distance. Definitely will come again for a short vacay.

We regularly stay @ Zenith for countless times. Though the hotel isn't as grand as other 5 stars, the service & cleanliness has been consistent over the years. The location is strategic & convenient. There's charging station for EV car too & we can leave our car for charging with ease. We had drinks @ the cafe & were impressed by the simple honey lemon drinks & Rose chrysanthemum tea that we ordered. Will stay regular either for holidays or work.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was spotless and looked exactly like the photos, which we really appreciated. We didn’t book the sea-view room but still can see the view a little bit, but when we saw the view at the parking was absolutely stunning. The room was also very spacious, easily fitting our family of 4–5 with plenty of comfort. All the utilities listed were available and working perfectly. The place also offers great facilities, including a swimming pool and other amenities, making the stay even more enjoyable. It’s a little further from the town area, but it honestly wasn’t an issue for us. There are food options right outside, and the host also provides room dining and food services, which was super convenient. Overall, we had an amazing experience, comfortable, peaceful, and great value for families. We would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I think this is the best resort we’ve stayed at in Pahang/Terengganu. The grand entrance was very welcoming, with a beautiful interior and great ambience. The rooms were fully renovated and tastefully done, and the mattress was super comfortable. We really enjoyed the sea view from our room, it was very therapeutic. We had a great time overall. The kids enjoyed playing in the kids’ pool and spending time at the beach. The beach was well maintained, with plenty of chairs available, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the food suited our taste really well. Will definitely come again!

This hotel is very suitable for a business trip. The room is clean, neat, and comfortable for resting after a long day of meetings. The internet connection is fast and stable, which is very helpful for work. The location is strategic, close to restaurants and transportation. The check-in and check-out process is quick and efficient. The staff are friendly and professional. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again for future business trips

It’s a budget hotel which is located by the river. The location is very convenient with just a short walk away from the riverfront and mural art street. Hotel is clean but the interior is quite old and the sheets  do have some stain. The breakfast was decent given its cheap price.

Das Hotel ist sehr alt, aber die Zimmer sind sauber, sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Hauptpunkt dieses Hotels ist der Mini-Wasserpark und der Schwimmbad, die ein großer Schlag mit den Kindern sind. Sie hatten eine tolle Zeit, um es zu einem lustigen und nützlichen Aufenthalt für Familien.

Great place to stay, especially when traveling with kids. We booked two rooms, and, without even requesting, the hotel allocated connecting, co-located rooms for our family, which was a big plus. The hotel is very close to Genting Outdoor Theme Park, making it extremely convenient. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and everything we needed was easily accessible around the property. We didn’t have to request any special services—basic amenities and support were readily available. The only downside, and a surprising one, was the early check-in charge. Official check-in time is 3:00 PM. We arrived around 2:00–2:30 PM, and although the rooms were already ready, we were still charged for early check-in. That felt unnecessary and strange, as I’ve never experienced this elsewhere. Apart from that, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Genting, especially for families with children. Overall experience was excellent, and I’d still rate it 5 out of 5.
