I didn’t expect how nice the Watergate Hotel is. I chose this hotel because it’s close to the airport. I only stayed overnight and will surely come back for my next visit. The hotel is clean and cozy. The staff are friendly, and the service is great. I highly recommend this hotel to others or friends.

The resort is spacious and we needed to ride a golf cart to get to the room. We could always walk but the pathway to the rooms are not ideal for luggages. The room we booked was great and had a smart TV (but you need your own credentials to log-in). It was also spacious and cozy. The pool is not that big but was good enough. The kiddie pool is nice since it’s not that deep and the water slide is a nice touch. The kids playground was also something that kids would enjoy. Wifi is also strong in all areas. The only hiccup in our stay was the breakfast buffet. They ran out of most food even though it was still ~8AM and refill took a bit longer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again soon.

Es ist ein unerwartet gutes Hotel. Ursprünglich zum Internetstar Bayud geeilt, aber nachdem ich das Haus gesehen hatte, hatte ich das Gefühl, dass der Preis von Bayud hoch und das Zimmer klein war, also drehte ich meinen Kopf und suchte nach diesem am selben Strand und war sehr zufrieden! Der Stil des Hotels ist eher traditionell, alle Zimmertypen sind gleich und liegen direkt am Meer! Es gibt keinen Druck, Barrieren zu wählen, um zu bleiben. Das ganze Zimmer und Wohnzimmer sind lichtdurchflutet, sehr ruhig, große bodentiefe Fenster, komplett ausgestattet, von Surround-Sound Bluetooth-Lautsprechern, Wasserspender, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, alles vorhanden, morgens zum Meer hin, in der Sonne aufwachen, im Wohnzimmer sitzen, Musik hören und frühstücken (Zimmerservice ist verfügbar) Die Erfahrung ist großartig. Bevor ich ging, arrangierte die Chefin für mich ein Mittagessen im Pavillon am Meer. Ich hatte es eilig, als ich eincheckte. Die Besitzerin arrangierte immer noch sehr akribisch. Ich habe in vielen Hotels übernachtet. Dies ist der einzige, der einen Willkommensbrief verschickt. Es gibt auch ernste Früchte auf dem Teller. Das koreanische Essen im Restaurant entspricht eher dem chinesischen Geschmack. Habe mich und meine Freunde zu ihrem Barbecue-Dinner eingeladen, das im Laden servierte Mindanao-Rindfleisch ist zu prall und saftig! Komm nächstes Mal wieder

Our stay at Siargao Island Villas was truly exceptional. You definitely get your money’s worth here. The staff were approachable and helpful with our concerns, even assisting us in making a greeting card for my mom’s birthday surprise. The hotel is strategically located near restaurants and shops that are must-visits when you’re in General Luna. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. Our breakfast experience was delightful since they serve Halal food. The amenities were also excellent, particularly the gym, pool, and beachfront view. I would suggest that they provide two key cards per room, as it can be inconvenient for guests to have only one. Nevertheless, I highly recommend booking your stay at this hotel when you visit Siargao.

Ich habe vor kurzem im Ocean 101 Beach Resort in Siargao geblieben und war eine wirklich friedliche und rejuvenierende Erfahrung. Das Resort ist in einem ruhigen, ruhigen Bereich verschlossen, bietet eine perfekte Flucht aus dem Husten und der Büste. Trotz seiner ruhigen Atmosphäre ist es nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum ikonischen Cloud 9, so dass es super bequem für Surfer oder jemand, der die Aussicht und Vibe eines der berühmtesten Orte der Insel genießen möchte. Ich empfehle dieses Resort für jeden, der einen schönen und friedlichen Ort sucht, um in Siargao zu bleiben.

Ich hatte einen unglaublichen Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war das Personal super freundlich und machte mich zu begrüßen. Die Atmosphäre war perfekt für andere Reisende, mit viel sozialer Veranstaltungen und einem großen gemeinsamen Raum.

I had a good time at Casavia Siargao. The location is ideal if you want to surf at Cloud9: you can walk there in 5 minutes, and it's much quieter than General Luna but still close enough if you want to spend the night eating/partying there. The private room was pretty nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some love, but still it was ok. The staff is nice and always willing to help, and the hostel has several social nights organised via a Whatsapp group. While I didn't take part in those events, it's a convenient way to meet other travellers. My only remark was about the noise: my room was facing the upstairs social area and, despite the signs specifying the quiet time (22pm onwards) and also a 500PHP fine for people not respecting it, every night I had people making phone calls, playing the guitar or shouting loudly after midnight (or later) in front of my room and there was nobody around to remind to keep the voice down. That was annoying.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß!!! Es ist auch supersauber, aber die Beleuchtung des Zimmers könnte viel heller sein. Das Küchenpersonal ist super! Ich liebe ihre Unterkunft. Ich liebe den Blick auf den Strand, besonders beim Frühstück ❤️ Mein einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass ich hier etwas verloren habe, als sie das Zimmer gesäubert haben (ich weiß nicht, warum sie den Schminktisch gesäubert haben. Das ist komisch). In der Nacht, in der es verloren ging, habe ich es gemeldet und sie sagten, dass sie es ersetzen würden, aber dann kam der Morgen und ich rief an, um mich auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen. Sie sagten, dass sie nichts damit zu tun hätten. 🫠 Das hat mich durchgedreht und wir haben danach das Hotel gewechselt. Ps.: Der verlorene Gegenstand war etwas Lebensnotwendiges und so etwas findet man in Siargao nicht. Außerdem gab es in unserer ersten Nacht Bettwanzen, aber sie reagierten schnell auf das Problem.
