Lovely hotel and delicious food. We loved the location and the pool area and facilities. Only issue we had was the heat. It was particularly mild for November and the staff weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We were given a dusty and broken fan to combat the heat but sadly no one came forward with an apology when we brought it to staff that we had to leave the window open wide all night to try combat the heat. I know it wasn’t the individuals fault but good customer service would apologise to the customer and none of the 4 staff we spoke to about it offered an apology and they seemed disgruntled about it too.

Erst nachdem wir darauf bestanden, wurden wir auf der ersten Etage ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, aber es verschwendete uns fast 1.5 Stunde in der Wartezeit. Andernfalls ist alles sehr gut, einschließlich des ausgezeichneten Frühstücks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.

Das Hotel ist ein sehr altes Gebäude, sehr nahe am Schloss, die Zimmeranlagen sind etwas alt, aber auch komplett, das Zimmer ist groß, das Hotel ist sehr bequem, wo immer es geht! Sehr gutes Aufenthaltserlebnis

Personal wirklich hilfreich beim Einchecken. Zimmer ein wenig laut, wie wir eine Person am Telefon neben der Tür hören konnten. Betten ein wenig date und Frühstück war gut.

We were treated like royalty at the Hotel Colessio. The Bruce Suite was a perfect and luxurious place to spend my memorable birthday night. The welcoming staff were attentive, sweet, and helpful. It was so convenient to walk to sites we wished to tour. The bed and amenities led us to a good night's sleep and we savored the delicious breakfast. We have wonderful memories of Hotel Colessio!

In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, eine Tankstelle, kostenlose Parkplätze, viele Parkplätze, sehr bequem. Zur Stirling-Castle sind sehr nahe und 10 Minuten Fahrt. Wir sind am Flughafen Glasgow früher angekommen, um 11 Uhr sind im Hotel, aber wir können nicht vorzeitig bleiben, Gepäckschrank kann zuerst die Rezeption platzieren. Ich hatte zehn Stunden Flugzeug gefahren und wollte zum Hotel gehen und ein Bett schlafen und zum Mittagessen gehen und spielen, aber das Hotel wollte uns nicht frühzeitig aufhalten.

Good place , quite clean room. Perfect room, clean environment

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Stirling by foot, can't beat it! It's a basic hotel but has all you really need, with no frills. Staff were fast and helpful, parking on site. Bathroom could have been cleaner, shower pressure isn't great. But rooms were quiet, bed comfortable.
