Everything is decent at a budget friendly hotel, amenities were good and receptionists were prompt at every service requested but only concern is rooms are stinky due to no air flow and need to be on Air conditioner all the time to get rid of smell

Die Unterkunft war großartig, Zimmer sind sehr gut, Lebensmittel ist auch schmackhaft und hygienisch, das Personal auch sehr schön, es liegt in der Nähe von Padamma gudi mattempel seine sehr großartige BCZ Sie gehen zum Tempel für Darshan leicht.......

It was a suite room with kitchen, living and dining. It was clean and well maintained. I only stayed for one night and didn’t have much time in the hotel other than sleep. It was a little expensive for that though. I think it would be more suited for people who stay there for weeks together.

Hier kamen Sie auf Business ... Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist für Business angenehmen, wenn Sie nur in der Nähe des Flughafens oder Aerospace District .... bleiben, aber ziemlich aus der ”real-life” Erfahrung Indiens (d.h., Street food vendors, etc.). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ... sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen ist lecker mit einer so großen Vielfalt. Ernsthaft das komfortableste Bett, das ich jemals geschlafen habe! Der einzige Con ist, dass wenn Sie vom Flughafen kommen und nicht einen Fahrer da haben, um Sie zu holen, Sie müssen alle Schädlinge, die versuchen, Sie für die kurze Fahrt zu erpressen ... wäre schön, wenn das Hotel es bekannt gemacht, dass Transport sein könnte (Ich fragte die Polizeibeamten dort und sie sagten, Novotel bietet keinen Service für die Abholung) Vielleicht eine Misskommunikation von ihnen.

作為一個經常出差的人士來説，選擇酒店對我非常重要。我很少做出評價，但是對這家酒店我必須要做出評價： 首先在預訂酒店的時候，我要求房間需要安靜的房間，但是等我入住之後，我發現我的房間是面對着城際鐵路，並且運行到12點，房間非常嘈雜。電話前台之後要求更換房間，他們説需要20分鐘的時間，但是我等了20分鐘之後他們依舊沒有到達。在我再次電話他們要求必須立刻馬上更換的時候，他們3分鐘就可以做出解決，這個證明他們沒有真正的在乎客户的感受。 其次在到達新的房間之後，房間的枱燈是壞的，我再次等待了30分鐘來更換枱燈。 最後，點餐的時候，點了個素菜，第一次服務員忘記點，在第二次點了之後催了他們三次，在等待一個半小時之後，素菜終於上來了，可是我已經早就吃完了。酒店工作人員表示很抱歉可以免單，但是我沒有要求免單，衹是需要退掉這個菜而已。第二天的早晨，廚師長在餐廳等我，表示非常抱歉，送出一份小小禮物。我對此很感謝，但是這依舊錶示這家酒店的上餐服務非常的慢，這嚴重影響了客人的時間。 希望酒店可以做出改進！

Amazing location, room and food in addition to the service. Also took some additionla services and were served with a smile all the way. Amazing

Die Umgebung war gut. Geeignet für alle Arten von Gelegenheiten. Das Essen war süß. Wir gingen zum Kerzenlicht-Dinner, das in der Gartenart der Gegend war, es war voller Moskitos. Das ist das einzige Problem. Sonst insgesamt gut. Ich würde gerne 4/5 bewerten.

The front office team provided with excellent room with view of lake, team welcome was amaxing. The housekeeping team was helpful in attending to any needs and so was IRD team. Rooms have been renovated it seems as co pared to previous stay, overall very good stay

Sehr gutes Hotel im Herzen der Stadt, das Personal war sehr warm und freundlich und sie sogar auf Anfrage aufrüsten unsere Zimmerkategorie, da wir nicht zufrieden mit dem Zimmer given.will wieder besuchen
