This hotel is brand new and in excellent condition. Getting here from the main train station could be tricky if you have bulky luggage, as it's not a short walk. Thankfully, there's a tram stop quite close by, offering a more convenient transportation option for exploring the city.

Very good location. The room is spacious and well designed for the price. It has a nice window view of the shopping mall across. Highlight of my stay was the public bath, they have both indoor and outdoor baths, which were clean and thoughtfully designed. Definitely a place I would come back for!

As a seasoned traveller, there are a few things that is very important to me. Below are the following. Mattress : 8.5/10 Pillow : 3/10 Cleanliness : 8/10 Sound insulation : 8:10 Service : 8/10 Remarks : Stone throw away from main shopping street. Many restaurants nearby. Self check in, with affiliated car parks nearby with reasonable price. But pillow was really really bad. They should do something about it. Didn’t have a really good sleep from it. Mattress was ok. They got a good TV though. Regards

Dieses Hotel ist erstaunlich! Ich bleibe mit meiner Familie und der Ort ist nur spotless. Liebe das große Badezimmer zwei Tauchen verfügbar! Nicht mit dem Outdoor-Arsch beginnen und das war fantastisch nach einem langen Fahrtag. Das Frühstück ist großartig und der Ort ist in der Nähe von Geschäften, wir schließen ein Abendessen im Kumamoto Food Stall. Gemütliches Zimmer, schöne Betten, Netflix und YouTube im TV, Kaffee und Tee und kostenlose Einrichtungen für Gäste zu genießen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt über dem Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. Sie können verschiedene Arten von Busservice ohne Outdoor zugreifen. Glücklich genug für ein Zimmer mit Kumamoto Schlossblick.

The staff is friendly and provide good service. The bath house is normal, but can tell its age. I feel the room is very dusty, it’s making my hand itchy and nose sneezy all the time. The bathroom is also old with water marks and mould. I am a fan of Dormy Inn and have stayed in Dormy Inn branches at Aomori, Hachinohe, Tokyo, and Osaka before, but this Kumamoto branch has the most room for improvement. The hotel is in walkable distance to the castle, so it is great.

Great hotel for a night stay near the cbd and close to the bus station. If you are a solo traveler looking for a nice hotel to spoil yourself a little bit at a reasonable price, it’s a fine place. Doesn’t offer too much and the rooms are a bit small.

Hotel is located in the shopping street. It is very convenient. However. There is limited car park space.

Zunächst einmal ist die Lage wirklich gut und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Nach dem Auschecken hatte ich vor, zum Berg Aso zu fahren, und deshalb durfte ich mein Gepäck kostenlos aufbewahren. Im Zug zum Berg Aso stellte ich fest, dass ich meine Augentropfen im Kühlschrank meines Hotelzimmers vergessen hatte. Also kontaktierte ich das Hotel und bat darum, sie zusammen mit meiner Tasche aufzubewahren! Ich kam um 18 Uhr an und bekam mein Gepäck kostenlos und sicher zurück. Ich war so gerührt, als sie mir die Augentropfen aus dem Kühlschrank brachten! Dieses Hotel ist wirklich unvergesslich und freundlich! Wenn ich jemals wieder nach Kumamoto komme, werde ich definitiv hier buchen! Der Bahnhof Kumamoto liegt direkt vor der Tür, daher ist es sehr gut erreichbar und die Gepäckaufbewahrung ist perfekt! A very nice stay in the city of Kumamon! Staffs are friendly, the room is big, amenities are well prepared. Had a three-night stay in the same hotel and enjoyed the convenience of it as it’s right next to the JR Kumamoto station with bus stops nearby and connected to the AMU plaza.
