Truly enjoyed my whole stay here. Top class. They were sweet to prepare a card and birthday cake for my husband. They gave a welcome chocolate chip cookie which is heaven sent cos my husband and I were starving! And the view from room could see the sunset even though it was covered by the up coming apartment in the distance. This was a returning a trip and I can safely say that this will not be our last stay in this hotel.❤️ Thank you Doubletree Hilton JB.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable & Great Service I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free. The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area. This hotel used to be our favourite hotel in the past 2 years. However, our stay in this hotel has changed our opinion. The price of hotel accommodation has increased. The hotel room aircon is not cold. No bedroom slipper provided as per last time. The towel is dirty. TV shows are full of snow, terrible to watch. The only good part is the bed is comfy.

Hat eine 4 Tage 3 Nacht Aufenthalt hier. Ausgezeichnete Lage mit Mid-Valley Southkey Mall im gleichen Gebäude. Ideal für Einkaufen, Essen, Unterhaltung und Unterkünfte alle unter einem Dach. Das Zimmer war angemessen und sauber mit Standardausstattung. Das Bett und die Kissen sind komfortable, Einrichtungen sind in Ordnung mit Fitness und Schwimmbad mit schönem Blick auf den oberen Stock. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker mit viel Fokus auf die lokale malaysische Küche. Es gibt genug Variante, um jeden Tag während meines Aufenthalts unterschiedliche Lebensmittel zu versuchen. Parkplatz ist bei RM10 pro Tag vernünftig, obwohl offiziell als RM5 angegeben. Ich glaube, jeden Tag endet um Mitternacht. So, Übernachtung Garantien zahlen für mindestens 2 Tage Parkplatz. Insgesamt habe ich meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der JB besucht.

Ich hatte einen wirklich angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt im Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, vor allem im Zimmer im Ostwing. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut gepflegt, mit einer gemütlichen und entspannenden Atmosphäre, die es nach einem langen Tag leicht zu entspannen machte. Alles war gut organisiert, und das Bett war sehr komfortabel, gab mir eine gute Nacht Ruhe während meines Aufenthalts. Was ich am meisten geschätzt hatte, war die Gesamtreinigung und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details im Zimmer. Die Einrichtungen waren in guter Zustand, und alles fühlte sich gut betreut. Das Hotelumfeld selbst war ruhig und willkommen, was zu den ganzen Erfahrungen hinzugefügt. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch freundlich, freundlich und hilfreich, wann immer es nötig war, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Der Service war reibungslos von Ein- bis Aus-Check-in, was ich wirklich schätze, wenn ich im Hotel wohne. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, dass das Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru eine große Wahl für jeden, der einen komfortablen und problemlosen Aufenthalt in Johor Bahru sucht. Das East Wing-Zimmer ist es ganz sicher wert. Ich würde es glücklich wiederkommen und anderen empfehlen.

Room is huge and well furnished. Place still looks pretty new and included usual amenities such as Gym, pool and a pretty fancy breakfast buffet catering both local and international selection. Noted the hotel is popular with cyclist too.

Wir hatten ein Skyline-Zimmer in den Etagen 14–22 gebucht, bekamen aber ein Zimmer im 7. Stock – der untersten Etage mit Gästezimmern. Im ersten Zimmer gab es Probleme mit der Klimaanlage; nach zwei Stunden erfolgloser Reparaturversuche des Technikers durften wir endlich das Zimmer wechseln. Das zweite Zimmer im 10. Stock war groß und geräumig, was wir sehr schätzten. Allerdings fühlte sich die Bettdecke rau und kratzig an, und nach dem Abendessen stand unerklärlicherweise Wasser auf dem Toilettenboden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, aber die Situation am Sonntagmorgen war chaotisch und schlecht organisiert – wir mussten etwa 20 Minuten anstehen, um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt, trotz einiger positiver Aspekte, für Sheraton-Verhältnisse enttäuschend.

