Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen.

Accessible to the shopping mall where you can meet your personal and dietary needs. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious for two adults. Had a nice view of JB and the river. Breakfast had a good spread but was nothing special. Ran out of scrambled eggs when we reached at 7am. The swimming pool and gym were nice. Check-in staff was efficient.

Hotel is at a very convenient location, with KSL mall and many F&B choices in the vicinity. However, felt the staff at front desk need more training. E.g. when i handed over my credit card for desposit and without trying she said they dont take debit card. When i told her that it is a credit card, she said she will try. The room was not bad but the water pressure was weak.

2st Mal in diesem Hotel bleiben, wie wir das geräumige und saubere Zimmer mögen. Nur Con für diesen Aufenthalt ist, dass wir ein Zimmer, das mit einem anderen verbunden ist, zugewiesen wurden. Anfrage für ein ruhiges Zimmer, wenn ich ein leichter Schlafanzug bin. Ich höre Lächeln, Schreie und Stimmen aus dem nächsten Türverbindungsraum. Kinder sprangen und lachten und Erwachsene sprachen (wenn es laut ist), aber ich konnte es von der nächsten Tür um 1 Uhr hören. Bitte beantragen Sie ein nicht angeschlossenes Zimmer, wenn Sie ein leichtes Schlafzimmer sind. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich.

2nd stay here because it's cheap. Room is clean. Bathroom is okay. Got breakfast. Love the mee rebus. No halal eateries in walking distance. Need to go by car.

Everything was great as last time we booked except at one point there was this female receptionist who was very impolite to my wife when she asked if she can change the room type to a different type of the same price. It is a service provided by this hotel. We were able to do it later that day through a different receptionist. Other staff members are great. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are great. View is the same. My wife loved it. The buffet is also great.

First time heading to mid valley area, thus decide to try out this hotel. After a challenging egate downtime day, I had finally arrived at hotel O PE RO. Pros: Soothing aroma smelly lobby reminds me to Big box hotel. Room was compact but comfortable to sleep well. Giant sogo view motivates my shopping time. Hotel staffs were generous to provide more water as my child was having a nasty sore throat. Thank you. Breakfast - Chicken rendang is towards the sweeter side but bursting with tasty coconut milk. I adored the proficient roti prata chef who won me over with his crispy prata. Cons: As an avid hotel guest swimmer, this is the first time I had to share a pool with a few intelligent crows who dripped their beak into the minimum chlolrine pool. How bizzare.. Safety come first when making your way to Mid valley shopping mall. Many vehicles which include coach buses making their way to the carpark.. Bring along an umbrella and put spf.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber. Aber wir waren unsagbar überrascht, als wir die Fenster öffneten und die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 23. Stock genossen. Sie können selbst sehen, wie schlecht es gepflegt ist. Ansonsten sind sie nicht entgegenkommend, wenn wir nach zusätzlichen Mineralwasserflaschen fragen, im Gegensatz zu 5-Sterne-Hotels, die uns auf Anfrage ein paar geben. Hier ist es anscheinend kostenpflichtig. Einer der männlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich, als er unsere Fragen beantwortete. Keine Wärme, kein Lächeln oder freundliche Ausstrahlung von ihm. Das ist eine Überraschung für einen Hotelangestellten. Da kann man besser sein. Das Frühstück war nicht allzu schlecht und bot eine gute Auswahl. Prost!

There’s a store nearby for daily needs, and in the evening, there’s a bazaar just at the back of the property – perfect for grabbing snacks or enjoying the local atmosphere. It’s also easy to get around from here, whether you’re heading into town or exploring nearby attractions. **Service:** The staff here truly made our stay more enjoyable. The front desk was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Even the cleaners were approachable and easy to talk to, which gave the place a warm, welcoming vibe. **Amenities:** Trinidad Suites is well-equipped for both relaxation and longer stays. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the deck area, perfect for winding down after a day out. There’s also a gym for workouts and a kitchen area if you prefer preparing your own meals. Everything was functional and well-maintained. Overall, our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. The combination of clean, spacious rooms, a convenient location, friendly service, and excellent facilities made this an easy 5-star experience. Went in for a night's getaway. Check-in and out was a breeze- bcos no queues, no crowds. Too breezy that even parking gantry is not even closed, no need for registration of TPG cards, no security 🤭🤨. Toiletries were too basic with soaps and toothbrushes only. Stuffs like q-tip, shower cap, sanitary bag were not there. Not sure if they missed out or its meant to be like tht. But for $100/night, its something to look into. Breakfast was basic but acceptable pastries,western, nasi lemak,fried noodle. Cafe was very hot, poor ventilation. Good for relaxing only cos hotel has nothing much to offer. Have to drive around for food and shop.
