The front office team provided with excellent room with view of lake, team welcome was amaxing. The housekeeping team was helpful in attending to any needs and so was IRD team. Rooms have been renovated it seems as co pared to previous stay, overall very good stay

The location is good. Easily reachable and accessible for all. The hotel itself is going through renovation works. Hence a bit noisy during the day. The decor is a bit dated and does not give the feel of a star hotel. The amenities are great though. The gym and steam room are fantastic. Plenty of water and fruits available there. Nice clean towel is additional amenity worth mentioning. I had breakfast, the buffet was fantastic and chefs were available at the counters and constantly the staff were asking if I require anything that I don’t see on the menu - another positive impression. Verdict : overall good experience and friendly staff. Would recommend for short stay.

This hotel have provided best services in hospitality, customer satisfaction and accountability for ensuring the comfort of all guest. I personally would like to thank the manager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.

Der Service ist sehr gut, einige Einrichtungen haben Probleme, die Lichter im Wohnzimmer sind kaputt und das Waschwasser läuft ins Wohnzimmer. Frühstück ist ok, keine Änderung jeden Tag

This place is sweet! My favorite thing is the breakfast. They have a handmade made-to-order bar for chapati, naan, chai, and just about any kind of Indian bread you can dream of. The sauces and good quality is very high and fresh and well deserving of the 5 stars! My only small complaint (if I must make one) is compare to more developed countries the rooms have a bit of older, woodsy feel that could be renovated. But the service plus the food easily makes this one of the best hotels in all of Hyderabad! I think you should stay here!

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt. Ich war 3 Nächte hier und die Sevice war nur erstaunlich. Zimmer waren sauber und sauber. Sie haben ihre eigene Küche, die erschwingliche und gute Qualität Lebensmittel bietet. The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

Die Zimmergröße ist angemessen. Die Handtücher sehen sehr alt aus und nicht in weißer Farbe. Frühstück ist akzeptabel.service während des Frühstücks ist gut. Die Körperwasch, Shampoo und andere waren sehr intensiv mit Zitronengeräuchern. Kreditkartennummer auf dem Laptop nach Abschluss der Zahlung mit Swipe-Maschine notiert .. warum?
