The stay is very comfertable. Staff friendliness is awesome. Location is very convenient ad easy access to many places. Supper service. Special thanks to Mr Daas and Mr Sing. Bag handling staff is proving an extra ordinary service and I am totally satisfied and booked for two times already. Food is excellent and the food and beverage ensures to check with tables their needs. Looking forward for next stay.

作為一個經常出差的人士來説，選擇酒店對我非常重要。我很少做出評價，但是對這家酒店我必須要做出評價：
首先在預訂酒店的時候，我要求房間需要安靜的房間，但是等我入住之後，我發現我的房間是面對着城際鐵路，並且運行到12點，房間非常嘈雜。電話前台之後要求更換房間，他們説需要20分鐘的時間，但是我等了20分鐘之後他們依舊沒有到達。在我再次電話他們要求必須立刻馬上更換的時候，他們3分鐘就可以做出解決，這個證明他們沒有真正的在乎客户的感受。
其次在到達新的房間之後，房間的枱燈是壞的，我再次等待了30分鐘來更換枱燈。
最後，點餐的時候，點了個素菜，第一次服務員忘記點，在第二次點了之後催了他們三次，在等待一個半小時之後，素菜終於上來了，可是我已經早就吃完了。酒店工作人員表示很抱歉可以免單，但是我沒有要求免單，衹是需要退掉這個菜而已。第二天的早晨，廚師長在餐廳等我，表示非常抱歉，送出一份小小禮物。我對此很感謝，但是這依舊錶示這家酒店的上餐服務非常的慢，這嚴重影響了客人的時間。
希望酒店可以做出改進！

Everything is decent at a budget friendly hotel, amenities were good and receptionists were prompt at every service requested but only concern is rooms are stinky due to no air flow and need to be on Air conditioner all the time to get rid of smell

I had a great stay at this hotel! the place was clean, the service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience, and i would definitely stay here again!

Ich bedaure, nicht auf die Vorschläge anderer Leute zu hören, in Novatel in der Nähe der Ausstellungshalle zu wohnen. Dieses Hotel ist gut eingerichtet, aber die Pflege ist nicht genug. Wenn der Wasserhahn im Bad locker ist, gibt es Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel im Haus, und es ist noch ein Abstand zum internationalen Standard von fünf Sternen...

Location was just perfect., the staff could do with being friendly and smile. They all seemed very serious. The room was clean and spacious. The cafe which was part of the hotel had good choice of snack food. Lovely coffee. Very helpful. The mosquitoes were also very friendly. As soon as you walkout ofthe hotel,there were plenty of places to eat.

1. Check in - check in was smooth and quick
2. Room - only had utilities for single person, bathroom shower(both taps water was running) and flush were not up to mark.
3. Towels can be better
4. Room is clean and tidy smells good

Bester Westin aller Zeiten! Fantastischer Service vom Housekeeping-Team. Echter Kundenservice aller Zeiten! Aus Erwartung. Das Team hat ein Mauspad neben meinen Laptop gelegt und sogar den Verlustdraht festgezogen! Hatte so etwas noch nie in der Marriott-Gruppe erlebt!

SSultan AMSThe overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

MMegan LindseyCame here on Business... It was a beautiful stay. The location is convenient for Business if you are just staying in the Airport vicinity or Aerospace District.... but quite a ways from the ”real life” experience of India (i.e., Street food vendors, etc.). The staff are very kind and helpful... very attentive. The food is delicious with such a large variety. Seriously the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!
The only Con is that if you are coming from the airport and do not have a driver there to pick you up, you have to deal with all the scammers trying to extort you for the short ride... would be nice if hotel made it known that transportation could be arranged (I asked the police guards there and they said Novotel did not offer a service for pick-up) Maybe a miscommunication on their part. Other than this, PERFECT stay.

TTaranjitkaur1102Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Courtyard von Marriott, Hyderabad. Die allgemeine Erfahrung war komfortabel und gut verwaltet, von Ein- bis Aus-Check-in. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer bereit, zu helfen, was den Aufenthalt reibungslos und stressfrei machte.
Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und gut gepflegt, mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen. Die Standards für die Hauspflege waren ausgezeichnet, und die Umgebung fühlte sich sicher und entspannt.
Das Essen war ein Highlight des Aufenthaltes. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Variante, das sowohl an lokale indische als auch internationale Geschmacksempfindlichkeiten zu verpflegung. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel war sehr gut, frisch und gut vorgestellt. Das Restaurant war aufmerksam und der Service war schnell und professionell.
Insgesamt war es eine zufriedenstellende Erfahrung, und ich würde Courtyard Hyderabad für Geschäfts- und Freizeitaufenthalte definitiv empfehlen.

CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

GGastnutzerFEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND TRIP.COM. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also trip.com has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that Trip.com is a legitimate online company, and when trip.com sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by trip.com and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of Trip.com and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.
