For the amount we paid, it was really a good place to stay and an amazing experience! Top 3 experiences: 1. We stayed in the Kumamon room and it was so adorable! It was Kuamamon themed and had a giant Kuamamon plushie which kept us company during our stay. 2. There was a really nice gentleman working at the car park who went out of his way to help us. For instance, he walked/ ran the few hundred meters to show us the way to the nearest carpark we could park at. I had also left my coffee behind in the lobby after checking in, but he saw it and remembered it was me who was holding onto the coffee, and got the hotel staff to keep it for me. The moment he saw me in the lobby after, he immediately told me my coffee was kept for me. I was very touched because he did not need to do any of that. Sadly, I didn't see him before I left or I would have gotten his name. 3. Free postcards that the hotel staff would mail for you! It was nice receiving it about a few weeks after the trip; brought back some good memories! Absolutely would recommend staying at Mitsui Garden Kumamoto if you have the chance!

I recently stayed at The Blossom Kumamoto and would definitely stay here again. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is literally next to Kumamoto Station, just exit from the Shinkansen gate, turn right, and you’ll see the entrance. It’s also directly connected to AMU Plaza, with easy access to restaurants, shops, buses, taxis, and trains. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for Japan. We were able to fully open two large suitcases and still had enough space to walk around comfortably. The hotel also has a very nice and spacious public bath, and guests can enjoy free coffee after using the onsen, which is a great touch. One thing to note is that there are quite a lot of tour groups staying here, so it can feel a bit crowded at times. The hotel provides a self-service luggage storage area, as they do not store luggage at the front desk. I didn’t try the breakfast, but overall the stay was excellent. Highly recommended — 10/10.

Das ist mein zweites Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Obwohl es eine Entfernung vom Kumamoto Station gibt. Es ist ziemlich günstig, um mit dem Zug oder Bus (Busterminal gegenüber dem Hotel in Sakura Machi) nach Kumamoto Station zu nehmen. Kumamoto Castle ist in der Nähe. Es gibt eine Einkaufsstraße in der Fußgängerstrecke. Eine Hühnersuppe Nüsse ist ein Muss zu versuchen. Es ist auf einer Straße, die gegen ABC Mart (Shoes Shop) ist.

The location is nice, close to the castle. It was nice to visit onsen in the hotel and try curry with horse meat in the evening. The breakfast was good too - buffet. The room was comfortable and clean. But the bed was sooo extremely small for 2 people. We are exhausted and could not normally sleep. I don’t know why the sell such small beds in rooms for 2. This was only but very big disadvantage. I guess if you are alone it is perfect.

Ausstattung: nehmen Sie, was Sie wollen und brauchen, unter den Ausstattungseinrichtungen, die in der Nähe des Empfangsbereichs bereitgestellt werden. Einrichtungen: Es gibt eine Mikrowelle auf jedem Boden im Aufzugsbereich. Etwa 4 Waschmaschinen mit Trockner auf Ebene 1 Lage: fantastisch mit Shimotori nur wenige Schritte von ihm entfernt. 7-11 und McDonald’s am Eingang der Walking Street. Weiteres oben gibt es Cocosa Shopping Mall und mit einem Supermarkt an seiner Basis. Die meisten Geschäfte schlossen jedoch recht früh um 8 Uhr. Parkplatz: Obwohl das Hotel keine Parkplätze bietet, konnten wir im nahe gelegenen Gebäude mit einem Gutscheinpark (1 Min. Spaziergang) parken, der mit dem Hotel verbunden ist (gezahlt JPY1200 für Übernachtparkplätze zwischen 3pm und 11am). Denken Sie daran, den JPY200 Rabattkuppon von der Mitarbeiter für Ihren Parkplatz zu erhalten.

Hotel Nikko Kumamoto maintains very high standard of service. Greeters were always smiling at the hotel lobby and lift area. We were lucky to get a Room with Castle view. Location was perfect, right opposite Tsuruya Departmental Store and beside Shimotori shopping srreet. Breakfast spread was excellent. Highly recommended!

🛍️ The hotel is conveniently located just behind SAKURA MACHI Kumamoto and is a mere 10-minute walk from the main shopping street. It is also surrounded by tram stations, making travel easy and accessible. 🚙 Although the hotel does not have its own parking lot, it offers discounts at nearby parking facilities. I found it more convenient, however, to park at the lot directly in front of the hotel for 1,400 Yen per night, which is almost the same price as the hotel's discounted options. 🛌 The room size is typical for a Japanese hotel with two twin beds, but the bathroom is slightly larger than average. The only downside is that one of the beds is positioned too close to the window, meaning you'll sleep near the curtain, which is a bit dusty.

Service: Der englische Service war reibungslos und klar, und das Personal an der Rezeption war professionell. Umgebung: Die Lage ist super, direkt unterhalb befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Taxis sind leicht zu bekommen. Es gibt auch Supermärkte, Souvenirläden für Kumamoto, Restaurants und Convenience Stores, was sehr praktisch ist. In der Nähe gibt es eine Fußgängerzone, und vom Zimmer aus kann man die Burg Kumamoto sehen. Sauberkeit: Insgesamt in Ordnung. Selbst wenn man das 'Bitte nicht stören'-Schild anbringt, werden neue Handtücher an der Tür aufgehängt. Allerdings haben wir unter dem Bett Hausschuhe gefunden, die nicht uns gehörten, wahrscheinlich von den vorherigen Gästen.

Habe 2 Zimmer für 1 Nacht gebucht, Frühstück inbegriffen. Das Personal war freundlich und der Service war nett. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief schnell und problemlos. Sie haben keinen Parkplatz, aber ich habe in einem Kommentar von jemand anderem eine Parkanleitung gefunden. Sie können das Personal um einen Parkschein für einen günstigeren Preis bitten. Insgesamt ist dies ein Hotel, das ich empfehlen würde.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen, neben dem JR-Bahnhof, ist ein Luxuszimmer eingerichtet, im 4. Stock gibt es einen kostenlosen Snackbereich, alkoholische Getränke und Cup-Nudeln kostenlos, das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, Toilette trocken und nass getrennt, nur Frühstück im Allgemeinen, insgesamt sehr gut, kann Freunde in der Umgebung empfehlen