Der Gesamtzustand ist gut, alles hat meinen Erwartungen an ein Standard-Hotelzimmer entsprochen. Eine Sache ist mir allerdings nicht ganz recht: Ich hatte ein Zimmer für drei Erwachsene gebucht, aber die Ausstattung ist nur für zwei Personen (zwei Paar Hausschuhe, zwei Zahnbürsten, zwei Handtücher usw.). Da es keine Telefonnummer gibt, unter der man die Rezeption erreichen kann, bin ich persönlich hingegangen, um die Situation zu melden. Das Personal versprach, die fehlenden Gegenstände später auf unser Zimmer zu schicken, aber es kam niemand.

Großer Wert für Geld! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Für nur S$50+ pro Nacht, denke ich, Crystal Crown Hotel bietet einen guten Wert. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, so dass unser Aufenthalt angenehm. Eine Sache, die ich wirklich geschätzt hatte, war, dass wir zwei Vanity-Gebiete, eine im Badezimmer und eine vor dem Bett hatten. Es war besonders bequem, da wir bereit waren, eine Hochzeit zu besuchen, so dass wir keine Umdrehungen nehmen mussten. Das Zimmer kam auch mit einem Badezimmer, das ein schöner Bonus an diesem Preispunkt und perfekt für Entspannung nach einem langen Tag war. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht das neueste, aber sauber, komfortabel und praktisch. Wenn Sie einen erschwinglichen Aufenthalt in Johor Bahru mit geräumigen Zimmern und nützlichen Einrichtungen suchen, ist dies sicherlich eine feste Option.

Chance to experience first class suites on airplane with full king size bed without paying a premium. This is the place where you should go with family! Small hotel with 2x Boeing 747 cargo planes converted into suites. Each plane comes with 10 rooms and hotel building block has another 20+ rooms. With less than 50 rooms, you won’t experience over crowding like other hotels with 100+ rooms. Other words quiet and more privacy. Which gives you the premium feel. Not to mention the high end finishing in common areas and in room. 5 star quality hotel in a secluded area which you rarely can find. Other than the airplanes main attraction, the children water park playground pool was a blast for the children. They also have 4 different swimming pools located at ground floor and 3rd floor. Children pool, beach pool with real sea white sand, adult pool, and jacuzzi pool. Food option was very limited. 1 Japanese restaurant in hotel and 1 Chinese restaurant outside of hotel, walking distance a stone throw away. Each room comes with 2 pax complimentary Japanese Ala carte breakfast. Airplane suite rooms design is too low the ceiling to floor height. At 178 cms I need to bend my head 70% of the time. Knocked my head a dozen times due to low height ceiling. Unsuitable for 175 cms and above height. Is like walking in hobbiton house or some tight cramped cave. Take note for slightly above average height people. Definitely not for foreigners. Phone in room wasn’t working. Could call front desk and house keeping. Had to manually walk out to front desk to ask for assistance. 90% of hotel staff cannot speak English. Security guard, cleaners, and pool towel boy. You’ll definitely have a tough time if you cannot communicate in Bahasa Malaysia. Only front desk staffs could speak English. Maybe their market cater for local Malaysians who speaks Bahasa only. Very poor directions. No signage at all for hotel and lobby. No hotel staff at lobby most of the time. They have 2 wings of lobby. A little confusing. All the Grab drivers got lost as it’s a new area. Use Chao Shan Lou restaurant as pick up and destination in Grab app. Check in was at 1st floor. You need to ask around and pray someone is at lobby to inform you. Don’t feel very welcome from first impression. Management ought to do something about this. Had bad experience with hotel cleaner at toilet in lobby area. Wet floor from washing toilets, the water flow out to common area outside of toilet. Both my wife and I slipped and almost fell. Very slippery fall hazard. Cleaner didn’t place wet floor signage at all when floors were still wet. On black marble tiles you cannot see the water. Management should look into their cleaning policies. This could have been very bad if it was an elderly who fell. Safety of guest must be the utmost priority. Plenty of parking around as all the shop houses within vicinity are still empty vacant.
