Wir haben zum zweiten Mal im Watergate eingecheckt und sie waren immer noch ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank an das Personal für den sehr guten Service und das Essen. Außerdem schätzen wir die Reinigung des Pools. Wir haben nicht viel sauber gemacht, aber wir haben Poolreiniger gesehen, die ausgezeichnet waren. Tolle Arbeit.

Our stay at this hotel during our recent Siargao trip was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. The hotel itself is newly opened, and it shows in the excellent condition and cleanliness of the property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere after long days of exploring the island. We also appreciated the quality amenities provided, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning location. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions. Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to the island.

Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich von dieser Resortunterkunft mehr erwartet, da mir meine Freunde einen Aufenthalt hier empfohlen hatten. Das Personal war nicht aufmerksam und hat uns nicht einmal freundliche Gastfreundschaft entgegengebracht. Sie waren etwas snobistisch, und als wir in ihrem Massagezentrum eine Massage bekamen, entspannten wir uns am Ende unseres Urlaubs nicht, sondern mein Freund hatte stattdessen verspannte Schultern. Ich bin philippinischer Abstammung, aber nicht auf dem Land aufgewachsen und habe einen anderen Reisepass. Beim Einchecken fragte mich das Personal nach einem gültigen Ausweis auf Philippinisch, aber natürlich zeigte ich meinen Reisepass vor, aber sie verdrehte die Augen, als sie sah, dass ich einen Reisepass und nicht ihren vermeintlich „gültigen Ausweis“ hatte. Ich habe hier einfach so viel Verbitterung und Vorurteile von allen Mitarbeitern gespürt, weil Englisch meine Muttersprache ist und ich in meiner Kindheit und im Alltag kaum Philippinisch spreche, sodass sich ihre Einstellung mir gegenüber komplett ändert, weil sie denken, ich würde nur so tun oder anmaßend sein.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at POTB for six days, and despite a few minor inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The hotel staff quickly accommodated my needs by providing alternative options, ensuring that my stay remained comfortable and enjoyable.Another aspect that caught my attention was the distance between the front beach and the sea. Although it was farther than expected, the hotel’s stunning surroundings and peaceful atmosphere more than made up for it. The well-maintained beach area offered a serene escape from the bustling city.In the evenings, I did encounter some occasional noise from nearby establishments. The loud music could be annoying at times, especially when seeking a peaceful ambiance. However, I found that during the majority of my stay, the hotel’s serene environment allowed me to unwind and relax, creating a balanced experience overall.I highly recommend POTB to those seeking a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and impeccable service. Whether you are looking for a peaceful escape or a rejuvenating vacation, POTB is sure to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Our stay at Almont City Hotel last December was a pleasant one. The room was spacious, giving us plenty of comfort to relax. While the property is already a bit old, it is well-maintained and still provides a comfortable and cozy stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Overall, a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

Ich hatte eine gute Zeit in Casavia Siargao. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn Sie auf Cloud 9 surfen wollen, können Sie dort in 5 Minuten zu Fuß gehen, und es ist viel ruhiger als General Luna, aber immer noch dicht genug, wenn Sie dort Abendessen/Party verbringen wollen. Obwohl ich nicht an diesen Veranstaltungen teilgenommen habe, ist es eine bequeme Weise, andere Reisende zu treffen. Meine einzige Bemerkung war über den Lärm: Mein Zimmer war im sozialen Bereich oben und trotz der Zeichen, die die ruhige Zeit (22.00 Uhr) und auch eine 500PHP Geld für Leute, die es nicht respektieren, jeden Abend hatte ich Leute, die Telefonanrufe machen, Die Gitarre spielen oder laut schreien nach Mitternacht (oder später) vor meinem Zimmer und da war niemand da, um sich daran zu erinnern, die Stimme zu halten. Das war irritierend.

Rucksack is the biggest Hostel in Siargao, it offers private rooms for couple, family or group traveller and Dormitory Type rooms for Solo Traveller like me. Dormitory bed is comfortable with thick Hotel bedding, ventilation is very cool. Price is also great specially if you are budget conscious . Rucksack has its own Pool, Restaurant and Bar. Plus activities for guests every night. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

Es scheint die beste Unterkunft in Siargao zu sein! Es war schön, dass es eine gewisse Wasserfilterung gab und ein früher Check-in möglich war. Etwas enttäuschend war jedoch, dass es nur einen Schlüssel gab, sodass die Klimaanlage nicht immer eingeschaltet werden konnte.

Second time around. Some places are just too good not to revisit and Kermit is one of them. The cozy tropical vibe, friendly staff, and seriously delicious food (hello pizza and pasta) made this another perfect island day. The place is beautiful. Laid-back, full of greenery, and buzzing with that signature Siargao energy. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Note: The road outside isn’t cemented, so it’s a bit of a bumpy ride getting there, but 100% worth it once you arrive. Just think of it as part of the adventure. 😉
