Food service was extremely slow. After placing an order by phone, we waited almost two hours for it to arrive. Because of this delay, my child was unable to have dinner properly. The food was also excessively priced—approximately six to seven times higher than expected—while its quality did not meet an acceptable standard. Additionally, a few staff members were rude when interacting with guests. Management should identify these issues and ensure that all employees receive appropriate training in professional conduct and guest service. Overall, the hotel has a good location and reasonable cleanliness, but significant improvements are needed in food quality, pricing, delivery time, and staff behaviour.

It was great stay and food at mayfair games village rourkela. Property is huge and is very clean. Rooms are very specious and with best view.

The hotel environment, room cleanliness, staff behaviour ,check in and check out everything was amazing i had booked so late check in was permitted. If u r doing late check in just call the hotel that simple it was all the amenities provided by the hotel was high quality and hygienic surly recommended to all
