GGastnutzerThis is one of the best options to stay in Jaffna. It’s not in the city centre, more on the outskirts of the city , there’s nothing around, so you basically plan your time in the resort. The hotel itself is nice , the rooms look a bit old but clean , there was no hot water in our room. The territory of the hotel is beautiful with the pool , restaurant, little museums to visit (ex bunkers). The food in the restaurant is yummy , the staff is friendly and polite, especially Scotty , he was very helpful and nice to us during our stay. Good experience at this hotel, just the water situation in the rooms should be improved.

GGastnutzerFour bedrooms in this beautiful home. There is a very beautiful pool and the food is out of this world. It is more of a showroom type home than Hotel. It is extremely quiet and it is more or less sold out in the summer, but I am so lucky to have stayed here.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist insgesamt gut. Da es sich in der Nähe des Tempels Nalloor befindet, leichter Zugang zur Stadt und andere Attraktionen.
Das Design war gut genug, um ein Erbsenhotel zu rufen, aber das Hotel wird alt und kann Farben auf den Wandsteinen, Toilettenfenster (armer Design), & Tappen werden russig etc. Ich habe nicht das Essen dort versucht, so habe ich keine Kommentare.
Das Hotelpersonal ist hilfreich, aber nicht wirklich proaktiv.

GGastnutzerFriendly staff. Good value. Laundry available reasonable price. Next to Cargills super market/chemist. Smoking hotel, corridors smokey. No hot water tap. Water not too cold in summer. No lift. Sheets, shower clean. Shifted small table to play cards, hair and grime behind. Stayed 5 nights had to ask for fresh towels. Towels on the thin side. Acceptable for the price.

GGastnutzerOne of the better hotels in the Jaffna town centre area. Although it is a newly built hotel, hopefully the general upkeep improves as the bathroom’s ventilation appeared to be broken. The hotel’s restaurant was definitely a highlight and the bar area should be advertised more rather than be kept all dark.

GGuest UserFor me, there was no other accommodation option other than Jetwing Jaffna! I stayed there in 2018 and came back for a family visit in 2023. Its location in the middle of the city makes it a no-brainer as the choice of accommodation. The breakfast spread was impressive (I loved the bacon and sausages and the paal appam - out of this world stuff!). Staff were friendly and courteous. The roof top bar and the scenery was something to look foreword to winding down the evenings. If ever I return to Jaffna in the future, there will be no other choice for me to stay , except at Jetwing Jaffna.

NNalli gounderThis is a very basic hotel with air conditioning, really value for money. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room are very clean, no mosquitoes, overall I would say a good place to escape the heat and stay cool in room and have some cold beer in the bar below.
