Ich war am Hotel wegen eines wichtigen Geschäftstreffens am nächsten Tag, leider wurde mein Schlaf am 2.00 Uhr mit einem Feueralarm ausgehen wegen anderer Hotelgäste, ich wartete auf eine Art Erstattung oder einen Rabatt aus meinem nächsten Aufenthalt, wie ich habe Das Hotel wurde oft für Geschäftsreisen genutzt, aber nichts angeboten wurde und die Unterbrechung in meinem Schlaf beeinflusste meine Geschäftsreise am nächsten Tag, sehr enttäuscht über die Art und Weise, wie das gehandhabt wurde.

Beautiful old manor house with adjoining buildings for bedrooms. Very comfortable bedrooms and excellent breakfast. Friendly , helpful staff. Beautiful grounds to walk around and very good gym and pool. Excellent value for the quality on offer

We stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, Orchid Epsom is a great choice for anyone visiting the area — a peaceful stay with exceptional staff and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay here again.

Ehrlich gesagt, am 2. Tag waren wir in den Ort verliebt, alle Mitarbeiter auf allen Abschnitten waren brillant. Alle Einrichtungen waren sauber, gut gepflegt und bis zu Spezifikation. Indoorpool, Außenpool, 2 Sauna, Eisbad, Tennisplätze, Orchard und Kinderspielplatz. Es gibt auch Archee, Fahrradverleih und sogar Bootsverleih, so dass Sie eine kleine Reise am Fluss haben. Wir haben nicht Frühstück gemacht, aber es gibt eine nette kleine Kaffeebar mit Gewürz und für das Abendessen das Hauptrestaurant arbeitet mit rund 30 Optionen ein Buffet-Stil, so dass Sie ein wenig von allem versuchen können. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Hampton by Hilton Gatwick. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and eager to help — check-in was fast and seamless. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given how close the hotel is to the terminal. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the powerful shower, great lighting, and plenty of charging points. The complimentary breakfast was excellent too — lots of choice, fresh food, and great coffee to start the day right before my flight. The location couldn’t be better — it’s directly connected to the North Terminal, making it perfect for early flights or late arrivals. Despite being an airport hotel, it felt calm and relaxing, which made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Top-notch service, comfort, and convenience — Hampton by Hilton Gatwick truly sets the standard for airport hotels!

Ankunft im Hotel, zu treffen von einem wunderschönen jungen hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter namens Reuben. Er hat uns alles erzählt, was wir wissen mussten. Wir hatten auch Abendessen, Reuben servierte uns wieder. Das Essen war schön. Das Bett war schön und komfortabel und das englische Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Schönes Hotel, würde sicherlich wieder bleiben.

Perfect for a place to stay at near Gatwick area. Very close to bus station and about 10-15mins away from the airport. The room is spacious and clean. Just remember to check the message for the door code bec at night there hardly is any reception and is self-serving.

I recently stayed at the Sofitel London Gatwick ahead of an early flight. The direct, covered access to the North Terminal made it incredibly convenient, and the room was spotless, soundproofed and comfortable with an excellent bed for a solid night’s sleep. Pizza dinner in the brasserie was genuinely good quality, far better than expected for an airport hotel. Sofitel London Gatwick delivers great comfort without the stress. I’d happily stay again or recommend it to friends needing high-standard convenience near Gatwick
