This hotel was a fall back for me I’m glad I chose to go here after a disappointing hotel I arrived to originally and I should have booked here first. Hotel is located centrally and close to local bars and shopping areas. The members of staff I met were all lovely and very helpful! The room was spotless. The only issues I had was there was no shampoo just shower gel and the heating in the room didn’t get to full temp but at this time of year the heating was not a huge deal! I stayed in room 201 so it was situated close to the lift but was far enough away to not be disturbed by the sound of it. Will be staying here again

Wow what can I say last minute booking so not expecting much But as soon as you walk in the staff make you feel so very welcome even had free refreshments in reception The lift security and your card very important on your own Room was fabulous clean and wonderful view and lovly tribute to Newport transporter bridge TV didn’t work but was moved with no fuss to another room Able to sit on terrace in sun Then evening meal was served by friendly staff even boxed up rest of meal as do much Bed very comfortable Shower was a bonus not to claim into a bath to be accessible Breakfast very good and agsin helpful staff with a smile Definitely recommend a stay here well done to all the staff

I stayed here for eight nights from July 19th to 27th and never felt uncomfortable or out of place. The hotel rooms and towels were exceptionally clean. Though the breakfast menu remained the same daily, the freshness of the offerings made it enjoyable every morning. Parking was tight at times, but I always managed to find a spot with peace of mind. I visit Wales nearly every year, and it looks like I’ll be returning to this hotel again next year.

Gute, saubere Zimmer, bequem gelegen in der Konferenzhalle am Landkreis . Nichts zu brechen wirklich.

Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel für eine Konferenz am ICC geblieben, und ich muss sagen, dass dieser Ort in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals großartig war. Ich werde hier nochmal für zukünftige Reisen bleiben! Der Spaziergang zum ICC könnte besser sein, da Sie viele Verkehrsleuchten überqueren müssen, aber das ist für den Rat zu beheben! Das Frühstück war auf dem Weg!

We loved our stay at this hotel so much we’ve booked it another 3 times! Great facilities, including bar, restaurant and spa. Thanks to Trip.com for being the best priced of all the OTAs.

Hotel is located very close to motorway junction. Easier for travellers for a nights stay. The hotel also have enough car parking space. Unfortunately the room I stayed had a very bad odour. The shower and toilet were also cramped but I dint mind as I was staying only for a night. Not ideal if you are staying for couple of days and planning to spend most of the day in the room.

Nachdem Sie den Heißluftballon von Bristol zu diesem Resort auf dem Weg nach Cardiff gesehen haben. Das Zimmer und das Frühstück waren großartig! Der Preis eines Express-Hotels kann für ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel so günstig sein! Die einzige Unzufriedenheit ist, dass es 15 Pfund pro Nacht braucht, um über Nacht zu parken.

Vor mehr als 300 Jahren wurden Gebäude kürzlich in Innenräumen renoviert, und es gibt ein Gebäude, das mit dem Feriendorf des Kelt-Haus vernetzt ist. Es ist oft die Stimme des Wasserspurens, wenn es Ihnen nichts ausmacht, dass es nichts anderes gibt. Das Frühstück ist gut, und es gibt 7 Restaurants im Garten, die sich wählen können, Produkte und Preise sind empfehlenswert!

Located very close to the centre Acceptably clean rooms  No hair dryer though Yassin was very friendly at front desk😍
