Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen.

Ich habe dieses Zimmer kurzfristig für einen Kurztrip nach JB gebucht. Das Personal war sehr effizient und erklärte mir gleich nach der Buchung den Check-in-Prozess und die Details. Ich buchte um 15 Uhr und checkte um 17 Uhr ein. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet alles, was man braucht, und das Bett war super bequem. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass der Fernseher Apple AirPlay unterstützt und die LED-Beleuchtung in verschiedenen Farben zur Auswahl steht. Das bereitgestellte Wasser in Flaschen war ebenfalls eine nette Geste. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Toilette hat kein Bidet. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal definitiv wieder hier buchen.

Das Hotel liegt nahe KSL. Sehr bequeme Lage. Service ist gut, sie reagieren schnell, wenn wir mehr Wasser und Dusche gel gefragt haben. Zimmer ist sauber. Aber das Fenster in dem Zimmer ist fehlerhaft und das Fenster könnte geöffnet werden, die Menschen könnten aus dem Fenster fallen, weil es ein Bayfenster ist. Es gibt auch diesen irritierenden Geräusch von Wasser dropfen außerhalb des Fensters. Es wird laut in der Mitte der Nacht, wenn die Umgebung ruhig wird.

We had a wonderful stay at Berjaya Waterfront Hotel. I booked the Romantic Getaway package for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated, and both the high tea and dinner were thoughtfully prepared and very picturesque. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Athirah, Rahman, and Ficki for the room décor, and to Zairul for taking great care of us during high tea and dinner. We truly felt very well looked after. The package was also very affordable compared to similar offers from other hotels. Highly recommended for couples looking for a memorable stay.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber. Aber wir waren unsagbar überrascht, als wir die Fenster öffneten und die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 23. Stock genossen. Sie können selbst sehen, wie schlecht es gepflegt ist. Ansonsten sind sie nicht entgegenkommend, wenn wir nach zusätzlichen Mineralwasserflaschen fragen, im Gegensatz zu 5-Sterne-Hotels, die uns auf Anfrage ein paar geben. Hier ist es anscheinend kostenpflichtig. Einer der männlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich, als er unsere Fragen beantwortete. Keine Wärme, kein Lächeln oder freundliche Ausstrahlung von ihm. Das ist eine Überraschung für einen Hotelangestellten. Da kann man besser sein. Das Frühstück war nicht allzu schlecht und bot eine gute Auswahl. Prost!

Just had a great stay at a hotel in the area! The room was super clean and tidy, which is always a plus. It's perfectly situated for exploring Iskandar Puteri, especially if you're planning a trip to the nearby amusement park. Plus, there are plenty of shops and restaurants right around the corner, making it super convenient. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the neighborhood.

Großes Hotel zu einem attraktiven Preis - Personal : freundlich super hilfreich , erlaubte mir zu prüfen früher - Zimmer: sauber, geräumig, voll ausgestattet - Ausstattung: komplett mit Waschbecken, Restaurant, Fitnessraum n Pool (probierte nicht die B-Fast aber) Dieses Hotel ist wirklich nett mit kostenlosem Parkplatz n der Infinity Pool übersehen den Hafen.. es gibt ein paar Geschäfte in der Nähe n ein paar Pub, in der Nähe des harten Rock Puteri Hafen.. aber naheste Mall - Sonnenweg große Box ist High 7-8km Fahrrad

Booking was done the night before. Smooth process. It was a short stay but it was a pleasant one! We managed to get connecting rooms on the day of check-in. Additional bed was available at a cost and didn’t had to wait long for it to arrive. Came with additional set of towel, toothbrush w toothpaste and bedroom slippers. Friendly front desk staff and room attendant. Basic toiletries provided. Pool looks great. Easy access to the mall. Check-out was a breeze. Just dropped off the key cards at the concierge. Will be better if complimentary parking was provided though. Will definitely return to stay again in future.
