We traveled to this hotel for the first time as highly recommended by friends. We were not disappointed as the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom really clean. Bed very comfortable. Will definitely use Ramada hotel in future while visiting our family

Beautiful old manor house with adjoining buildings for bedrooms. Very comfortable bedrooms and excellent breakfast. Friendly , helpful staff. Beautiful grounds to walk around and very good gym and pool. Excellent value for the quality on offer

Lovely hotel! Would definitely stay again. On the same street as all the shops. The staff are incredibly friendly. Room service is excellent. My son was poorly so ordered a lot to our room and came within 20 mins. Room was spotless. Cannot fault.

We stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Ehrlich gesagt, am 2. Tag waren wir in den Ort verliebt, alle Mitarbeiter auf allen Abschnitten waren brillant. Alle Einrichtungen waren sauber, gut gepflegt und bis zu Spezifikation. Indoorpool, Außenpool, 2 Sauna, Eisbad, Tennisplätze, Orchard und Kinderspielplatz. Es gibt auch Archee, Fahrradverleih und sogar Bootsverleih, so dass Sie eine kleine Reise am Fluss haben. Wir haben nicht Frühstück gemacht, aber es gibt eine nette kleine Kaffeebar mit Gewürz und für das Abendessen das Hauptrestaurant arbeitet mit rund 30 Optionen ein Buffet-Stil, so dass Sie ein wenig von allem versuchen können. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel war auch sehr gut. Schließlich möchte ich nur erwähnen, dass mein Partner ein paar Behandlungen im Spa genossen und sagte, dass ihre Erfahrung großartig war. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Hampton by Hilton Gatwick. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and eager to help — check-in was fast and seamless. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given how close the hotel is to the terminal. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the powerful shower, great lighting, and plenty of charging points. The complimentary breakfast was excellent too — lots of choice, fresh food, and great coffee to start the day right before my flight. The location couldn’t be better — it’s directly connected to the North Terminal, making it perfect for early flights or late arrivals. Despite being an airport hotel, it felt calm and relaxing, which made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Top-notch service, comfort, and convenience — Hampton by Hilton Gatwick truly sets the standard for airport hotels!

Ankunft im Hotel, zu treffen von einem wunderschönen jungen hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter namens Reuben. Er hat uns alles erzählt, was wir wissen mussten. Wir hatten auch Abendessen, Reuben servierte uns wieder. Das Essen war schön. Das Bett war schön und komfortabel und das englische Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Schönes Hotel, würde sicherlich wieder bleiben.

OK for a stay close to Gatwick Airport and within minutes walk to Horley Rail Station with connections to London and the airport. The hotel does not operate a 24h desk so late arrivals need to be arranged in advance

Ich hatte drei wundervolle Nächte in diesem Hotel. Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, da ich spät am Flughafen Gatwick ankam und auch von dort abflog. London Central und Brighton sind mit dem Zug gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war riesig und das Bett bequem. Die Ausstattung war gut. Das Personal war außerdem so nett, mir einen späten Check-out zu ermöglichen, da mein Flug spät abflog.
